Beautiful 4 weeks

A large terrace was the best part of the property together with close proximity of the beach and the swimming pool. All kinds of utensils in the kitchen. The owner available readily on the phone when an occasional advise needed.

This beautiful property is located directly on the gulf with restaurants and shopping directly across the street. The beach and property is beautiful and quiet even though you are just a mile from Clearwater Beach and all the activity that offers. The unit is spotless and well stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Brett and Kim were very accessible and easy to work with. This was our second stay in this unit and we can’t wait to come back next year.

Another Stay In Paradise

This was our our second visit and stay at this beautiful condo on Sand Key. Once again it met all of our expectations. The views of the beach, sunsets and waters of the Gulf of Mexico are magnificent. The condo is updated and well decorated with all the amenities we needed for our stays. The area offers great dining, outdoor activities, and some of the the most beautiful beaches on the coast of Florida. Kim and Brett are awesome host and once again made our stay at their gorgeous beach front condo perfect! Hope to return again in the future!

Perfect Getaway

This property met our needs in every way. It was exactly as advertised... very clean and beautifully decorated with a gorgeous water view from the lanai and living space. It was well supplied with everything we might need during our stay and the owners were exceptionally accessible and helpful with any questions. The building is very well maintained and conveniently located to restaurants, shops and beach activities. We would highly recommend this property to anyone. Thank you so much Brett and Kim!

Paradise, Beautiful Beach with Amazing Sunsets!

We recently spent 30 days at this incredible condo on Sand Key and could not have been more thrilled with every aspect of our stay! The beachfront location is equivalent to or better than many island resorts we have visited, and the unit is equally impressive. The rooms are updated and well-appointed in every aspect. The decor is first class and tastefully done, and included absolutely everything we needed to make our stay feel like we were at home. Nothing compares to the amazing view from the over sized patio were you can relax, soak up some sun rays, and enjoy the best sunset on the west coast of Florida! We loved our daily walks on the beach and spending time sitting near the water enjoying the fresh air, warm sunshine and tranquil sounds of the waves crashing on the beach. The unit included beach chairs, sand wagon, cooler and much more to make our days at the beach convenient and perfect! The property and pool is beautifully maintained and an enjoyable place to kick back and relax. Throughout our stay we found the onsite staff to be very pleasant and helpful in every way, making us feel welcome from day one. The surrounding area has so much to offer and we enjoyed fantastic indoor and outdoor restaurants, bars, music, shopping, endless beaches, golf, water activities, bike trails, parks, nature preserves, and so much more. The owners Kim and Brett have thought of everything to insure their guest have a memorable and enjoyable stay. They were so easy to communicate with and were very helpful with any questions we had. It’s clear that they care about their guest and have created wonderful beach home away from home! We recommend this property and are definitely returning in the future!!

Majestic, Tranquil Sand Key Beach

My wife and I spent a month in this gorgeous condo and every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. The quality of the decor, the amenities, the extra consideration of our hosts and the world class ocean view and large patio made our stay an extraordinary experience. We loved waking up every morning to the serene ocean sounds and a walk on the beach. And there's no better place on earth to watch sunsets because every night there was another majestic, dramatic display as the sun reluctantly slipped below the horizon. The location in Sand Key Beach is superb, with many great restaurants within walking distance, action-packed Clearwater Beach a short trolley ride away and the quiet, sugar-sand beaches right outside our door. This condo is beautifully updated with an open-concept kitchen and family room, crown moldings and super comfortable beds. This is a very clean place. The owners have very high quality everything, including beach gear like new lounge chairs, upright chairs, beach towels a very solid beach umbrella and the best beach wagon we've ever seen to carry all our stuff out the door and onto the beach. I also have to say the people who work at this building are very friendly and professional too, including Maz (security - it's a gated building), Barbara the building manager and Joe the building engineer/maintenance. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool and grounds. We had maximum privacy, comfort and access to festivals, boating, golf and the healthy lifestyle we love. We highly recommend this property and look forward to our next stay here.

Great location with million dollar view!

Had a great time at this conveniently located, well appointed suite. Kim and Brett did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The pictures shown give a very accurate view of the unit except the views of the sunsets each night are better than any picture. We loved having the large terrace and spent a ton of time-out enjoying the weather and the vistas. So much is within walking distance from the unit, Clearwater beach, shops and great restaurants near by. Would definitely come back again!
