Ceci est votre sanctuaire tranquille pour vous détendre et vous ressourcer après une journée de voyage bien remplie. Beau décor, canapés confortables et nouveaux matelas avec des draps fraîchement lavés, cuisine bien approvisionnée - tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un excellent séjour de détente. Idéalement situé au cœur d'Overland Park, à 30 minutes de l'aéroport KC, à 20 minutes du centre-ville, du quartier Power & Light ou du centre de conventions. Idéal pour les voyageurs d'affaires, les familles ou les couples. Très abordable. Accès facile à l'autoroute (US69 / I-35)
La maison a deux niveaux. Deux chambres à coucher, salle de bain complète, espace de vie et la cuisine sont situés au niveau supérieur avec une autre chambre à coucher, salon, salle de bains et garage situés en bas. Les lits en haut et en bas peuvent être transformés en un lit assez grand pour deux personnes. Les téléviseurs n'ont pas de câble mais nous fournissons Netflix et Sling TV à la place. Une connexion Wi-Fi est fournie. La cuisine a un grille-pain et une cafetière. Dans les armoires de cuisine, vous trouverez des tasses, des verres, des verres à vigne, des assiettes et des ustensiles pour 10 personnes.
Veuillez noter que l'occupation maximale de 10 personnes suppose que les personnes partageront des lits queen-size et des canapés-lits.
Notre processus ne suppose aucune interaction avec les hôtes, i. e. auto check-in / check-out, mais nous envoyons un SMS / appel si vous avez une question ou un problème.
Vue d'ensemble du quartier: quartier calme, sûr et beau très proche du complexe Overland Park City Hall.
Autres choses à noter: s'il vous plaît pas d'animaux. S'il vous plaît respecter nos voisins - pas de musique forte ou du bruit ou une fête après 22 heures.

Great stay

The stay was great! The host was great with communication and was very understanding. We had a small misunderstanding with the neighbor, but the host was very kind about it! The place had lots of room and enough for 8 people which we had. Some of the beds were firm and slightly uncomfortable, but not horrible at all. Would totally stay here again!

Great location

The location was great. The only negative I would say is the house could use a good deep clean. The baseboards were dirty and the hand soaps in all the bathrooms were all empty. The beds were comfortable. Whoever is in charge of the cleaning before guests arrive needs to be doing a better job.

Not a great stay

Disappointed, that after asking if we would have access to the garage we found it full of stuff and our small vehicle could not fit. The ice maker did not work, bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Neighboring unit had vehicles coming and going at late hours. Unfortunately, would not recommend.

Duplex

Our family reserved both sides of the duplex for our Thanksgiving gathering with cousins. The kitchens were small, didn't have much silverware, and one side didn't have any kitchen towels. However, the owner was very responsive and provided more silverware and towels. The location is convenient for shopping, as well as a nice park nearby. We enjoyed our visit.

Much better than a hotel room for our family!

We are really thankful that we stayed in this condo. The three bedrooms and two full bathrooms were so much more room for our family of 5 than a typical hotel room. The living room is quite spacious with a very nice coffee/game table and a nice dining table. The whole place is updated and nicely decorated with soft sheets and attractive bedding. The kitchen has good dishes and kitchenware. Other families in our extended family group stayed in nearby units owned by the same owner. It was very convenient for all of us and made the family wedding weekend even more special. We highly recommend this unit and VRBO owner!

Lower level was cold but if temp was increased too warm on main floor. Info stated quiet time was at 1000 p but received call at approx 800 that we were too loud, tv was on and we were playing cards , yes we were loud but was not 1000 p Rooms were very clean

Great location, great space.

Everything about this property was as advertised. It's a great location, there was plenty of space, and the property was clean. My only issue was that the curtains in the main bed rooms are just sheets. They didn't keep the light out and they allowed the sweet kiddos next door to look inside. (They weren't a bother and they ran away when they saw me.) I'd recommend heavier curtains to make the place absolutely perfect.
