CLEANING FEE IS INCLUDED IN RENTAL FEE.

Fully furnished home in Spartanburg. 2 Bedrooms furnished with queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, 50" SmartTV in living room and 43" in upstairs bedroom with cable and WIFI access. Nice driveway, fenced in back yard. There is not a back door inside the house that leads to the fenced yard. Great place for quick getaway to Spartanburg, Greenville or surrounding areas, great for business people traveling or visiting family in the area. Note there are crowing roosters near the property that can be your wakeup alarm. Sound machines in bedrooms and ear plugs available.

EV charger for electric vehicle is a NEMA 14-50 230 voltage outlet. You must bring your own charging cable to plug in the outlet.

NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY.

We stayed with our two dogs and had a great time. Sheila was very response to any questions we had. We loved the Keurig coffee maker and the whole coffee station setup as well as the snacks. I personally loved the huge upstairs room with a desk and plenty of room to hang out and get stuff done. It was easy to sign in to WiFi and plenty of tvs. Thanks for a great stay!

This house was absolutely perfect for us. Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Not far from Croft State Park and only 30 min to Greenville. The host is wonderful and so helpful. Thank you Sheila.

Fantastic stay

We had a bit of a snag due to the power being out due to the hurricane, Sheila was fantastic keeping me in the loop about the power status and notified me immediately when the power was back on. The house is adorable and perfect with everything you could possibly need stocked in the kitchen and bathroom. She even had snacks available. It’s so cute and very clean and comfortable I couldn’t have been happier with the entire process.

Perfect for a baseball tournament

We had a baseball tournament at nearby Tyger River Park in Duncan. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. It fit our needs much better than a hotel room. We were able to bring our dogs and had an area to prepare sandwiches and snacks for the tournament. Sheila was very responsive to questions and worked with us around our crazy tournament schedule. The home is conveniently located near 2 interstates, a grocery store and gas station.

Terrific home base for Spartanburg stay

Cute, well appointed home that met our needs perfectly. We were attending a competition at Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium, which was just 13 minutes away. It was great to have a nice place to return to at the end of the long days. Sheila provided excellent instructions for check in and also reached out to check on us. There are many thoughtful touches, including yummy snacks basket, coffee, and teas. We had read about roosters, but only heard crowing once during our stay and that was in the late afternoon. This is also addressed by the wonderful host, who provided a sound machine and earplugs in both bedrooms. In short, this is a well appointed stay with a conscientious, friendly host. Recommended!

Visiting family in Boiling Springs

This little place was perfect for the three of us. The bungalow is not fancy but it is very clean and a very efficient use of the space. There were some very minor noise issues but all the little thoughtful extras (ear plugs, toiletries, snacks) more than made up for. When we were there it was hot as heck but the AC was wonderful!

Perfect getaway place

This place was perfect, and the host goes beyond expectations. I have stayed in several VRBOs and this host really put some thought into what one would need and then some extras.

Great spot

We stayed at this property for a college graduation weekend and it was perfect for us. We chose it for the fenced in yard (although we ended up not bringing the dog) but it would have been perfect. The host was quick to respond to any questions, the property was clean, I loved the coffee area, and the roosters didn’t bother us at all!

Nice Property

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this worked out great for us. There was a small issue with the listing but sometimes that happens. The house was clean and smelled good. We made breakfast one morning which was a hard as there wasn't a skillet, only half of the toaster worked and the microwave didn't have much power to cook bacon. Overall, I would stay their again. The roosters didn't both us much at all. Also Sheila was very flexible with our check out time as were at the tournament until late Sunday.

Very homey feel. Cozy with great use of space. Added amenities were a great touch from the makeup wipes to snacks. When outside we could here the roosters but not inside. Nice big fenced backyard.

The Best Place we have stayed hands down

The House was very spacious and very clean. The property owner had excellent communication and the process of checking in was easy. Inside the house was full of goodies, chips, snacks, chocolates. The kitchen had every utensil you needed, pots, pans, spices, can opener, baking items, glasses, knives, plates, and bowls. The beds were comfortable as well as the couches and chairs. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors nice. We felt at home the minute we walked in. I will tell you, you wont be disappointed in this house. We will book again in near future.

Perfect house

I came for continuing education. This was the perfect place for a single person or a couple. There is a chicken that serves as an alarm clock but I was always up before then. The house is in a neighborhood away from the business of a main road. It was great.
