Quai d'extension de 16 'pour bateau et jouets aquatiques. Il y a deux chambres et un loft - 8 couchages si vous incluez le canapé-lit. La terrasse vitrée offre une vue et un «pare-vent» pour les périodes plus fraîches. Profitez de cet espace de vie extérieur toute l'année et ouvrez simplement le curseur de verrouillage en verre sur le pont pour laisser entrer l'océan. La chambre principale a vue sur l'eau, accès à la terrasse, deux lavabos et dressing. Cuisine, salles de bain, planchers, fenêtres, fournaise, conduits, revêtement extérieur, toit, chauffe-eau et entrée de pavé-uni plus récents. L'entrée de la cour a une porte verrouillable et une nouvelle clôture de protection en vinyle. Placard à linge à la maison. Reni Rose, the owner, was incredibly helpful and super responsive whenever we had questions. The house is absolutely beautiful with amazing views, and it was spotless—there were truly no negatives. I highly recommend the ROSE RESORT!

The host, Reni, was very responsive and the home had all the amenities you might need and some that you might not even think you need. It was the perfect location for a trip to Channel Islands National Park. Would highly recommend!

What an INCREDIBLE vacation condo! The place is in quite possibly the most perfect location for walking to the beach, grabbing a cocktail from the hotel bar across the street, and watching boats drive by on your own patio with a fire. Beds are extremely comfortable, we googled the pillows because we had to buy some of our own. Every detail is thoughtful and the house is completely stocked for a comfortable stay. Can’t thank Reni enough for opening up her home to us. We will be back ASAP!

The host was great! The home was wonderful! Very clean! Great furnishings, well equipped with everything we needed. Great location and deck with fire pit was amazing. The only negative was the front bedroom mattress slightly sagged in the middle and squeaked every time you moved and the sheets were worn and stained, but clean. The king mattress in the main bedroom was great! I wouldn’t let this stop you from booking because it really is a great home and we enjoyed staying there.

This home is even better than it looks in the pictures. It has all the amenities you could need and the kitchen is stocked with anything you might need to cook. The host was quick to respond and help when we had an issue and the check in/check out process was very simple. I would highly recommend this home and host and hope I have another opportunity to stay again!

Great waterfront Channel Islands Harbor spot!

We had a few friends meeting in town between SF/SD for a fishing weekend. The location was perfect, had a nice boat dock available for use (fit a 30' boat tip to prop), and the home was well-kept/stocked. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Great weekend, would recommend!
