Street parking available, plus walkability to local restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Only complaint was that you have to keep most of the doors open in the house to stay warm at night, and the rain shower heads don’t rinse the shampoo out of your hair very well.

Host communication was excellent! Very prompt and helpful. Kitchen provided an odd array of supplies but we were able to make it work and cook/grill several meals. House had a little bit of an odd layout but provided plenty of space for 4 adults. We were always able to find easy street parking in front of the house each time. Centrally located to several attractions in Westport and greater KC; only took 10-25 minutes to get anywhere we wanted all over the city. Overall, enjoyable stay!

Megan was super responsive and a delight to rent from. Location super close to great shopping and restaurants - less than a 5 min drive to Country Club plaza. Also close to downtown, just a 15-20 min drive if visiting for a Chiefs or Royals game as well. Nice to have the yard for your dog and just to hang out in. Would definitely recommend!

Great KC Vibe

We have family on both sides of the state line, so this stylish home was a perfect weekend refuge right in the center of it all.A nice alternative to cookie-cutter suburbs.Megan has really improved upon the natural charm of this cozy home. The bathrooms and kitchen particularly stand out for their beautiful design.. The upstairs bedroom is all windows on three sides, nested among the trees.The outdoor space is ample, with both a front porch and a furnished back deck offering plenty of room to spread out and relax.We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Well located property in Kansas City

We had a great stay in Kansas City. This property was well located for the activities we wanted to explore: Crown Center, Union Station and Boulevard Brewing. The host was very responsive to messages and the property was clean and well cared for. I loved the coffee bar and my son loved the video game room. A great property that served our needs well.

KC reunion

Perfect house for our annual KC reunion. It’s clean, beds are comfortable, and it’s in a nice neighborhood. The location is great! We spent time in Westport, the Plaza, and at Westwood park just blocks away. The deck area out back is a wonderful place to hang out any time of day. This is our second time staying here and we will come again.

4 night weekend in KC

really nice house, just what we needed for the 4 nights in KCKS. We had 4 adults, 2 small children and a dog. Everyone had plenty of hang-out room and plenty of space for belongings. Close to all areas of town, easy neighborhood to get in and out of. Lots of good dining options within just a few blocks. Easy parking in back of house that made it easy to load in/load out all luggage. Would stay here again for sure. Thanks

Clean & Great Location

This was a great property. We loved the neighborhood and were centrally located to many things we were exploring. The property is very clean! We had a few bumps getting into property (code didn't work). The kids gaming system was a bit underwhelming - one of those little plug-in nintendos and you had to have it sitting just right for it to work. Overall, we'd stay here again and it was adequate space for a family of 4. Be aware that the upstairs area is very steep and narrow - you might have to pick the best person to stay in that area, but my teen loved it.

The cute classic KC West Plaza area home was only a 10 minute drive to downtown where all our Destination Imagination Globals festivities were which made it a perfect location for us! We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and rest with the simple comforts of a home. The neighborhood was overall quiet and safe as well. We would recommend it for others and would enjoy staying next year if we make it to globals again!!

UMKC Graduation

Clean and cozy house very convenient to everything in KC. Really nice to have 2 bathroom downstairs. Great for bird watching right from the back deck. We had a wonderful family celebration.

Great stay in KC

Great property located close to shops, bars, restaurants. Clean, cosy and perfect for our stay. (Only downside is neighboring houses in need to of some renovation)
