Maison privĂ©e de Black Point Beach (5e maison de Niantic Bay) Ă  distance de marche de trois plages. 3 chambres, 2 1/2 salles de bain, 6 couchages. (Deux reines et deux lits jumeaux) Cour clĂŽturĂ©e avec balançoire. Plan d'Ă©tage ouvert avec trois niveaux. Salle de jeux et buanderie non meublĂ©es au niveau infĂ©rieur. Salon, salle Ă  manger, coin salon, cuisine, terrasse et 1/2 salle de bain au niveau intermĂ©diaire. Trois chambres et 2 salles de bain (1 douche, 1 baignoire) Ă  l'Ă©tage au niveau supĂ©rieur. Air central au niveau moyen et supĂ©rieur. Des courts de tennis, un terrain de basket et une aire de jeux sont situĂ©s prĂšs du club house de l'Association. WIFi amĂ©liorĂ©, draps, serviettes, chaises de plage, serviettes de plage, Pack N Play, poussette, chaise haute, TV HULU, cafĂ© et eau en bouteille fournis. Le propriĂ©taire habite localement pour vous aider facilement en cas de problĂšme ou pour fournir des conseils locaux. L'Ă©pouse du propriĂ©taire s'assure que la maison est bien prĂ©parĂ©e pour les voyageurs. PrĂšs de casinos, caves, brasseries, pĂȘche charter, Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Seaport, Gilette Castle, train Ă  vapeur Essex, manoirs Newport (1 heure) et Block Island (ferry de 45 minutes). Et n'oubliez pas de faire une promenade de trois kilomĂštres sur la promenade de Niantic Bay ou de vous promener autour de Niantic ou Old Black Point. NOTE - Puisque la maison a trois niveaux, elle peut ne pas convenir aux personnes qui ont du mal Ă  monter les escaliers.

Great location, nestled back in the community and close to the water. This home is well maintained and a great get away. It easily accommodated the five adults in our group. Lots of sitting/community space and good sized bedrooms. We’d definitely stay here again. Bill was quickly responsive to a couple of questions we had.

Beautiful home with a 5 minute walk to the private beach. The neighborhood was clean and friendly, the beach was serene, and the house itself was very inviting. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Girls trip

The house is beautiful and very clean. It’s in a pretty and very friendly neighborhood very close to the water. It’s in a good location with a lot to do close by, We had a great weekend here. The owner was very friendly and made check in very easy.
A 5 min walk from the house!

Great Beach House

We stayed for a long weekend with two dogs. They loved having a fenced in yard and we enjoyed the deck. The house is very spacious and the neighborhood was great for walking. It was also nice being so close to the beach and restaurants.

Very family-friendly house

The house was great; spacious, everything provided, host labeled everything and made check-in and out very simple. Short walk to several private beaches. Beautiful neighborhood! Ping pong table was the icing on the cake. Will probably stay again!

My sisters & I are in our 70’s so the stairs were a challenge but the main staircase railing to the 3rd level was not too sturdy-needs reinforcing. That and the tub & shower were very slippery-just needs a rubber mat or floor stickies. Otherwise the house & grounds were absolutely great!

Peaceful haven

My teenager and I stayed for a weekend in May during off season and loved it. The neighborhood is charming, quiet, walkable. I took many walks. And my son loved the basketball hoop and ping pong table.

Great Stay

The property was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for a lot of guests. We particularly enjoyed the deck looking out on the backyard. Check in and out was very easy.

Exceptional doesn’t even begin to describe this vacation rental. Everything from the host, the check in process, the cleanliness and the amenities this property has. I travel a lot for work and pleasure and the level of cleanliness this home (inside and out) had was better than most 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms are spacious and accommodated our family trip without feeling like we were crowding each other. The short walk to the water was nice. The neighborhood is quiet and makes for a relaxing getaway. I cannot say enough about this host and this rental. Thank you again, should we ever be back in the area I will most definitely be staying here!

Very clean and well appointed home. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the quaint and quiet neighborhood. I would love to come back in the summer sometime to enjoy the nearby beaches.

Wonderful home for a family stay

Highly recommend this home, very clean and comfortable. Owner provided plenty of guidance for check in/out, as well as a folder at the house with info such as using the tv, wifi, local restaurants, etc. No complaints, would reserve again if ever in the area.

Perfect weekend getaway

We had an amazing stay. This was the perfect weekend trip for us with our pups to celebrate our husky's 10th birthday(he has terminal cancer and we werent sure we would be celebrating this milestone with him). House was very clean and welcoming. Beach is just a short walk (or drive in the cold). The kids loved the ping pong table and being able to walk down to the beach. Host was easy to get ahold of if needed. Would definitely stay again.

This house is amazing!

My friend and I had an amazing time at this house. It's so beautiful and comfortable, and my dog enjoyed the fully fenced-in yard. I highly recommend staying here.

Fall Family Vacation

Great Home Away From Home

Our family stayed for 4 nights and had a great time! The house is spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed! The neighborhood is great- we enjoyed walking down to the beach and the kids liked the playground and tennis courts. We would stay again!

Great week in Niantic, CT!

Great house all around. Easy walk to beach. Lots of other things to do within short driving distance. Finally got Mystic Pizza off the bucket list. Great place and reasonably priced by the way.
