Welcome to this luxurious and spacious Villa on Vista Royal! Space, privacy and luxury ensure that you can enjoy and relax optimally. Within walking distance of the Jan Thiel beach, in the popular residential area of ​​Vista Royal.

The villa is fully equipped and has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. You can enjoy a BBQ outside on the porch. All the bedrooms have airconditioning, the living room has shutters where a pleasant breeze blows through. IN the pool are sunbeds and a toddler / baby area. Around the pool you have a huge terrace with palapa and a refreshing outdoor shower! Multiple lounge and seating areas ensure that you can relax everywhere with a sea view.

You stay at about 500 meters walking distance from the trendy Jan Thiel beach, the beautiful beach clubs and spa such as Papagayo, very good restaurants, a supermarket, fitness club, diving schools, boarding places for great trips such as to Klein Curacao by catamaran, etc.

A stone's throw away are the famous salt pans of Jan Thiel, and the water sports mecca Het Spanish Water. A beautiful, protected lagoon with an exit to the Caribbean Sea. Diving and snorkeling enthusiatics can indulge.

The villa is very suitable for families and friends. The villa is not suitable for groups of young people; parties and loud music are not allowed. Baby cots are also provided.

Water- and electricity use
Water on Curaçao is a precious commodity. We therefore kindly ask our guests to use water sparingly during their stay. In addition, normal electricity use, 60 KWH per day is included. Use above this there is an upcharge of 0,70 cents per KWH. Normal use of the villa will be well within these limits, which means on average if you have the air conditioning on at night there will be no extra consumption. If they are also on during the day there will be extra consumption. We hope to avoid guests leave the airco's on with the doors open, which means a lot of unnecessary energy is lost.

Great location and a beautiful, spacious property that is well maintained. The host was very responsive and helpful. The pool was even cleaned while we were out on an excursion. Short walk to a nearby beach, supermarket and beachside restaurants. The house could use newer pots and pans as the teflon is scratched and adding measuring cups would be a plus. One of the ovens didn’t work, and we could have used more kitchen towels/rags. Overall though, we managed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property during our trip to Curaçao! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything our group needed. The location was perfect, making it convenient to walk to several restaurants and convenient store. The outdoor area was one of our favorite parts of the home. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing, enjoy our morning coffee, and spend time together in the evenings. The house comfortably accommodated our group and provided plenty of space for everyone.The host was very responsive, helpful, and made the entire process seamless. What a WONDERFUL stay! The house is less than a 5 minute walk to Jan Thiel beach which has some incredible restaurants, beach cabanas, and shops. This is a great place to stay on the island! The house and pool area have a wonderful breeze all day (we were in April) and the bedrooms cool down very quickly at night with the mini-splits. We only ran the A/C in the bedrooms at night and were well within the included electricity range. 10/10 for this property - highly recommend!

We always appreciate it when guests give us feedback, but we’d prefer it to be honest feedback. The stovetop was working perfectly when you checked in. The pool was also clean; it’s cleaned twice a week. Since you didn’t mention this during your stay, we’ll come by again to clean it. We fixed the pool light right away when you mentioned it. We explain how everything works at the check-in; guests are often tired from traveling, so we stop by again if there are any questions about the villa. We didn’t receive any from you. As for the Wifi: if many devices are in use, we can adjust the settings; if the issue isn’t a power outage, it’s due to the island’s network. It’s a pitty the inconveniences weren’t reported during your stay; we could have resolved them then. We hope you do so immediately if you rent a next villa and wish you all the best.

The house is amazing for a large group. Nice pool and everyone has their own bathroom right in their bedroom. It is in a residential neighborhood so you have to be very quiet. The beach that is walkable is very very small. The bars and restaurants walkable are great and the grocery store is convenient but pricey. We spent three of our seven days at Lions Dive so definitely check that out! BE AWARE on this house we had 8 people for 7 nights and ended up with a hefty electric bill. We all planned on using the laundry available but our clothes would not dry. Overall great property just wish I would’ve known these minor details.

We were 9 women staying at this beautiful Villa for a week. We loved the Villa itself, the location (in that the grocery store and Jan Thiel beach was just a short walk away) and the fact that there were many restaurants and bars at Jan Thiel beach as we didn’t rent a car. We used the 24-7 taxi service for going to Willemstad and the airport, and Taxi Lady for a day trip to other beaches, which were both great. The quick responses from the owner beforehand and the property management company Pink while we were there was wonderful. Would highly recommend this lovely villa!

We had a lovely stay at this amazing house. The pros are numerous from the great pool, lots of bedrooms and ample seating areas. Cons include a bit of a nosy neighbourhood (not the fault of the owners!), the kitchen is a bit smallish for a robust number of people staying and not all the ceiling fans worked. Each room could have a ceiling fan to lower hydro costs and the sitting area outside could also use a ceiling fan. Overall we had a fabulous time and would recommend staying here for sure!

Great Villa in Jan Thiel, super close to Jan Thiel beach with plenty of restaurants ( it costs to go to beach 3.50 each and also for chairs 5.00 each i believe), but well worth it. Everything is a short drive. Loved Mambo Beach as well. Villa was well equipped and management company very quick to respond to issues/needs. A couple of things i wish Villa had measuring cups/spoons for cooking and a larger TV in living room. I would rent this place again should i return to Curacao. Owner is also very responsive. Great time

Great Property

This was a great property for our group of friends. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and all the bedrooms were pretty much the same. The property had a great pool and great spaces for our group to hang out. It was in a safe neighborhood and a 5-10 minute walk to a very nice beach and restaurants.

when we arrived, (check in was 4 pm) at 4:20 house was not ready. Cleaning service there eating and fooling around.we left to go eat lunch. we returned to a huge amount of trash that we were instructed to put out on tuesday. (not even our trash) then the nightmare began: House was infested with cockroaches. we notified the maintenance company they said that an exterminator would come on thursday. two of the guests left. and then on wednesday 2 more guests left. When all was said and done the host credited us 300 for our trouble. Really??? its very sad that the host had such a terrible management company because the house was very beautiful. She should have thanked us for pointing it out, instead she chose to give us excuses. I guess the money meant everything to her and not the reputation. Very sad.

We would like to clarify that the house is not infested with cockroaches. Due to the climate, it can occasionally happen that insects fly inside, but as soon as you informed us, we took immediate action and did everything we could the very same day to address the situation. Cousins

The house and pool were very nice. The Pink management company was very responsive, although the coffee pot broke and we did not receive a replacement for 2 days. We have rented houses all over the world and this was the first where someone actually had to check us in and out.
