Beautifully renovated 1950s 3BR/2BA home perfectly located on the park in vibrant Park Circle. This charming home features a sleek kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a clean, minimal feel. Very nice for a short stay

This was a very nice place overall! The neighborhood was a bit shady but there were no concerns as far as interruptions or loud noises during the evening, so that was nice. The location was very convenient, only 20 minutes form downtown and 10 minutes to the airport. I would recommend for short term stays

Friends Trip

We had a great time at this location. There were three adult couples and we fit well within the space. Everything was clean and organized. The location was great and close to a lot of things. Instructions were clearly communicated and the host was responsive.

Great home!

We needed a place within reasonable proximity of MUSC while our grand daughter was in the NICU. This home was cozy, clean and comfortable. Perfect for family members to gather and rest between hospital visits. Host promptly answered any questions. Highly recommend!!

North Charleston Avocado Abode

This was an excellent location for our group. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. The appliances appeared to be new. The sheets and towels were adequate. The HVAC unit worked well...we needed both AC and heat on this trip. The only negative was the noticeable musty smell and the reason for the 4 star overall rating.

Relaxing and fun

The property is in an awesome location for pretty much everything. From checking out some of the local museums to having a nice dinner at a sushi restaurant or even going out for a couple drinks. Nothing seemed far away at all and the house was quite lovely to stay in.

Spacious house with very good location

House was spacious. Fairly quiet. There is room for 3 cars in tandem on the driveway. There is a bathroom within the master bedroom and a hall bathroom. Check in is easy with a combination. The Wi-Fi was fast. This place was 20-30 minutes from downtown Charleston. 15 minutes from the airport. There was 4 of us. We all liked the house and would love to rent it again.

First Time a Charm!!

This was my first experience with vrbo and I couldn't have had a greater one! Katharine was extremely responsive and everything went smoothly. The house is beautiful, clean and welcoming. It was great to pull in the drive way after work! The restaurants and atmosphere were excellent. I highly recommend and if ever in Charleston again, I'll be here!

Really enjoyed our stay

Kat’s place is excellent. It’s even nicer than the photos suggest. Very comfortable and well furnished. The neighborhood is fun and convenient.
