CLEANING FEE IS INCLUDED IN RENTAL FEE.

Fully furnished home in Spartanburg. 2 Bedrooms furnished with queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, 50" SmartTV in living room and 43" in upstairs bedroom with cable and WIFI access. Nice driveway, fenced in back yard. There is not a back door inside the house that leads to the fenced yard. Great place for quick getaway to Spartanburg, Greenville or surrounding areas, great for business people traveling or visiting family in the area. Note there are crowing roosters near the property that can be your wakeup alarm. Sound machines in bedrooms and ear plugs available.

EV charger for electric vehicle is a NEMA 14-50 230 voltage outlet. You must bring your own charging cable to plug in the outlet.

NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY.

We had a very nice stay at this VRBO! The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was exactly as described, and the space felt welcoming and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The amenities were thoughtful, it was pet friendly , and had a washer & dryer. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway.

Such an amazing little place, easy to get to, interact a quaint neighborhood. You have the entire place to yourself, making it not only feel more like home, but also felt very safe. It was very clean and absolutely everything was thought of. No detail left out. There was even a card and snacks. You don't get that from any hotel and I haven't experienced that from other VRBOs, either. There is a nice big back fenced in yard. Just another nice little extra. Communication was excellent and timely. Definitely a must for a place to stay in Spartanburg. Highly recommend!

The house has everything you need, plus more. We were welcomed with a card, snacks, the air conditioner turned on and messages to ensure that we had everything we needed, including support with a closed road sign. They have books, 3 TVs, board games and a chair that massages and hears you. This was a smooth process and if we ever need to come back here again, we’ll definitely try to stay here again!
