Axée sur la famille la maison de quartier dans une communauté sécuritaire. Deux plages privées qui offrent des expériences différentes. Deux On a un radeau à la nage et l'autre a un espace piscine / pataugeoire peu profonde avec un énorme banc de sable. L'association a playscape, un court de tennis en terre battue, un club house, bingo et cinéma pour les enfants, les partis de la crème glacée, du tennis et des cours de natation. A proximité il ya un musée pour enfants, mini-golf, et le parc athlétique.

House next to beach

This house was very clean with comfortable beds.There is a nice deck where you can see the water. Giant Neck and Rocky Neck Beach are closeby. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely CT Beach House

This was a lovely place to stay! Charming neighborhood right near the beach! We felt very comfortable in the home, it was clean, well furnished and well-maintained! The host, Barbara, was great to work with and fast to respond. We would stay here again!

Relaxing Happy Place

We loved the home lots of room and very clean. Very short walk to the beach and quiet neighborhood. Borders a nice park and the town of Niantic is very nice. Would definitely recommend and would come back.

Fantastic find!

Best of the best! Spacious, clean, beautiful home close to three beaches. Very friendly property owners and neighbors. Beaches are perfect for little ones as well as adults and many sights and activities for all. Don’t miss the bakery and Dino park!!

The host was amazing! Barbara was a fabulous communicator and we felt completely welcome. The location is great and right by the beach. The house is very roomy and has smart TVs. Everything you need is in the kitchen with lots of spices. The house has a washer and dryer and an outdoor shower. We stayed in October so we could explore the area and it is very convenient to the interstate. I would definitely recommend this rental. It is wonderful!

Wedding Weekend!

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. The cottage met all our needs. It’s a clean, cozy home close to the beach. In between wedding activities we enjoyed sitting on the front deck under the awning. It was a beautiful, peaceful stay. We hope to return!

Perfect resting place

Found this little gem of a place for spring break and seeing oldest son that is stationed in Groton. From reserving to check in to everything in between Mrs. Barbara was amazing!!! Would defray again!!! Thanks for letting us borrow your little spot of paradise for a bit!!!

Pleasant stay

My kids, sisters, and mom all enjoyed our stay! Barbara was communicative abut check-in and the process was easy. The house had everything we needed and was conveniently located a short waking distance to the beach. We had a very pleasant time and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice, peaceful getaway.

Just What We Needed

Everything was just as listed, clean, roomy, everything ya need. Close to beaches, however we were not aware that most of the beaches were "No Pets" and we did have our small dog Arthur with us. GREAT STAY and relaxing

Great Beach Vacation

The house was nice and met all of our needs. The communication with the host, Barbara, was great. The two beaches within walking distance are great, one has a small beach area that wasn't busy when we went, while the other beach is more busy but is a lot of fun at low tide, as there is a nice sand bar. The walk to either beach is about the same, with both being down hill from the house.

Niantic House Near The Beach

Everything about the listing was accurate. The house had all of the conveniences one could imagine. It was clean, easy to get to, and centrally located. While it was near the beach, access to the beach had to be via walking since there was no where to park. But overall we rated it five stars. The owner was wonderful to work with and we loved Niantic. We would recommend the property highly.

This property was purchased in 1966 and was a summer cottage until it was intentionally burned down to make room for a year round home that was completed in 1994. The location and all that it has to offer is spectacular. From early morning walks on the beach to fiery sunsets at night, this place has it all.
