La maison de ville est lumineuse, aĂ©rĂ©e et reçoit une merveilleuse brise Ă  travers le lac. Des pas sur le pont mobilisent les tortues qui se prĂ©cipitent pour vous accueillir en prĂ©vision de la nourriture; ils aiment «Cheerios et poisson rouge». Divers oiseaux complĂštent le panorama. Une terrasse et un balcon s'Ă©tendent sur un lac de 3 acres dans lequel notre communautĂ© aime la pĂȘche, le canoĂ«, la natation et la fontaine d'eau paisible. Trois Ă©tages, 3 chambres et 3. 5 salles de bains. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain, T. V et ventilateur de plafond. Les trois chambres ont des lits queen size. 8 couchages avec matelas gonflable queen. 1/4 mile Ă  I-26 et 3/4 mile Ă  I-526. 33 restaurants dans un rayon de 1 mile, 1 mile de Regal Cinemas, un mile de N. Charleston Colliseum, Performing Arts Center, Tanger's Outlet / Wal-MArt / Sam's Club centres. 15 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Charleston, 13 miles - College Of Charleston, 8 Miles - Charleston Southern University, 9 Miles - MUSC, moins de 2 miles de Boeing.

The view was amazing, we couldn’t enjoy though, the wasp and allergy to cats kept us at bay. The neighborhood was crawling with strays and looks like one of the neighbors had cats that would come over to the deck where we staying. I stayed sneezing whenever I was on the property. Once I would leave and go elsewhere I was fine. Otherwise great find.

Competition Getaway

Fairly comfortable stay and sure beats staying at a hotel for the same nightly rate.Prime location, right outside of major shopping areas with good variety of restaurants and activities. Also conveniently down the street from Charleston Convention Center which was a major plus.Townhouse was comfortable and served it’s purpose for our intent that we booked it for. Beds were comfy, although I would suggest getting newer pillows (they were a little flat).Back patio and balcony views were awesome and so relaxing to sit at in the mornings and evenings.The negatives with this property is that it’s showing its age and could use a refresh. There were several cracked floor tiles, multiple holes in walls from old wall decorations, and some very old looking outlets and switch plates.Perhaps the biggest negative is the overall cleanliness factor. The large, common areas and bedrooms were clean, but closer inspection into the corners and crevices show that not everything was cleaned. And while the overall kitchen appearance looked clean, inspections of dish wares and utensils revealed many unclean items (there was a knife still stained with peanut butter shoved in with the rest of the utensils).The stainless steel appliances had streaks, stains, and marks from previous users that appear to have never been properly cleaned.For the nightly rate that was charged, I expected better care and appearance of the home. It is a great unit and location. Just needs to be spruced up.

Great Spot

We went to see shows at the Coliseum. You couldn't ask for a better little hideout less than a mile away. Perfect for a small group when you want a "home away from home" to relax in, instead of being crammied into a hotel room or two.

Great trip

The location was perfect for us-close to the coliseum, restaurants, and i26. The check in process was easy and the property manager was very responsive to our needs. The kitchen had all of the cookware and appliances you could possibly need. The three bedrooms were neat and clean with comfy beds, as were the bathrooms. The dumpster for trash was just a few feet from the unit. There was some deferred maintenance i e nails in some of the walls, but it didn’t affect the functionality of the unit.

Townhouse with lake

Place was comfortable and beds were comfortable. Do not come here if you want a quiet serene location the airplanes fly over house very close..we didn't mind because we were used to it. It is off a busy street and a very noisy bar. The back deck on the lake was really nice. All in all, a nice place.

Easy Great Stay

We loved our time here. A fun deck to enjoy the water and very convenient to outlet malls for shopping. Just a short drive from king street or to the beach. Plenty of room for three couples. We were very happy with our stay!

Very spacious property

Great place to stay for family of 4. Location is good for all the areas around Charleston, Mt. Pleasant & Goose Creek. A little noisy with the airport traffic, but you get used to it.

Quick getaway

Quick getaway with family. Great trip. Older unit, but updated nicely. Would recommend bringing extra towels. Only one per person available. Dryer takes about 2 hours per load. Nice having W/D unit on 2nd floor with the 2 main bedrooms. In airport pathway so a lot of close overhead plane noise from morning to night. Unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with small appliances and cooking necessities. Great deck with friendly animals willing to take vegetable scraps. 😍 Air conditioner worked well. Small window unit on 3rd floor kept upstairs room very comfortable. No linens (other than a pillow and pillowcase) were available for the air mattress so bring your own if you plan to use that. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. There were a lot of convenient places to run to quickly for last minute food items or toiletries. I would stay here again!

Eli baseball trip

Our grandson played baseball at Shipyard and Charleston Southern University! The location was close to both , restaurants and shopping as well! Our grands enjoyed the lake with the ducks and turtles. We had a lightening strike! Hit the inside wall. Hope all is well with the tv! Great place to stay! Beds were great and very updated! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!

Great location for our convention

If it wasn’t so hot great location to walk to so many options. We did rent a car which gave us many more options love going to Folly beach, Charleston market. Yes one of my highlights of staying here was feeding the turtles & ducks loved watching the wildlife

Great North Location

Location was perfect for the convention center and easy access to other areas of Charleston. Kitchen was nicely stocked. My only issue was the VRBO listed amenities. It appears there is a pool until you click on pool and it says there is not one available. I likely would have booked elsewhere had I known there was no pool.

Great Trip

Perfect stay!! Property manager was great. Good location. Clean and plenty of room for grandparents, mom and 3 daughters (ages 19-22). Great view, loved the turtles and ducks. The property did not have a grill as stated but we improvised. We enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again.
