Great Place to Stay!

Great neighborhood and property. We loved the pool, arcade games, and pet-friendly house. We would definitely stay here again! Host was great with communication.

Wonderful Hidden Gem

This was a perfect house for our family. Our kids loved the pool and game room.This will be our go to in this area from now on.The host was the perfect amount of communicative.

The property is as shown. We used the pool twice which was great! Everything you needed was there and the dog loved the yard as well! Thank you yoyyou!!youfomaking us feel at home!

Enjoyed our stay here. Newly renovated, clean, and neat house in a good neighborhood. House was equipped with all necessities. Highly recommend. Would rent again if we visit Sacramento.

Great location and very great layout

The house was a great and comfortable stay. The pool was fantastic and the AC was very good on the 90 weather they were having. It’s a Huge master suite and the other rooms are nice. My complaints are that we got to the home about 20 min before checkin and we couldn’t open the house because it must’ve been locked till check in. We tried to communicate with the owner but he was not around. You’d think when you were having guests stay you would be available an hour before check in for any issues. Not a huge deal though. The other thing is there were quite a few cobwebs and spiders lurking about. Probably not a big deal for some people but I don’t like spiders and the cobwebs definitely make you feel a little less comfortable.

Great little get away

This time of year is very important to our family. On July 6 2020 I lost my son to suicide. I share this personal part of my life for two reasons. 1 mental heath is incredibly important and needs to not be a shameful thing and 2 so you understand where we stay every year matters very much to us. We choose to do fun things as a family, to celebrate Martin's life every year, this year we went to the A's game and spent time together swimming in our rental. The home was clean organized,fully stocked down to coffee pods for the morning. The neighborhood calming (other than on july 4th lol) We were so happy to be in a place that felt like Community, the neighbors outside lighting fireworks and seeing all of them near and far. This was the first year in 5 years we truly enjoyed the 4th of July. It is a very difficult time for us. My youngest daughters enjoyed the pool and arcade room very much! The owners were quick to reply to all my messages and always kind. We enjoyed the binder that gave us a little background into their lives. We are hoping to rent with them again. We're from.the bayarea so its not a far drive, perfect stay-cation.

Responsive host and family friendly neighborhood. Accurate description of the house . Appreciators the supply of coffee, but having some cooking ( cooking oil, salt, etc) and cleaning ( pods for the washer ) essentials would have been great too.
