Il s'agit d'un beau bungalow de charme de 1911 avec des équipements modernes, 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain et une piscine. Il y a une unité au rez-de-chaussée, alors soyez gentil et conscient du bruit potentiel pour les locataires en bas. Il y a une belle cour arrière avec une piscine d'eau salée partagée. Une autre unité est sur la propriété et les deux unités sont autorisées à utiliser la piscine et la cour arrière. L'espace est d'environ 1 800 pieds carrés, avec un charme historique, une cuisine améliorée et entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en quartz, des appareils en acier inoxydable, une cafetière Keurig et des ustensiles de cuisine en acier inoxydable. 200 restaurants à moins de 1 mile carré !! Le samedi matin, marchez jusqu'au marché fermier pour obtenir des fruits et légumes pour votre dîner gastronomique. Sortez et explorez la vie nocturne animée. Harlow's est à proximité pour une nuit de bonne musique et de souvenirs. Chauffage central et air contrôlé par thermostat Nest. Stationnement dans la rue. Notre maison est sécurisée avec une porte verrouillable et un accès par mot de passe. Entrée facile avec les codes fournis, donc l'enregistrement est un jeu d'enfant! Plus de check-ins frustrants !!!

Very pleasant stay. The home was nicely decorated, and there was nothing missing. Lots of nice extra touches that made it kid friendly. We liked the walkable neighborhood, but there is some background freeway noise. Would definitely come back in the summer and swim in the pool more.

Nice place to stay close to East Sacramento

We had a wonderful stay at this place while visiting family and attending a wedding. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was perfect—close to family and not far from the wedding venue. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with.

We loved our stay and lots of room for everyone. We found the front room with the tv to be cozy and just right for the 4 of us. Kitchen was clean well equipped. We bbq’d and relaxed in the pool and on the back patio. I hope to return to this property next time we’re in Sacramento. Highly recommend.

Perfect home in Sacramento

This home was perfect for my family, including two boys who took full advantage of the pool. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and it was close to everything we needed in Sacramento. Oksana was quick to reply to messages I sent and we had no issues accessing the property and parking on the street in front of the home. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home

This home was very beautiful and in a great part of town. Me and my brother and my nieces stayed there for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. We were able to walk nearly anywhere we wanted to go and played in the pool all day long. People Overall, this was a great place to stay.

Check-in was a breeze. Instructions sent from owners Tom and Oksana were very informative and helpful. Place was clean and in a great location for downtown! Owners are extremely responsive if a question comes up. Great accommodation for families!

Great home for a group vacation

We had 6 women staying together in this home and it was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed. Everyone had a comfy place to sleep. The air conditioning kept us comfortable. Also we were really close to the city center so everything was nearby.

Fun for the 4th of July

Great location, close to everything in Sacramento. The house was beautiful. Everyone loved the pool and the backyard was perfect place to socialize and BBQ. The beds were super comfortable, great linens and pillows. The kitchen was amazing. I have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals and none have compared to how well the kitchen was stocked from the dinnerware, pots,pans and a wok, cookie sheets and an amazing variety of spices.I would highly recommend this rental. And the owners were very attentive, just a quick text away.

The Perfect Spot! Stay Here!

What a gem! If you are heading to Sacramento stay here. Plenty of room and a pool!! You get a parking pass as well. This home was a great base for our 3 day trip to move our son into college at SacState. The home is "gated" at the street and was super safe. Great touched. Thank you to the hosts for such great communication. We will be back! Cissy & Chris Clark

If you plan on using the pool, don't

The house is nice and has a lot of amenities. What was not so great was the 3rd bedroom on the basement level. They have a person that rents a unit/bedroom there and you can hear their conversations at all hours of the night. Also, if you plan on using the pool and actually having fun don't. I was there with my sister and our 4 daughters ranging from 19-2. We were having fun and after one hour of getting in the pool, I received a text asking if we were having a party. I was asked to keep it down because the neighbors are sensitive to noise. It was 4 pm on a Wednesday night. This ruined the vibe for us and we skipped the pool use for the rest of the trip.

Thank you for your feedback. Our neighbors called us and said there were people screaming and arguing in the backyard, and the level of noise was so elevated that it was disruptive. It is unusual for us to get this type of a call, so we contacted Milly and asked to keep the noise down. We explained that we are in a neighborhood and have to be respectful of our neighbors. No need to skip the pool, we just ask that our guests be mindful and keep noise at a normal level.

Great house in a good location near downtown & walking in the neighborhood was wonderful. Pool was TOO COLD in April for all but “polar bears” but one of our group loved it! Wish there was another bathroom downstairs for swimmers. Dining room chairs were uncomfortable & master bedroom bed was very soft. Parking was no problem with permit but extra permit would have been helpful. Kitchen was great for cooking in.

Nice house and owner

The house and furnishings were nice. The owners were easy to communicate with and responsive. The Midtown neighborhood had good restaurants and shops within a reasonable walk. We enjoyed it and would stay here again!

NZ meets US - finally!

The cottage exceeded expectations as far as location, amenities and overall feeling like being home. 2814 is a gem of a find in mid-town. Excellent alternative to any hotel. How the property is set up allows for great conversations and times spent together both inside and outside! Definitely a recommended "go to" if asked.
