About this space
Welcome to "The Chucktown"! Enjoy a fun Charleston experience with this home decorated in all local Charleston décor! Amazing location, easily walkable (0.4mile)to lots of great Park Circle restaurants and bars! 10 minutes to Charleston International Airport and 15 minutes to downtown Charleston!
The space

We have tried to think of everything you will need to relax while you’re on vacation. Here’s what people say they love most about this home:

The living room features a Roku smart TV ready to sign into your favorite streaming apps! The master bedroom has a super comfy memory foam KING bed and USB ports in both bedside lamps to charge all of your devices and a huge walk in closet for plenty of storage. The secondary bedroom also has a great memory foam queen mattress, charging ports and large closet! Both bedrooms feature their own independent attached FULL bath! If needed the living room sofa can be pulled out for an additional queen bed! In the bathrooms we supply extra plush towels and luxury Gilchrist & Soames brand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion to get you started. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to cook your favorite meals and we also supply a Keurig coffee maker and a few assorted pods! The dining table combined with the free high speed WIFI make working from home a breeze! Heading into the fully fenced back yard there is another table and chairs with string lights hung overhead to enjoy the low country nights! It is a safe and easy walk, less than half a mile to great neighborhood bars and restaurants such as the Tattooed Moose, DIG in the Park, Commonhouse Aleworks, LOLAs seafood and many more!

Guest have full access to the home and yard except for the owners closet in living room and exterior storage closet in back yard.
Other things to note
Park Circle is a fun, eclectic and bustling neighborhood. The home is near a train crossing,**YOU WILL HEAR IT** from time to time! Airplanes can also be heard sometimes since Charleston Airport is very close.

Please note the fireplace is not available for guest use.

    Charleston stay

    Check in was easy, the home was clean with the exception of the bathroom at the top of the stairs, shower curtain was covered in mildew (I did let the owner know). They king bed was slumped in the middle and not comfortable. I was not aware of the close proximity of the train, but it is listed in the listing description.

    We had a great time in Charleston. The location was not very far from any place we went to and the bedrooms and bathrooms very very clean and slept well.

    Fun time

    We were in town for an event at the coliseum. The townhouse was as advertised. Train was close townhouse was close to our event. The thing that set this rental apart was the proximity to Park Circle. We were worried about what would be going on i. november but quickly saw that there is something going on in Park circle all the time. We were able to walk to all the fun things happening and even better it was an easy walk back after a few drinks. Really enjoyed the stay!!!

    Park Circle Visit

    Location was great for accessing Park Circle and Charleston. Quiet neighborhood. Space is the perfect size for 4 adults. A bit tight with 6. Owners are very responsive with any concerns. We would stay again 😊

    Train noise

    We have no complaints other than the noise of the trains. The noise of the horns is very loud in the front bedroom. If we had known, we would have broughtcearplugs. They came by 4 times each night and blasted their horns three or four times each train.

    Tidy, clean, easy in, easy out! Quiet neighborhood close to every thing. Perfect spot for a quick getaway from your normal!

    Clean & Close to so many things!

    This is our second time visiting Charleston. We have family in the Summerville area so we wanted a place in North Charleston that would allow us to go to the beach or Summerville in the same amount of time, and this place was the perfect location. It's about 15-20 minutes to Isle of Palms Beach, and a little longer to get to Folly Beach or Shem Creek, but we didn't think the drive was terrible and the views on the way are gorgeous. The house was very clean and well equipped with towels, etc and comfortable. The best part is definitely the massive park that is within walking distance from the house. My daughter had a great time and still talks about it. Also, check out Prophet coffee if you're a coffee lover and Sesame burgers (they were delicious)! We had a great time!

    Chucktown for the win.

    Only stayed here one night but it was a fantastic property. Gus was so gracious and kind. There was a mix up and property was double booked. Gus went out of his way to help us with a new booking as well as making suggestions for our visit. The local eateries were nearby and we enjoyed their offerings. The home was very clean inside and out. The beds were comfy and loved having private bathrooms for each bedroom. Great sheets! I can't wait to come back and stay here again.
