Maison personnalisée de 2 étages au design élégant dans le magnifique quartier historique de Converse Heights, Spartanburg. Récemment rénové (achevé en septembre 2018) chalet confortable avec 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes privées et 2 salons. Conçu et rénové méticuleusement par l'hôte. Le chalet est à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons de Converse College, à 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville de Spartanburg et à 2 miles des principaux centres commerciaux.

Parking facile gratuit (jusqu'à 2 voitures).

Maison de style designer primée pour ceux qui recherchent l'esthétisme intérieur classique. Ce chalet de 2 étages professionnellement construit sur mesure comprend 2 chambres complètes avec matelas en mousse à mémoire de 12 pouces (technologie de gel de refroidissement), des espaces de détente privés avec lit double et des téléviseurs intelligents montés (Netflix et Amazon Prime Video disponibles!). Plancher de bois franc à aire ouverte appliqué au salon confortablement meublé. Le cottage comprend également 2 salles de bains complètes, dont l'une dispose d'un plancher de douche en bois brésilien de type sauna, tandis que l'autre est dotée d'un plancher de douche en galets. Unités de laveuse / sécheuse entièrement opérationnelles en interne! Et enfin et surtout, la cuisine moderne pleine grandeur a été entièrement rénovée, avec une gamme de cuisiniers professionnels et une foule d'équipements de cuisine modernes disponibles pour tous vos besoins.

This was our second stay with Leo. It would have been the third, but he was booked the last time we were in town. I cannot rave enough about the property. The home is beautifully designed and furnished, comfortable, clean, and beyond fully stocked. The property is on a quiet dead end street near everything. It’s an easy walk to downtown. The grounds are lovely and very well maintained. Leo is the consummate host. He is friendly and present without being overbearing or intrusive. Communication was quick and helpful. The best host and the best property bar none.

Luxury Stay in Spartanburg

This is a beautiful home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Leo was an outstanding host and provided numerous ammenities, including fresh flowers. The kitchen was well-equipped and thoughtfully stocked. The beds were very comfortable. A wonderful stay and we'll definitely look forward to a return visit.

This is a great place to stay in Spartanburg. Visiting my daughter in college and was able to do all her laundry (she had mono) and fix some home cooked meals. Like a like home away from home!

Clean comfy stay!

I traveled solo and stayed there for a business meeting and thoroughly enjoyed the property. Very well decorated, stocked with needed supplies, and clean. Host was friendly and extended a friendly offer to help with anything I needed while there. I would definitely stay here again.

This cottage is very creatively constructed with wonderful attention to detail and good taste.
