Home offers 3 cozy bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with 2 twin beds. With 2 fully stocked bathrooms featuring a bathtub and a shower, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a washing machine, dryer, heating, AC, an iron, and a hair dryer, fully stocked kitchen & essentials to use during your stay. This phenomenal property is the perfect retreat for your trip. The open floor plan makes it perfect to entertain while cooking for any home chef. Enjoy outside spaces with a front porch & huge covered private back patio with 12 foot sliding door that has a BBQ grill to enjoy local foods sourced from the Farmer's Market. Great Rental

This was our second time renting Hub Haven. We had all our family stay there (6 adults, plus a 2 year old) and everyone loved it. It is a nice, up to date house that is very clean and accommodating.

Mother/Daughter accommodations

Our group consisted of two sets of mother/daughter duos, in town for a dance competition. For a better price than the local hotel, we had plenty of space for everyone and only a short drive to the convention center! It was very convenient having a refrigerator And being able to spend time together in the common area in the evenings. The secondary bedroom could benefit from nightstands and unfortunately the security cameras were not working during our stay which is a safety concern. I also suggest maybe sticking a couple wine glasses in the kitchen cabinet! The host was very responsive to our communications and even left a basket of snacks! We would definitely stay here again if our competition schedule brings us back to Spartanburg!

Amazing comfortable house!

The house is amazing and the pics online do not do it justice, it looks like a model home. Property owners were very easy to communicate with, and made sure everything was fine with the house. This is going to be our #1 choice when we come to Greenville.

Family event stay

We stayed here for a family event at the pig on fire barn in Woodruff. This house was an amazing stay it was close to the event and family and friends had everything We needed plenty of space for friends and family and are 2 dogs so hard to find a pet friendly place and this one was amazing thank you very much

We choose this neighborhood because even though it is so close to all Spartanburg has to offer like outdoor recreation, parks, dinning, shopping, entertainment, live music this neighborhood is still quite & peaceful providing the perfect place to re-charge your batteries whether in the comfy beds or on the back patio. The location is so close to I-26 & I-85 so the commute is quick & accessible to Downtown Spartanburg, Greer, Greenville or even Asheville, NC.
