Unit 802 Landmark Towers avec place de parking couverte assignée (et places supplémentaires ouvertes aux visiteurs).

Que ce soit pour un mois ou deux, vous adorerez séjourner dans ce condo récemment rénové (novembre 2010) de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain sur la plage. Il est entièrement meublé et dispose d'un incroyable balcon orienté directement à l'ouest pour votre coucher de soleil (accès depuis la chambre et le salon).

Il se trouve au huitième étage d'un complexe fermé, Landmark Towers I, avec une place de parking couverte. Plus de stationnement disponible dans le parking extérieur Il y a une piscine de style complexe, un tennis, un jeu de palets, une balançoire pour les enfants et surtout des kilomètres de larges plages de sable juste dans votre cour.

Une autre grande caractéristique de ce complexe est que, même s'il se trouve sur une plage calme et isolée, il se trouve à moins d'un mile (sur un pont avec une piste piétonne / cyclable) de Clearwater Beach et de toute son excitation. De l'autre côté de la rue, il y a le seul commerce de la région à Shoppes of Sand Key avec quelques restaurants, magasins, épicerie, glacier et pressing. Vous n'avez même jamais besoin de monter dans une voiture, en plus il y a un service de tramway de haut en bas du Gulf Boulevard de Clearwater à St Pete!

La chambre principale a un lit king avec un matelas tout neuf et une salle de bain avec baignoire. La deuxième chambre a 2 lits jumeaux. La salle de bain du couloir dispose d'une douche. Les deux ont un dressing.

Glad you enjoyed your first snowbird excursion. The unit is as pictured, with fresh new furnishings (a year old) in the living and dining room and brand new mattresses throughout. The most important :) Yes the bedroom furniture could be modernized but it is in great shape and will remain a little longer. We have updated the AC, water heater, electric panel, paint and baseboard and are finishing replacing the last remaining windows this summer. This unit is one of the most updated and well maintained in Landmark Towers. We will work on new art/decor and possibly expanding the kitchen in the coming year and would love for you to come back someday!

Beautiful place in a great location! The condo was clean and everything was in working order. Could see some improvements the host has been working on, guest bath has been recently remodeled. Spacious master with an amazing mattress, slept so well while I was there which doesn’t often happen when I travel. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, silverware, small appliances, etc. The host has great communication and is fantastic to work with! Thank you for sharing your condo with us, we will be back!

Great location, great pool, while unit is not totally updated, is a good layout, could use some good patio furniture.

Thank you for your input! I will look into new patio furniture but we actually love the set we have out there so not sure it will get replaced. The smaller/second bedroom furniture is however on the list for a refresh for this summer.

Ideal location!

We love Sand Key! There is no better place to stay when visiting Clearwater. This condo is in the absolute ideal location with fast access to the trolley, shops, beach, restaurants...everything! Condo is fully appointed with everything a family would need for a short or long stay. An added bonus is that the owner always responded within minutes of my reaching out to her with questions. Highly recommend!

Sunrises and sunsets!!

Fantastic condo on 8th floor, with amazing views, located directly across the street from “Shoppes on Sand Key” which has shopping and several excellent restaurants. Have rented several condos over the years and Nathalie, by far, is the most amazing, thoughtful and greatest host! I have already booked her condo for two months next year and can’t wait to return.

A Piece of Heaven!!

A beachfront condo with stunning views!! Waking up to this view was one of the best parts of the vacation. The condo was clean and welcoming. The owner Natalie was pleasure to deal with and always available! This location and property was everything you could ask for in sunny getaway - steps from the beach, heated pool, and relaxing hot tub! Lots of activities to do near by - we even signed up our children for sailing camp right across from the condo! We are already missing our relaxing days by the pool, warm swims in the ocean and breathtaking sunsets. We stayed for an month and didn't want to leave. We can't wait to come back!

A Vacation to redo!

A beautiful view from every window of the condo, especially from the balcony during sunset. The condo is very clean and located in safe and quiet area…very relaxing stay. The owner is very sympathetic, flexible and very helpful. We felt ourselves like home. Beach is 2min walking from the building, not too much people swimming, however it was the end of December and I swum almost every day. We took very nice pictures with pelicans on the beach during sunset. it was amazing. A lot of nice restaurants and things to do for 20 to 30min walking: bikes rental, aquarium, souvenir shopping, guided tour…etc. It was a good choice for our vacation. I highly recommend it for families. Many thanks to Nathalie.

Beach, sunset & relax

We traveled from Italy to enjoy this superb end of landing condo with great beach view, conveniently sited on the 8th floor. The view is great, especially at the sunset, when you can relax on the balcony sipping your favourite drink. The unit is extremely well appointed with a high standard of decor and furnishings. The pool facilities are excellent, as well as the access to the ocean beach: our two kids loved to play and swim in both places. Cafes and smaller shops are conveniently sited across the adjacent road, as well as other major restaurants and mall that are not far away. The landlady has been greatly helpful in providing plenty of information and suggestion for places to visit/to eat, most of which we tried personally. We would like to thank her for her kindness and availability, we will definitely consider to rent the condo again during our next visit.

Clearwater Beach rental

This condo is on the calm end of Clearwater Beach, with a beautiful view of both the gulf and the bay. Very close to several nice restaurants. I could not have asked for a more relaxing stay!

Best vacation ever

The location and condo are awesome. The beach is so quiet and not crowded. While the area is very quiet..you can find lots to do very quickly. The food was great and nice shopping as well. Looking forward to returning next year.

Ideal Location

Our first time in this condo. The owner Nathalie had communicated all the condo rules and details to us prior to our arrival and we were very pleased with the condo. The location is ideal and we had great views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Inter Coastal. This allowed us to view the spectacular sunrise from the spacious kitchen while preparing breakfast and the glorious sunset while sipping a glass of wine on the balcony. This condo has the perfect mix of a quiet and relaxing vacation while being just a short walk to the beautiful and vibrant Clearwater Beach area. For those who enjoy good restaurants there is something for all tastes close by. Our first time here but certainly not our last. Thanks Nathalie.

Perfect for sun and relaxing

The condo is just by the beach, a short walk and you are there. The view of the gulf from the balcony is amazing. The beach is not so crowded which was great for us. The pool area is lovely and the other people in the building are super nice. Nathalie was very attentive and easy to get hold of if needed. I give my highest recommendation for anyone planning to travel to the area. Just less than two hours from Disney and close to lots of fun for adults and children.

Winter in Paradise

We stayed in this condominium from January 1 to March 31, 2018. We found it to be a homey, comfortable place. Great location. Close to the action of Clearwater beach but just far enough away if you want the quiet. Great restaurants right across the street. Has a nice pool and hot tub; and of course, the gulf is right outside your back door. Beautiful sunsets right from the balcony. You could not ask for a better owner to work with than Nathalie. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to our friends and family.

Amazing condo

Beautifully appointed condo right on the beach. Excellent location with many shops and restaurants across the street. Covered parking. Everything you could possibly want is in the condo! Just bring your bathing suit for the gorgeous pool and hot tub! Nathalie the property manager is wonderful and always available if you need anything.
