Parking is located near the back of the building near the fence and garage, which is posted and designated for guest parking. Additionally, there is ample parking located along the street!


Mid-Term Guest Policy:

For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:

📌 Background Check: Required for each person staying, at a cost of $50 per person.
📌 Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests.
📌 Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host.

These measures are mandatory and ensure a secure and seamless experience for all parties
1. No parties or large gatherings.
2. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We use Minut to enhance guest experience
3. Pets are allowed but there is an additional fee to for $85
4. Be respectful of neighbors and follow all local laws and ordinances.
5. A maximum number of individuals listed on your form, regardless of age, may occupy or be present at the property at any given time. You will be fined $100 for any unauthorized guest.
6. No eating or drinking in carpeted areas of the house.
7. All trash and recycling MUST be placed inside trash bags that are securely tied and closed.
8. Subleasing this unit is not permitted.
9. Smoking or vaping indoors is not permitted. For outdoor smoking, guests must dispose of waste properly in designated receptacles.
