Le premier Ă©tage comprend un porche avec moustiquaire, un salon, une salle Ă  manger pour 8 personnes, une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec un coin bar et une salle de bain complĂšte. À l'Ă©tage, le deuxiĂšme Ă©tage comprend une chambre principale avec lit king-size, une chambre avec un lit queen-size et la troisiĂšme chambre avec deux lits jumeaux, chacun avec salle de bain privĂ©e. Great Location but Home Needs Investment and Repairs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home's location is great and as advertised. But the home itself needs work. My daughters were awoken one morning with water from the storm outside pouring into the bunk room onto their beds (management company came over quickly to help with towels but we had to leave buckets in place to catch water that morning). The downstairs is dated as are the bedrooms--Master bath is newer but master bedroom in need of remodel (though bed was comfy). Furnishings were pretty old and drawers could be tough to get open and closed. House overall fine because you are not in it that much but really needs serious investment and remodeling--looks like has not been touched (outside of master bath) since 90's. Internet also a bit unpredictable. However, management company was truly professional as always. Street was quiet and home close to beach and pool. I'd recommend for the location but need to have eyes open about property's condition.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay at moonshine cottage in Seaside Florida and we’re glad we booked through homeowners collection. The house was really pretty, comfortable and in good shape, clean and well stocked, and excellent location very near the beach but off the main road. It was quite comfortable for two adults a tween and 18. Renting bikes was easy and homeowners even stocked the fridge for us before we came. We played tennis, went to the pool, biked and shopped and overall really enjoyed Seaside. The kids had total freedom of movement and we never needed the car we had rented. Sunset drinks on the top roof deck and breakfast on the screened in porch were delightful.

Great location.and the the house is very homey, like the touch of family photos throughout although furnishings were a little worn and place could use a paint job. We cooked a lot and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great view from the observation deck balcony. Unfortunately the room on the observation deck is not usable which was disappointing. The AC does not reach up there i& can’t open the windows. Also the stairs to the third story and observation deck are cute but hard to maneuver, risky for young children and elderly.

Decent stay in a perfect location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Moonshine was a lovely home located a few blocks from the square, a block from the family pool and a hop from the beach. As with most Seaside locations, the decor is dated, but that is part of the charm. Be warned that one of the rooms is really just an open space loft with bunks, which may be an issue with different sleep schedules. The bedding and bathrooms were very comfortable. Be aware that if you have any crawlers in your family, their clothes will show the dirt very quickly. Also, the second floor laundry sounds like it is coming through the ceiling, so be sure to run it while you are away. We loved the cupola and the screened in porch. Funny that you don't have access to ANY condiments or spices, but knowing that beforehand should help you plan. No significant issues with the property. Great service from the Homeowners Collection for our spur of the moment vacation.
