Close to beach and village

The property was very clean and had all the necessities for a great stay. The property manager was always readily able to connect with, making the trip set up, check in and check out process seamless. The property has several pools and is only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach and beautiful water. The property is also close to the village which is a trolly or tip pay ride away! I would stay here again.

10 min walk to beach

We stayed at the villa at Jamaica Royale this July. It’s a cute place single level one bedroom and a bathroom with parking directly outside the front door. And a 10 min walk to the beach. The bathtub/shower combo is pretty small but works well. There’s a patio to sit outside with an umbrella at a table which is cute. We had a little trouble with the tv and the refrigerator but everyone was super responsive and addressed it immediately. There were no cooking supplies such as spices, oil, etc. so I did buy some salt and pepper and leave it behind for the next guest. Hopefully it will still be there and that was ok for me to do. You can arrange for umbrellas or chairs to be set up for you in advance at the beach (online) or use the free lounge chairs available to guests only. Which was awesome. There are 3 pools available with chairs and a few tables. It was a good stay and we had a nice time.

Great winter getaway

We loved the property and the owner was very willing to work with us. The condo was very clean and well appointed, love the fact that parking was covered out of the sun and just out the back door.

Great property! Great location! Owner great responds to questions immediately! She was very helpful with all the questions I had. The condo was perfect for me and my husband, enough space and clean . Everyone that worked on the property was very nice and friendly .. definitely want to go back !

Very cute and quaint place to stay.

We stayed in one of the garden flats. It was very convenient. Car right outside the door. The people were friendly and helpful. I will be back!

Fantastic place

We had a great time in this condo. Super clean & beautiful new updates to this unit. Everything we needed & more is readily available. Close enough to the nicest beach, 3 pools and the Village restaurants and shops. We wishes we had more time & we would definitely come back.

Unit 42

We enjoyed our week long vacation in unit 42. It was clean, cozy & had everything you would need for your stay. We especially loved the recliners in the living room. Property has three pools & grounds are nicely landscaped. You are on the beach side & it’s about a five minute walk to the huge private beach! Owner was great to deal with. We will definitely stay in this unit again.

Lovely & Convenient Condo on the Beach

Comfortable one bedroom condo with close beach access and a heated pool (which was great as the weather was a bit cooler during our stay). Had all the amenities we needed and we enjoyed being able to walk to Siesta Village. The owners were excellent to communicate with. Thanks for another enjoyable year at Siesta Key!

Review Of Vrbo Unit

We rented this property and it was just as stated. It was very clean and updated. The bathroom was slightly updated but perfect for our needs. The location was a 6 minute walk to the beach but very close to one of the pools. We would definitely stay at this unit again on Siesta Key. The rental price was good.

Beautiful Condo, Fantastic location

We will definately come back and stay here again! Beautiful upgraded kitchen, comfy couches and chairs! Flooring is absolutely beautiful, decorations are adorable. Bedroom was all updated and furniture is all great quality! Kitchenware was all upgraded and nice quality, with many things to use! Quiet place, not heavily trafficked. Property has 3 pools, water temperatures were perfect and quiet. Pool rules are perfect for those traveling without kids. I chose Siesta Keys for the beautiful beach and was definately not disappointed. It's under a 5 minute walk to the beach..which is nice since it is so very quiet! Everything you could possibly need within a 2 mile radius, plus great Restaurants! We went to Captain Curts twice it was so good! Property manager/owner replied to my questions at time of booking and thru out the entire stay within minutes! You never know what your getting into with online booking, but rest assured it's a Fantastic place! I was very hesitant to book with little reviews, so I was so excited to make this one! Our stay was extended another day because I had the departure date wrong in my head, and at 11pm realized we were supposed to be checking out at 11 the next morning. The property manager replied well into midnight figuring out a way to give us 1 more night. This property also comes equipped with beach chairs and accessories that you dont realize you need until you get here. Best vacation I have ever had! Economy price for a wonderful place! WE ABSOLUTELY WILL BE BACK!

Beautiful beach!

This place was great and convenient. Beach is beautiful with private area and the loungers were a bonus. Would definitely stay here again. There was a little problem with the air conditioner but things happen and as soon as we reported the problem it was fixed within hours.
