Jaco Beach 2 Bed Room Condo on Beach

Relax on the balcony just off the pool area for privacy. Complex has 4 pools and is on the beach for surf and sun. 24 hour security makes this a safe place to relax and enjoy.

Sitting at the south end of JacĂł Beach in the beautiful La Paloma Blanca resort, you'll enjoy privacy from your balcony and beach access nearby. A quick walk or drive up the road to Avenida Pastor Diaz will bring you to groceries, shops and restaurants. Walking the beach to get to the center of town is a great way to get there. Rent a surf board and hit the waves or just relax on the beach to catch some sun. The Del Mar Surf Camp is just a quarter-mile away. Walk the other way up the beach to find oceanfront dining and enjoy a cocktail as you watch the sunset!

There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, up to four guests will sleep here comfortably. Master features a king bed, a flatscreen TV, patio access, and a private bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom offers two twin beds and easy access to the guest bathroom. Take care of any laundry you may have with a private washer/dryer.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Parking notes: Secured parking is not guaranteed. Street parking is available with security.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Great Stay in Jaco!

The property was well maintained. Couple of issues with the stay but the host was amazing and problem solved it all. We met super cool people in the community! We has a resident Kitty that visted us every evening and was super sweet! Everything was great! We will be back!

Great Stay

This stay exceeded expectations. The unit was very comfortable and had all the amenties we needed. The only confusion were the pictures of two units and I was not sure which one I was getting. One unit has twin beds, which we needed, and the other a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. We easily got it verified by the host. The condo grounds were beautiful and secure. There is parking for 10/day next door if needed. The condo also came with 4 beach chairs and 4 body boards.These units are on the south end, which requires a roughly .9 mile walk to the busy city center. However, there are several good restaurants very close, within 150 yards, and a few others and convenience stores within .5 miles. Use Google maps to verify distances. We used backpacks to get groceries when needed. The reason it was worth the walk is the south end of the beach was wider and sandier. The north end had a lot more rock and we had to wear sandals in some spots. If we were to return, we would certainly stay in the same place again on the south end of the beach. If you do not care about the beach and want to party from bar to bar, stay on the north end.

A great location, maybe property oversight lacking.

The house appeared clean but smelled of mold. After a night in the place we began to find black mold throughout the property. The owner was surprised and agreed to refund us. We moved to another unit which was free from mold but still had a musk. Vrbo took care of the issue and relocated us.

Awesome place steps from the beach

This condo was awesome! Steps from the beach. Bonus having a washer and dryer! The 4 pools were Amazing! The landscape and plants were so pretty! Met some really great pool who own units. Can’t wait to come back and look for some real estate!!!

Costa Rican Gem

We had great sunny weather all week. The Staff got us a taxi within minutes of ordering. Dominique took really good care of us. Our Condo was very clean as was the pool. The only draw back was the lack of toilet paper. Evidently this rental did not supply when we ran out. Had to run to the grocery store for TP!

So convenient

Our family had an amazing stay in Jaco. This condo is so accessible to the fabulous jaco beach and also has four well kept pools to use, including a wading pool perfect for littles. Was a great size condo for the four of us.

Nice condo and complex on the beach.

Very nice condo with direct access to the beach from the beach side gate. Walking distance to town but far enough away you dont hear the noise. Nice pool and outdoor area. Safe and secure with guards on duty 24hrs.

Beautiful condo

My husband and I loved staying at this condo! The complex is oceanfront and has 4 different pools to choose from. It’s slightly away from the busyness of town so is a relaxing stay, but it’s also an easy walk down the beach to all the main areas. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great place, excellent location

Very enjoyable stay, everything was as advertised, on time, and as we wanted. Great location, right on the beach. Walking distance to downtown Jaco if you don't want to drive. Clean and well organized apartment.

Ce que j’aime le plus ici
L’ambiance dĂ©tente, la sĂ©curitĂ©, et surtout
 la plage directement devant le condo. On sort, on est les pieds dans le sable. Surf, sunsets, balade ou farniente : tout est Ă  deux pas.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Le confort est au rendez-vous : matelas neufs pour des nuits parfaites, un vrai espace de travail pour ceux qui veulent rester connectĂ©s, et un condo entiĂšrement de plain-pied au rez-de-chaussĂ©e — accĂšs facile, zĂ©ro escalier, zĂ©ro stress.

Mais le vrai wow, c’est l’emplacement. Vous ĂȘtes dans le meilleur spot de JacĂł : le sud de la plage, rĂ©putĂ© pour son sable le plus fin, presque pas de roches, et des vagues magnifiques. C’est la section la plus belle, la plus agrĂ©able et la plus recherchĂ©e de tout JacĂł Beach.
