The Palms is the best place to stay in Jaco.It’s close enough to all the restaurants and bars but far enough to relax and be able to unwind.The bar and restaurants at Crocs are also delicious and a great amenity to have. Our host was super helpful and I look forward to returning.

Great vacation!

We stayed 5 days and enjoyed the pools, beach and National Parks. Location is excellent. Far enough to be peaceful but close to Jaco to people watch and shop.

Lovely condo in Jaco

We left feeling like we couldn’t have picked a better location in Jaco, we only went to the resort once, the condo had everything we needed!

Beautiful property with a large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Macaws flew by daily. The location is paradise.

Jaco Vaca

This property is located on the northern most area of Jaco beach, very close to Monkey Beach. The condo was accurately described, clean and well maintained. The property was well kept and cleaned and groomed daily. As we've been to Jaco several times, we were content to stay by the pool, walk the beach and enjoy the ocean right in front of the property. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet place to enjoy the sun, surf and beach.

Should have stayed longer

The location was great. We went to 4 places in CR over 8 days. That was too ambitious. This Condo was exactly what we wanted I just wish we had more time for a longer stay. The beach was beautiful and the Resort next door had 2 great places to eat, casino and nice bar. The back covered porch was huge. I would go back again. Thank You!

Not ideal for a family stay

This property is more suitable for a weekend stay for younger ages (20-30 year olds). It is a place to "crash" for a few days. There was no shampoo or conditioner as listed. The soap provided was a small square which gave you 1 1/2 uses. No laundry pods for duration of stay. Kitchen sink leaking. Toilet handle had to be lifted up or else the water continued to run/waste water.

The property was as described, very clean and well kept. The views from the unit were awesome. The property owner was very responsive and provided assistance on airport transportation and a personal chef. It was a wonderful stay and we will be booking again!

Mejorar limpieza cambiar todo en la cocina y parqueo. parqueo

El lugar es perfecto y me encanta ir a jaco la atenciĂłn super buena . Recomiendo mejor parqueo tuvimos que parquear en la calle cambiar todo en la cocina la refri los vasos copas incluyendo el salero q estaba vacĂ­o muy sucios no habĂ­a jabĂłn para bañarce solo champĂș y casi basios las toallas blancas del baño estaban sucias y el paño de poner los pies del baño igualmente sucio no habĂ­a detergente para lavar las toallas el ĂĄrea del Mapo, recogedor, escoba super sucio mucho polvo en las mesitas mucho polvo en todo el apartamento.

Wonderful trip to Costa Rica

Great location. Property Manager was very attentive to all our needs! Arranged for a Mid week cleaning since we were staying for 10 days. Set us up with transportation from SJO. Minor issue with a toilet and had someone there to fix it very quickly. Loved access to CROC’s! Also the guards were very helpful with cabs and recommendations!

It was an excellent stay.

Great location and space

A nice secure and convenient location. The condo was large with 2 berms, 2 baths and a good living space. East access to the pool and beach, and was nice to be about to use the pool facility next door. A little more kitchen supplies, extra garbage bags and some paper towels would be nice.

Nice location close to the beach

The condo is in great condition. We were glad the AC worked and the ice machine in the fridge. The owner was great to be able to get us beach towels that were not at condo the first day as well as some dish soap to wash dishes, garbage bags and extra TP. There was no dishwasher detergent for the dishwasher, so it was hand washing. It does sleep six, but is only stocked for 4 people. Only four forks, knives, and large plates. One toaster did not work, and the other only toasted on one side. The blender was awesome as we were able to do fresh fruit smoothies everyday. . If you are cooking, bring or buy your own spices. There was only salt available. Overall it was a nice place to stay. The people at Las Palmas were very nice. We enjoyed our time there and the access to the CROCS pool was nice addition.

Great Condo

I’ve been to Costa Rica many times and this was one of the better condo arrangements I’ve stayed at. First floor which was very easy. The condo had all the kitchen items you’d need and also some that I never find in condos, like salt and pepper, napkins, coffee. The management was very friendly and accommodating. There’s a large balcony which I really enjoyed and the access to crocs was nice as well. When I’m back in this area I will book with them again. A+ rating overall.
