Unité pratique au premier étage. La destination idéale pour des vacances en famille!

Ceci est une propriété fermée et bien entretenue, unité avant du golfe. Les bùtiments de quatre étages et la propriété spacieuse créent une atmosphÚre parfaite pour la détente. Notre unité contient une chambre principale avec un lit king size, la deuxiÚme chambre a un ensemble de lits superposés ainsi qu'un lit queen size et il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon. Il y a une belle piscine lagon avec un paysage luxuriant et des cascades, une piscine pour enfants, un bar / restaurant tiki donnant sur la plage, des courts de tennis, un bain à remous et plus encore. Interurbain GRATUIT et accÚs Internet sans fil GRATUIT dans l'unité. Votre réservation comprend un service de plage quotidien de deux chaises avec repose-pieds et un parasol. (1er mars-31 octobre)

We love High Pointe Resort. This is our 10th stay at the resort. You can’t beat the location. This condo had everything stocked and even had extras of all the little things like toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher pods etc. This unit also has a great view!

We went for a long weekend during off season. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo’s accommodations, location, and view of the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo and resort was wonderful. Beach was beautiful! Couldn't have asked for a better location for a week away with our 7 year old daughter! Angela was easy to communicate with and very responsive throughout the entire process. Great host!

Perfect getaway!

Great location next to Rosemary Beach, with shops, restaurants and entertainment all in walking distance. Perfect layout with views of the ocean. Clean space and easy check in Would definitely stay again!

The property was very dirty and outdated. The door knob was falling off, the furniture was old and very worn, the bedding was also old and very worn. The floors and counters were filthy. The showers were also dirty and hard to operate. It was definitely below other Vrbo standards compared to other properties that we have experienced.

Wonderful Stay

We have enjoyed High Pointe and this condo multiple years now and always have a great time as a family. The location is convenient and the beach access and chair/umbrella setup is extremely helpful when traveling with our small children. We’ll be back!

The property is in such an amazing location. Gorgeous views, close to three of the best areas, and is very accessible. Communication was perfect. Property was well stocked and clean. Best value I’ve found when booking a short term rental. Anywhere.

this peaceful hide away in mid winter is both relaxing and beautiful. only drawback is very weak wi/fi signal, had to go to coffee shop acriss the street to use laptop or to get a good cell phone call.

Spring Break 2025

What a wonderful property! We loved being right on the ocean for the days that it was too windy to be on the beach. We could sit on the patio and still enjoy the waves. There are so many places to eat and shop within walking distance. We had an electrical problem due to a bad switch but Angela was quick to respond and had her handyman come and fix it the same day (on a Sunday!). We have stayed in Destin before but not 30A. We enjoyed tje condo and location so much we have already booked it for next year!

Perfect Beachfront Property

We have stayed in High Pointe many times and always enjoy it. Perfect location on the beach and right next to Rosemary. This unit was great with updated furniture from the pictures, plenty of space for our group, and beautiful views. Would highly recommend.
