Very nicely renovated apartment. Super clean, and had new appliances. Everything worked well. Communication with owner was fast and easy. Wonderful place to stay with our two children. We'll definitely stay here again for our next visit to the area.

Benny's place was perfect for our annual getaway to CT and RI. It was clean and comfortable and Benny was responsive and accomodating! Highly recommend this home and we will be back!

Great place to land!

We were in town for a sports tournament. This apartment was a great place to stay! It was clean, comfortable and everything worked well. I would stay here again.

Amazing place

Gorgeous place.. newly renovated. Provided some snacks, water, coffee, blankets, hangers, bathroom essentials (soap, shampoo, conditioner, blowdryer, towels), kitchen cookware and utensils. Just needs to enunciate the use of stairs to get to the place. Great communication with the manager. Near a family dollar. Convenient location to the Ocean beach.

Wonderful stay.

Check-in was easy. The place was immaculate. AC and heat were comfortable. Beds were perfect and bathroom had great upgrades. Plenty of on street parking. Steep stairs to second floor but worth the effort when you got there. Even enjoyed the outside deck - would definitely stay again.

Beautifully renovated apartment with great amenities. Had everything we needed and more. Kitchen had all the necessities. Bedrooms and Living area were comfortably furnished. Bathroom has the best shower. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first VRBO ever and it was very nice inside.The apartment was meticulously clean. Even thoug it's a very old building, everything was very modernly renovated and well maintained. Shower was amazing and shampoo and soaps provided smelled great! Appreciated the complimentary bottled water, granola bars, and k-cups. Living room was cozy and our toddler loved the jenga blocks to play with. We knew the stairway pictured would be rough, but it was very steep and difficult to haul things in and out. We were unfamiliar with the area and upon entering the neighborhood we saw a street brawl between some homeless people and other sketchy things as we were coming and going (about 2 blocks away). Definitely made us feel skeptical of the neighborhood, but appreciated the outdoor security cameras on the property that were motion activated announcing they were recording. Host was very quick to respond to messages and curtious. Only things I can think to add to the unit would be baking sheets/pizza pan and recycling. Otherwise everything was very very easy!

Very nice place

Very accurate. Nice little touches. Extra toothbrush, mouthwash, q-tips, cotton balls. Much nicer then any hotels we stayed at in Gtoton. If we come back i would stay again. The only thing tobknow is the stairs in the picture is the stairs to the apartment. Was not a problem for us. Actually, reminded me of my grandmother's house.

Pros- Apartment was clean and lovely. The beds were very comfortable and it was a nice treat to have coffee, granola bars and cold waters when we arrived. Host was responsive and communicated professional in a timely manner. Cons- We are a very quiet family and when we arrived there was a neighbor blasting music out of their car with strobe lights. This was on a Sunday night around 7pm. I did email the host right away understanding neighbors noise and music by all means was not his fault but was hoping they would quiet down at least by 10pm but also wanted to inform the host he may have a problem with other renters who might not love the extra noise. Music was eventually lowered but still playing past 11pm. I do wish i asked ahead of time because the apt is on the second floor and there were people above and below us. Not a problem if I knew. We were woken a few times during the night and early morning from noise but that’s apartment living. So for those people that don’t mind that, this apt is great! Our experience overall was good, I just didn’t enjoy the noise but thankful I did bring a noise machine. Like I said apt was beautiful, updated and CLEAN. Minus the noise, I would have given this a 5 star.
