TrÚs bien situé à 10 minutes à pied de la station de métro Columbia Heights!

Cet appartement d'une chambre et d'une salle de bains au sous-sol anglais est équipé d'un lit queen-size et d'un canapé-lit convertible pour deux personnes.

L'appartement a sa propre entrée et il est complÚtement privé et une attention particuliÚre a été accordée à l'isolation phonique lors de sa construction récente.

Bien que fumer ne soit PAS ADMIS, il y a un coin salon couvert juste à l'extérieur de l'appartement pour ceux qui souhaitent fumer.

La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec de tout nouveaux appareils, y compris une grande cuisiniÚre, un réfrigérateur, un lave-vaisselle et un four micro-ondes.

L'appartement est situé dans une rue résidentielle, à quelques pas de la station de métro Columbia Heights, des boutiques, des restaurants et de la vie nocturne d'Adams Morgan.

Great location super clean

Amazing little place for exploring DC. Friendly & helpful hosts, super clean, well stocked. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, we walked a lot at night with no issues. Would stay again for sure.

Fantastic!

Great location bordering Columbia Heights and Adams Morgan, and only 5 minute walk to Columbia Heights Metro. About a 12 minute walk to tons of restaurants on 18th Street, although there are also closer options. Apartment is great and exactly as pictured. Hosts are extremely nice.. Great place!!

Spring Break in DC

We brought our 6th grader to DC for spring break. Charlie was a great host and his place is perfectly located with easy access to lots of good eating, and easy access to the Metro... We parked our car and rode the metro in and out for all our excursions... Felt very safe walking around and navigating the city. Highly recommend!

Great hosts and great location

Charlies is super-responsive and helpful. The apartment is in a great area that's very walkable with a lot nearby. I loved the historic area and the neighborhood vibe. Very near the metro so getting into the city is very easy. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely book here again.

A great week in Columbia Heights

The place was great, location was perfect to walk to the Zoo, the Omni Shoreham for a conference, the metro and many restaurants. Had everything we needed in the apt. Greeted by the hosts as we arrived to make sure we were settled in. Would definitely come again.

Comfortable

Charlie’s apartment is cozy and comfortable, with everything needed for a short or long stay. It’s close to a Safeway for groceries and many restaurants as well as the metro. Charlie is a good host who met me on arrival and was sincerely interested in making sure I had all relevant information about the apartment and the area.

Perfect for all our needs

My wife and I found this spacious, quiet gem that checked all the boxes for what we wanted in a DC rental for our week-long vacation. The location with short walks to the Metro at Columbia Heights, grocery shopping, and many restaurants in the nearby, lively Adams Morgan neighborhood. National Mall sight-seeing a few stops away. We had excellent communications with our hosts Charlie and Dana, their rental was spotless, well appointed with full kitchen and more, and they even found us a cast iron skillet for our special cooking needs. A place to settle in, we relaxed, felt cared for, and hope to visit again!

Charlie snd Dana are wonderful landlords ! They care about making your stay as comfortable as possible! We r extending our stay for 2 weeks due to family matters and are glad to have found a wonderful couple as our landlords!
