We enjoyed our stay!! The pool was awesome and only 15 minutes from Sutter Health ballpark where we went to watch the A’s game on Saturday night. 2 bummers was that 2 out of the 3 video games did not work and went to start the barbecue Friday night and out of propane!! S happens but everything else was good.

This property was a perfect location for my kids and their kids. The pool and playroom were wonderful. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and we had been preparing meals weeks in advance. I would only suggest a printed page for internet access. There’s a park nearby and a real Austin neighborhood.

This house was a delight to stay in. At the end of a cul-de-sac in a neighborhood, we expected it to be somewhat noisey but it was actually surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Especially in the backyard sitting by the pool. The pool was lovely and clean and felt great to jump into on a hot day. The house was very clean as well, and well furnished. We had 5 adults and 2 children stay here and felt like we had plenty of room. The home description does highlight a game room, which it does include. However the buttons and joystick are touchy and do not work properly, and the screen is a bit of a pain to turn on. So if this is a selling-point to you booking this house, just know that the experience of "game play" isn't going to be that great. But otherwise, my kids (and even I!) enjoyed the room.

Great neighborhood and property. We loved the pool, arcade games, and pet-friendly house. We would definitely stay here again! Host was great with communication.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The property was not clean when we arrived, and it was clear that it was not maintained to an acceptable standard. There were holes in several doors, wallpaper was peeling and hanging off the walls, and the overall condition of the home did not match the listing or my expectations. It felt run-down and neglected. I have pictures of everything before hosting my stay. I expected a clean, well-maintained property for the price I paid, but unfortunately, that was not the experience. I hope the host addresses these maintenance and cleanliness issues before future guests stay here. Based on my experience, I would not book this property again. We made it work though.

Prior to this stay, we had consistently maintained five-star reviews. During this reservation, however, the guest committed several significant violations of our house rules. Although no complaints were made during the stay, the home had a strong odor of marijuana upon checkout despite our strict no-smoking policy, requiring extensive ventilation and additional cleaning. There were also more guests at the property than were disclosed in the reservation. In addition, the dishwasher was damaged after dish soap was used instead of dishwasher detergent, causing it to overflow and require repairs. Our pool also required treatment beyond normal maintenance following the stay, and the guest’s vehicle blocked a neighboring resident from accessing their property. Because of these violations and the resulting costs, we assessed a damage and rule-violation fee in accordance with our policies. We believe the negative review was submitted in response to those charges rather than as an accurate reflection of the property or the experience provided. Unfortunately, due to the repeated disregard for our house rules and the impact on both our home and our neighbors, we will never host this guest again.

Responsive host and family friendly neighborhood. Accurate description of the house . Appreciators the supply of coffee, but having some cooking ( cooking oil, salt, etc) and cleaning ( pods for the washer ) essentials would have been great too.

Enjoyed our stay here. Newly renovated, clean, and neat house in a good neighborhood. House was equipped with all necessities. Highly recommend. Would rent again if we visit Sacramento.

Great location and very great layout

The house was a great and comfortable stay. The pool was fantastic and the AC was very good on the 90 weather they were having. It’s a Huge master suite and the other rooms are nice. My complaints are that we got to the home about 20 min before checkin and we couldn’t open the house because it must’ve been locked till check in. We tried to communicate with the owner but he was not around. You’d think when you were having guests stay you would be available an hour before check in for any issues. Not a huge deal though. The other thing is there were quite a few cobwebs and spiders lurking about. Probably not a big deal for some people but I don’t like spiders and the cobwebs definitely make you feel a little less comfortable.

Great little get away

This time of year is very important to our family. On July 6 2020 I lost my son to suicide. I share this personal part of my life for two reasons. 1 mental heath is incredibly important and needs to not be a shameful thing and 2 so you understand where we stay every year matters very much to us. We choose to do fun things as a family, to celebrate Martin's life every year, this year we went to the A's game and spent time together swimming in our rental. The home was clean organized,fully stocked down to coffee pods for the morning. The neighborhood calming (other than on july 4th lol) We were so happy to be in a place that felt like Community, the neighbors outside lighting fireworks and seeing all of them near and far. This was the first year in 5 years we truly enjoyed the 4th of July. It is a very difficult time for us. My youngest daughters enjoyed the pool and arcade room very much! The owners were quick to reply to all my messages and always kind. We enjoyed the binder that gave us a little background into their lives. We are hoping to rent with them again. We're from.the bayarea so its not a far drive, perfect stay-cation.

The house was as advertised, it had a nice pool that my kids and grandkids loved. There were video games that the family really enjoyed. The beds were comfortable. The host was very nice and responsive. Rocio always answered questions promptly. We will definitely book this home again.
