Situé à North Forest Beach, cette maison de troisième rangée se trouve à quelques pas de la plus belle plage de l'île et à quelques pas de Coligny Plaza *! En entrant dans cette maison aérée, vous rencontrerez d'abord une chambre d'hôtes agréable équipée d'un lit queen, d'un lit de jour, d'une télévision et d'une salle de bain complète. Montez les escaliers jusqu'au niveau principal et détendez-vous avec votre livre préféré dans la confortable salle ensoleillée de Carolina ou profitez d'un film dans le salon confortable. Les clients peuvent également s'aventurer à l'extérieur de la terrasse à partir de ce niveau pour profiter du plein air. De là, descendez quelques marches jusqu'à la piscine pour nager. Profitez du soleil sur l'une des nombreuses chaises longues ou allumez le gril pour déjeuner sur la terrasse près de la piscine.

Pour ces repas à l'intérieur, le niveau principal offre une grande cuisine avec bar à petit-déjeuner. La salle à manger formelle peut accueillir 8 personnes. La suite principale, également située à ce niveau, dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision avec magnétoscope / lecteur DVD et d'une salle de bain complète. Les clients peuvent également accéder à la terrasse depuis la suite principale. Deux chambres d'hôtes, ainsi qu'une buanderie, complètent cet étage. La première chambre d'hôtes est dotée d'un lit queen-size tandis que la seconde est dotée de 2 lits jumeaux. Ces chambres partagent une salle de bain complète. Pour une vue imprenable sur l'océan, montez l'escalier en colimaçon jusqu'au 3ème niveau de la maison. Ici, vous pouvez choisir de vous asseoir, de vous détendre et de profiter de la vue, ou de brancher votre ordinateur portable et de profiter de l'Internet sans fil de la maison. Que vous veniez pour profiter de la plage, vous asseoir au bord de la piscine ou profiter de tout ce que l'île a à offrir, le 18 Fou de Bassan satisfera les besoins de chacun dans votre groupe!

Coligny Plaza propose plus de 50 aventures uniques de vente au détail et de restauration. Au centre de celui-ci, vous trouverez le parc Coligny. Ici, vous pouvez louer des chaises de plage, des parasols et jouer au beach-volley.

The house was fantastic, the walk to the beach was short, the pool was great. Entire family had a wonderful time. We cooked dinner a couple nights and the spacious kitchen made that a pleasure. The layout of the house was perfect for our family with both young kids and a baby- family units had their own space. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying here and it couldn’t have been a better week! The house is a great set up for our group of 4 adults, 3 kids and a dog. Everything was clean when we arrived. So close and convenient to the beach and the pool is delightful. Will be coming back again next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd year vacationing in this home and we have already booked it for next year. The home is well-stocked (kitchen and linens). One of the best aspects is its location - close to the beach and within walking distance to Coligny. The home is clean and updated, and there is plenty of room for our family of 13. This home was perfect for our family! We had 4 adults, 3 kids and a dog, and there was more than enough space for everyone. Looks exactly as pictured, so clean, bright and spacious. The pool was so enjoyable. Also the location could not have been better. Steps from the beach and a short bike ride over to Coligny. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back again!

Well-equipped and beautiful home!

We so enjoyed our stay at 18 Gannet! It was both spacious and cozy! The pool was so nice, with its little waterfall, and we enjoyed reading in what we called the “observation deck”, the room up the spiral stairs.

Fantastic Location

This place was perfect for our group! Fantastic location (steps from the beach but hidden amongst the amazing ancient trees). The house is nice but has a homey feel; it’s very comfortable with small children. And even though it’s surrounded by other larger properties it feels very secluded (especially the pool area). 2 Thumbs up on this one!

Great location

We had our annual family vacation at 18 Gannet St. The house easily accommodated our party of 11 people. The kitchen could use some tupperware type containers with lids for storing leftovers and maybe some more serving dishes. Most of the lower kitchen cabinets were empty. The pool was great and there was plenty of room at the dining table and in the living room for all of us to eat and relax together. We had a great week.

Great location!

House is quite suitable for a family that needs four bedrooms. The pool was clean, but cold because it is primarily in the shade. The air conditioner in the lower bedroom needs to be updated as it is noisy. Even with the AC off, though, the room was cool during a hot week.

Nice vacation rental

Everything was great! The only disappointment that we had was that the ad from VRBO said that 4 free bike rentals were included with this house. They were not. We got a discounted rate on the bike rentals through Beachside Getaway but they were $100 and because of the ad we had thought they were free.

Family Beach Trip

Over all a very good experience. House is very close and convenient to the beach and to the shopping area in Hilton head. Home had four very usable bedrooms and extra space for inflatable mattresses if needed. Was a little short on some of the kitchen appliances and there was not a good location to store the food that we brought with us. The pantry was locked. Otherwise everything was great and we would stay there again without hesitation. Rental agency very responsive and courteous during our stay. Would give this five stars
