Fantastic home

The house is in an excellent location and close to beach access with parking. The sofa is large and allowed our entire party to hang out and relax with a movie, however, the sofa needs a good steam cleaning. They have a lot of kitchen ware that I wish was posted in the amenities so we didn't have to tote so much with us (wine opener, kitchen towels, blow dryer). The cutting boards and coffee pot need to be replaced. The plastic cutting boards have stains and too many cuts that is unsanitary. The coffee pot was grossly stained, but they also have a Keurig. It was nice they have a mini fridge on the bottom level and it kept beverages very cold. The pool is small but nice and we were all able to get in (6 adults) but they did not have a net that would pick up small particles and the day they mowed there was grass in the pool. They did clean the pool the next day. There was boogie boards and beach buckets in the carport. We used the bucket to dip our feet to minimize getting sand in the pool. They have a vacuum on the 2nd and 3rd level and a broom on the second level. My friend who slept in the room below mine mentioned she could hear every step above and every toilet flush which interrupted her sleep. The beds are firm. The steps were brutal but most beach houses are three levels and to be expected. The property managers did a fantastic job. I probably stay there again if I was younger but my next beach vacation will have an elevator.

Great vacation home

We were very impressed with our stay! The kitchen was very well stocked, much better than I anticipated. Location is great, short walk to the beach. Also having the private pool and the hot tub was perfect for the days we didn't want the sand. It was the perfect house and location for our 3 family vacation with 11 people total. Would stay again in a minute!

Spring Break in Nags Head

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house, really close to the beach access and in walking distance to many shops, eateries, etc.

Effortless

We loved our stay. Communication was great, and the property was as advertised and well equipped. My only suggestion would be to include kitchen towels and dishcloths. We had a great week. The kids loved the pool.

Great vacation

The house was convenient and well maintained. Everything was in working order. The hot tub was a big hit with the teenagers who could soak as they kept tabs on the passing action below. Kitchen was well equipped. Thanks for a much needed pleasant vacation.

DOLPHIN WATCH VERY RELAXING.

Just what my wife and I needed to get away with our dog who is diabetic and can't be left at a kennel. There were many very nice facilities (Jacuzzi) that we did not use but would in the future.

We chose this home for its location, four bedrooms, pool, and hot tub! The location had easy access to the beach and walkable to coffee shops, ice cream shops, and grocery store! It was well equipped for our family of nine! Only downside was our thoughts that it could have been cleaner! We had a wonderful week with perfect weather!

Last minute getaway

We loved the house! So close to the beach. It had all of our needs. Had a hiccup with the entry code getting in, we called the emergency number and they called back within 20 minutes with a new code. We decided on this last minute vacation and our first time renting from this company and would book again.

Great spot to spend with family and small kids

This property was in a great location and was well set up for our family. We liked the small pool which was nice for infants/toddlers or if you just wanted to cool down and the balconies were nice in the morning and evening. We loved the hot tub! Might have been nice to have a few more blankets so maybe bring some of your own if you know you like to have extra at night. It was also next to a great ice cream spot and they had a beach wagon and bikes there! All around great spot and perfect for a little family time on the outer banks.

Excellent for dogs and kids

The hardwood laminate and ceramic tile throughout kept cleanup simple. Kitchen had the basics needed for a family who doesn't need to cook anything fancy. Beds very comfortable. Some minor maintenance issues, but the two that we asked to have addressed were handled promptly and professionally. Would use for a winter rental again!

Great week

House was great. The great room/dining area was a great meeting point. The front porchdeck and hot tub was wonderful. The pool was the perfect size and depth to enjoy. We put a beach tent over the pool which made it much more enjoyable. Beach is close easy walk. Only downside to house and beach were stairs. If you have problem with stairs not the house or beach for you.

Dog friendly

Property was good for having a dog. Experienced several maintenance issues … sheets not fitting beds, missing or burned out light bulbs, floors were dirty, non working outlet outside ground floor, broken trash can…..Easy stuff for maintenance to fix. Location was great. Easy near access to beach…. And lots of near ice cream!!

September 2023 Stay

Kitchen was well stocked. This was our first time taking a dog with us… not sure we will do that again. Queen bed needs new mattress! Everything else went well.
