Cozy 2/2 Gulf Coast, Canal House avec un quai, bateau ponton et accĂšs au golfe

Ceci est une maison chérie 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain, 7 couchages. La maison est située entre Dunedin et Tarpon Springs. C'est sur un canal en eau profonde avec un accÚs direct au golfe du Mexique, pas de ponts. Apportez votre propre bateau ou louez le nÎtre. Nous louons notre bateau ponton de 24 'pour 75 $ par jour de votre séjour. Nous avons également deux planches à pagaie et deux kayaks inclus dans la location de la maison. Ou détendez-vous à l'ombre dans notre hamac double.
La chambre principale a un lit king size, sa propre salle de bain et un salon privé. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen, le salon a un canapé-lit queen et une chaise et demie avec un lit jumeau. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec un lave-vaisselle, une cuisiniÚre à gaz, un four complet et un réfrigérateur, une machine à glaçons et un refroidisseur à vin.
Laveuse et sécheuse incluses et un grand garde-manger à approvisionner pour votre famille et vos invités.
Inclus est un téléviseur à écran plat intelligent 65 "et WIFI.
ProjetĂ© dans le porche et la grande terrasse donnent sur le quai et la vue sur l'eau. Le pont comprend un grand gril Ă  gaz et un gril Ă  Ɠufs verts.
L'emplacement est proche de la piste cyclable Pinellas et du golf d'Innisbrook. Beaucoup de bons restaurants localement.

This is a lovely home, perfect for a working adventure couple.plus guests. Main bedroom at the back of house with its ensuite bath is ultra quiet and the ultimate in restful sleep. Loved the sitting room as an office area, and closet space for a month of options.. Best sofa ever with a pullout bed in the main living room (we are buying one just like this for our home! That's how much we love it). Kitchen with lots of dishes and storage for eating in. Laundry room (close the door to sound proof) sit on the dock, or rent the pontoon from the owner, either way lovely sunrises and sunsets and plenty of wildlife and nature right outside. Thank you for a great month! It was everything we wanted and more

Excellent Rental for Families!

Best location

We rent all over Tampa Bay all the time. This house was perfect! Easy uber ride to the best Greek restaurants outside of Greece. The smoothest and quickest boat ride over to Three Rooker Island. Quiet neighborhood. We loved everything about it and would rent again!

Another Wonderful Stay

Property is as stated in the listing. Our family opted in for the Pontoon for our stay and we had a wonderful time here. Tarpon Springs - Sponge Docks Street was a pleasant suprise. We also enjoyed Honeymoon Island several mornings finding several keepers of shells.

Relax and unwind

Our stay here was amazing. The house was clean and communication with the host was good. Had a great time on the pontoon fishing and the sunsets were amazing. We had everything we needed as far as kitchen supplies and bath supplies.We would definitely book again.

Very peaceful and calm. It was almost like we were the only people on the whole street. Only sign of life was when the trash bins magically appeared at the curb on trash day. Really nice property, even had a pontoon boat available but unfortunately boating is not my thing but I kind of wished it was after a couple days. Isolated from traffic and noise but just a minute or two to anything you need. Great stay

Great spot for a family trip nice house we enjoyed staying here. We fished off dock caught different species of fish,l we saw one dolphin accross canal. We rented the pontoon boat had two wonderful days boating easy out of canal into channel. We saw two large stingrays ate lunch and fished for a few hours. The kayaks were fun too.

Excellent stay as usual at Ruth’s place! This was our 4th time renting. We always use the boat and enjoy our time on the water. I do not recommend using it if you are not an experienced boater. We found lots of seashells at the islands and caught a bunch of fish. We were there during scallop season and caught bunches of bay scallops that were delicious. Highly recommend this place! We will definitely be back.
