La grande salle à l'��tage est assez spacieuse et présente des plafonds voûtés, un riche parquet, un foyer au gaz avec une cheminée à bois, et de belles vues sur la forêt et la montagne. La cuisine comprend des comptoirs en granite, des armoires en aulette noueuses, un garde-manger, une table de cuisson �� gaz et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Host always communicated promptly. The cabin was in great condition, had no issues with anything. We tried to clean up as best we could for a quick turn around for next guests. The cabin had everything we needed as well as enough towels pans etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Lake Tahoe stay

Nice house layout with 3 rooms downstairs including bunkroom plus small living room and bathroom. Upstairs was great with open living room and eating area for everyone to hang out.

Great, comfortable place

Very clean, comfortable house. Great location, friendly and quiet neighborhood. We wish there would be more toilet paper, paper towels and bath towels provided. Overall great place and we’ll definitely stay there again.

Hello, our entire stay was good, since we started communicating, I had everything I needed to spend a weekend, there was a problem with the refrigerator, they also put some mini refrigerators, ice and a cooler, they let me know. before arriving. Regarding cleaning, they do need a deep cleaning because there were cobwebs, dusty baseboards, and some dirty furniture, but the towels and supplies were very good, I would still rent this property again

Great South Tahoe location

The location of the home is just South of the lake by about 15 minutes. It is nice because it is in a quiet area, with the exception of the neighbors dogs that like to bark throughout the day. Luckily we were out most of the day so it wasn't a factor. The home is large and very accommodating for large families. We had 7 in our group, two kids under the age of 13, two 20 year old's, and three of us in our 40's. Everyone had their own room and bed. The downstairs area has a space for the kids to hang out and watch their own shows. The downstairs is nice and cool, the upstairs has the larger living area with plenty of seating for everyone. It gets quite warm upstairs, the a/c doesn't seem to provide much relief from the heat, but there were several fans located in the closet which helped with the heat. Getting around town is a breeze, most needs are within 15 minutes of the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house but can do better

This is a beautiful house but there are a few things we noticed that they can do better.1. Upstairs plumbing was weak2. The bedding in all rooms so thin. Was for the summer not for winter3. Pots and pans are very scratched up - time to replace them with none toxic pans4. No aluminum or Saran Wrap provided 5. Kids bunk beds were broken (one was broken and the other was shaky)

Nice cabin - worth a look

Our stay overall was great and I would recommend this place. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything you need. It would have been nice if they would have shoveled snow off the deck so we could use the BBQ and made a path to the hot tub, but we understand this year had much more snow than most. It is a 2.5 bath not a 3 bath to be clear. Only other suggestion for future renters is they need kitchen towels (we had to use small bath hand towels) and some medium and larger size fry pans - the only one there is a small 6" pan. These are minor easy fixes.

Not clean and several issues during our stay

The house was cute, cozy, and had plenty of space for our group, which we really appreciated. The host was responsive and quick to reply when we had questions or concerns.That said, we ran into quite a few issues during our stay: the BBQ didn’t work as expected and wasn’t usable the first night, the front door lock was unreliable, and the garage door sensor was hanging loose and needed to be manually fixed. The master bedroom had no bath towels, there was visible hair and residue in the bathroom, and the space overall felt a bit dusty. Some windows wouldn’t open properly, the trash situation was unclear (zip-tied bins and unfamiliar bear-proof cans), and one of the TV cabinet doors wouldn’t close.The house was an ok location, with road work it took about 30 minutes to get downtown. Overall, the place has potential and the layout was great, but it definitely needs better maintenance and a more thorough cleaning.

Tahoe getaway

The cabin was a nice but just have a few things could improve on. Had a lot of essential things that we didn't need to bring which it nice. Although, the cabin could use a bit more touch up in cleaning as our children had found and picked stuff underneath the couch. Furniture and chairs looked stain. For the amount of cleaning fee we had to pay, thought it could be a bit better. But aside from that it was nicely made. Fridge wasnt as cold. Overall, we did enjoy our stay!

Beautiful Home

Me and My Family went out to SLT for a getaway for my mothers 60th birthday. It was a beautiful location and home. Everything was beautiful and accommodating inside. There was tons of snow everywhere. Kids were able to play right out front of home in snow. The home kept us warm from cold which was perfect. The only thing, if I would say negative, was just the downstairs Livingroom couch that turns into a bed was quite uncomfy. That was the only thing that was unpleasant. But it didn't ruin anything. Because everything else was perfect. And side note we got in hot tub and it was sooo relaxing! I loved it! We definitely want to make it a yearly trip and would go back and recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing Stay

What a great find. Rooms and shared areas were extremely clean with a plethora of amenities. There was plenty of room and each of the sleeping accommodations were comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.

Worked well for our family. Near our Tahoe family, plan on driving as you are far from Tahoe proper. (Appliances in poor shape and there weren’t enough blankets) Minor issues. Overall a good stay

Great vacation but NO Heat

Had a great time in Tahoe, the house was beautiful with everything you would need for a mountain stay. Except heat.. Unfortunately down stairs heat was not working where 3 bedrooms were located. Only source of heat was upstairs fireplace. When we communicated this to property manager they attempted to “troubleshoot” by having us send picture of thermostat. This went nowhere. Manager said “we’ll have a tech drop off space heaters and have a hvac tech check out the unit.” Got the space heaters but never heard back from the manager after that. We did get a snowstorm so I’m sure that’d be the excuse for why hvac tech couldn’t come out but in reality people were on the road by the next morning after storm and it would of been nice to have the manager reach out and update us with progress of getting heat fixed. Not having heat when nights get below 20 degrees is unsafe. We had three space heaters, one in each downstairs bedroom. This was not very comforting. Having all three space heaters on at once was tripping the breaker about every 20 minutes. We had to run them overnight(one in the kids room) which was unsafe, an extreme fire hazard, and inconvenient. With the lack of communication and resolution of the issue from management we felt as if they were already aware of this problem and they were just trying to turn over renters as they made us aware someone was checking out the day we checked in and someone was checking in on the day of our check out. My recommendation to management is although the winter time can bring a lot of renters to their home, they should focus on the safety and well being of their guests by doing preventative maintenance/ safety inspections of property in between every few clients. Otherwise the stay was great however in the future I would not go back to this rental.

Winter Wonderland

Fabulous home with all amenities and in a great location to visit Kirkwood and Heavenly Valley. We were snowed in for 3 days but never got board; foosball tournaments, playing poker and enjoying the hot tub kept us entertained. We will definitely put this on our return list. However, don’t rely on the management company as they were not helpful in getting driveway plowed. Our family team had to dig us out. Trash bins were over stuffed when we arrived and never picked up. Trash had to be put in the garage. Many light bulbs out and some switches didn’t work. Management isn’t doing it’s job. When they were contacted by text their response was almost rude. Never had a verbal conversation. This started way back when we inquired about the Caldor fire. The owners have definitely made this a home away from home.

Quiet Mountain Retreat 4 BR 3BA Newer Home with Spa, Foosball, Poker Table, AC!

Property was clean, as advertised with respect to size. Our three generational family had plenty of space to both be together for family events as well as separate when desired. Two issues kept this stay from being 5 star. One the AC is controlled for the entire house. Even with all the shades closed and the fans operating at maximum speed, the second story was still warm unless the bottom floor was too cold. Two, the DVD player in the living room was broken and the property manager was not aware. Would make sense that as part of the checklist for managing the property, all equipment needs to be checked for operability. (The TV in the master bedroom was not working properly but a text to the PM resulted in a prompt resolution.) We would stay there again even though the fees were excessive.

Lovely Spot!

Beautiful home, exactly as advertised. It’s in a great location, has plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs, and comes well appointed with everything we needed as a group of six adults and three infants. The house is very clean, in a great location and easily accessible to all of the near attractions. Our experience with customer service was excellent, and they even let us check in a few hours early. I highly recommend and will stay here again if I’m ever in the area!

Beautiful Home

House was way bigger than we expected. I stayed in the master while my daughter and her friends stayed downstairs. I never heard a thing. Bed was comfortable I actually would like to name of it so I can purchase for home. Couches were comfortable also. I didn’t get to enjoy the jet tub cause I guess the breaker needed to be flipped but the owner got back to me quickly to let me know what needed to be done. We only used spa one night cause we have been so busy but it was great! I definitely look forward to renting again wish I could afford the holiday time this house would be PERFECT!
