Belle maison rustique située directement sur les rives de la riviÚre Blanche! 4 chambres (mezzanine comprise), 2. 5 salles de bain, cabine moderne et luxueuse pouvant accueillir 12 personnes. La cabine comprend 3 lits king size, 2 lits doubles, 2 matelas gonflables jumeaux situés sous les lits doubles et un berceau Pack and Play dans le placard principal.

Cuisine entiÚrement équipée, y compris Keurig et barbecues au gaz et au charbon. Petit foyer sur le pont inférieur.

Comprend une cheminée à gaz pleine grandeur, une télévision intelligente de 65 pouces dans le salon, une télévision de 40 pouces dans chaque chambre (sauf le loft) et un service Wifi.

This was an awesome place to stay for the weekend. It’s right on the white river which makes it a great spot if you’re in town to do some fishing.

The cabin was great for our annual family vacation to Mountain View. The location is perfect, very quiet neighborhood, and the beds are SO comfy!! Kitchen is fully stocked with any pots or pans you need to prepare a good meal, or birthday pie in our case. While there is a deck to view the river, unless the river is up fishing from the bank, or river access, is not possile. Just a heads up if that's of importance when selecting.

Everyone loved the house! There was plenty of room for all of us. The view was beautiful and our mornings were spent just sitting on the deck watching the river flow. I think everyone's favorite feature was the shower in the master bath! That thing was amazing! We all agreed we would like to return in the future.

Ideal Spring Break Spot

Three generations thoroughly enjoyed four beautiful days here. The location, overlooking the White River, provided easy access to everything the area has to offer. Host Rick was always quickly responsive, and the spacious house was well supplied. The kids loved the loft bedroom, the slide off the deck and the fire pit where we made S'mores. The older folks were happy with the large kitchen and bedrooms, the large TV and the view. The 7-year-old couldn't stop saying "I don't want to leave" on our last morning, and we would be glad to return some day.

This was a special weekend for our family because one of our family members will be gone soon. We needed a couple of irregular accommodations. They were no problem. Such a beautiful place. Secluded feeling with conveniences nearby if needed. Be aware though, fishing from the bank is not possible.

Christmas Comfort!!

This property was not only beautiful with all the Christmas decorations, but also had everything you could think of that you might need to cook with!! The owner truly thought of everything in terms of home away from home!! Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!!

Enjoyable Stay

The property is beautiful and well appointed. Our family enjoyed visiting on the deck overlooking the river. We grilled, played games and went boating. Please note the location, although on the river, does not really have fishing access. However there is a boat launch within walking distance that we were able to fish from comfortably. We rented a boat from JoJos for a very reasonable price. One other plus was Anglers restaurant right across the river- delicious!! Would definitely stay here again.

Things to consider

We held our family reunion here in August. There were 11 of us ranging from 5yo to 42yo. First off, our stay was very comfortable. The home is laid out with sleeping areas in the loft above the kitchen and the bedrooms were on wings of each side of the living room. This made things clean and simple. The common area in the middle was where we stayed and for 11 people and 7 little(r) kids, it didn't seem big enough. The slide outside seems great from the listing until you realize that a metal slide in the heat with no external water source to cool it off can be a danger to kids in regards to burnt skin. The biggest disappoint was the river. The river is beautiful, but other than just the view, there is absolutely no access to the river from the property. Not even for fishing. There is a boat ramp down the road where we spent the time fishing and a water hole across the highway opposite of the swinging bridge. Getting down to the back yard is a very very steep slope. It's not bad going down if you go very slow and careful, but coming back up can be tough, exhausting and even discouraging to spend time down there, even for our kids and their energy. The deck is very nice. We spent a lot of time out there talking, sitting and fighting off skeeters. Outside of this, the home was fully stocked and the appliances are very nice, new and up to date.
