Il s'agit d'un loft premium entièrement rénové avec un plan d'étage ouvert et un éclairage généreux. La cuisine a des appareils entièrement modernes et mis à jour tels qu'un four à plaques de cuisson en verre et un micro-ondes à cuisson rapide Advantium 240v. La salle à manger dédiée peut accueillir quatre personnes. La salle de bain principale entièrement rénovée est livrée avec un sol en céramique chauffante par rayonnement pour les mois froids d'hiver ainsi qu'une pomme de douche massante dans la douche / baignoire parfaite après une longue journée de ski. Un salon spacieux est équipé d'un foyer au bois avec foyer en ardoise et manteau ancien. Pour votre plaisir visuel, le salon arbore une grande télévision à écran plat avec câble et Internet sans fil. Le cadre intégré unique de l'espace de vie tandis que l'ensemble est câblé avec dix haut-parleurs pour une expérience stéréo dans toute la maison. Le balcon meublé dans ce bâtiment SSCC de plus haute altitude, surplombe la station de ski de Sugar Mountain et Banner Elk avec une vue à long terme sur les montagnes Blue Ridge. Un nouveau club-house est en construction et la date d'achèvement prévue est septembre 2020. Il aura une piscine intérieure, bain à remous, sauna, salle de fitness. L'établissement possède également des courts de tennis et des zones de grillades en plein air.

First the good. Incredible location at the top of Sugar ski Mountain. Management on site was terrific. Great property with a lift that comes right to the condos. Overall the condo was niceIt needs some improvement. The sofa bed was not made up and is not at all comfortable. There were only 4 low quality towels in the room. The dinning area was very cramped for four people. The TV remotes were very confusing,

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo located in Bldg. 11 away from the entrance & club house which makes you feel "in the mountains" more. The condo has a lovely layout, very well designed and nice decorator touches. We especially liked all the maps on the walls. The kitchen area was my favorite in particular the stove! It had everything we needed for cooking. You can see they spared no expense in equipping this condo. I loved the skylight and the view from the patio. The highlight were the 4th of July fireworks that exploded right in front of us! Best views ever! Only drawback was not being able to work the audio system to listen to music and the TV was not very smart or easy to work.

Reviewer Comments: clean, updated space. heated bathroom floor was nice. there was a brief leak from the skylight of which a piece has been ordered to repair. the "oven" is tricky--we did not use it but, get ready to read if you wish to. quite a hike to the "ski in/out, and clubhouse" but we had no problem just driving down with equipment. Pool/spa/sauna were awesome! would stay here again. it is appropriately priced.

The oven is really a microwave that is super complicated to work. The bed is very uncomfortable. One of the keys did not work and the lock rotor right prior to check out.

The condo was in good condition and the kitchen and bath updates were nice. The TV system is extremely hard to work even for my tech savvy fam. It is a long haul up and down the hill in ski boots and carrying gear to the actual slopes, way more than we expected. But it is nice to not have to drive and park at the resort lodge. It was super cold while we were there and our pipe froze then burst so we had no water in our bathroom all day on Saturday which was quite frustrating...i guess it’s part of having old buildings and pipes. I will say that maintenance was prompt in coming to check on it.

One day water pipes were frozen and we can’t have a shower after being outdoor all day. Maintenance guy came next day and fixed immediately... he did a great job

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival around 10pm the condo we rented had no electricity so we had to wait about 20 minutes for the property manger. She was super nice and moved us to a new condo. It was nice with a good view. It was the perfect location. My only complaint is the water wasn’t that hot. After one person showered all the some what hot water was gone.
