Nous vous invitons à rester dans notre spacieux 2 chambres / 2 récemment rénové et rénové. 5 condo de maison de ville de bain situé sur Midnight Pass Rd. directement en face de la belle plage (# 1 aux États-Unis) "Siesta Key Beach" !! Notre magnifique condo possède toutes les commodités de votre propre maison. Un répit bienvenu vous attend avec notre cuisine fraîchement rénovée, nos salles de bains modernes, nos meubles de très haute qualité, TV 60 "dans le salon, TV LED de 46" dans chaque chambre avec wifi gratuit et plusieurs chaînes cinéma, 3 patios meublés et linge de luxe des lits. Notre condo est une très grande unité de près de 1400 pieds carrés. Chambre 1 a un lit king size, chambre 2 a 2 lits simples et salon dispose d'un canapé-lit queen size.

Le complexe Bay Oaks est niché au cœur d'une végétation tropicale luxuriante sur l'Intracoastal Waterway, juste en face du golfe du Mexique et de la célèbre plage de Crescent / Siesta, avec son sable blanc doux et frais. Siesta Beach a récemment gagné le titre de meilleure plage # 1 en Amérique pour 2011. Profitez des bombardements, du jogging, de la planche à voile, du beach-volley ou simplement du soleil sur cette magnifique plage. L'entrée principale étant à 1 minute en voiture (1 mile).

Les magasins de proximité et plusieurs restaurants sont à quelques pas du trésor caché de Siesta Key Village. Vous pouvez également atteler un tour gratuit (conseils appréciés) à Siesta Key Village où un large éventail de boutiques et de restaurants attendent. Ou, hop dans votre voiture et explorer les attractions locales de Sarasota et St. Cercle d'Armand. En voiture, de nombreux excellents parcours de golf locaux attendent ceux qui aiment frapper les liens.

Accès à la plage publique est un court 1/4 mile away avec beaucoup de stationnement et de boutiques et plusieurs points d'accès à la plage sont tout le long de Midnight Pass Road.

Great stay for our family. Unit was large and spacious. Short drive to the beach but away from the business of the village. Can easily walk to several restaurants or take the trolley.

Very nice property. The owner is very responsive to any issues. The only thing I wasn't a fan of is the ac cycling over and over through the night, but that was very minor. Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Nice apartment

We were very happy with the space, the location, and particularly the ease of parking (not easy in Siesta Key)! There was plenty of room for us to spread out, an extra large washer and dryer, and lots of beach chairs and towels. We would rent this property again.

Beautiful place, great location, everything you need

Five ladies spent a long weekend from 9-22-17 to 9-25-17 and couldn't say enough good things about the place. If we visit again, we will definitely stay here. The condo is better than the pictures show. This place has everything you need for the beach too (noodles, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon and even toys). When they say all you need is your bathing suit and flip flops, they are not exaggerating. There are even coolers to use at the beach. Thanks Lou for your hospitality. Linda, North Canton, Ohio

Relaxing stay in a fun condo!

A great condo for our family! We really liked to be able to spread out and have our own space. The various decks allowed for fresh air and different views. The boys loved the pool and the warm water. It was also a nice surprise to walk to the canal and watch the water and birds. We wished the beach was a little closer but it was a pleasant walk and didn't take too long. We jumped on the trolley a few times right in front of the condo to go downtown. We had a couple of meals in and all the amenities we needed in the kitchen. The skim board in the beach closet was a big hit with my teen boys who had never skim boarded before! Comfortable and great stay!

Siesta Key rental

The unit was well equipped but not enough to give it a top rating. The owners were very nice and accommodating. It was furnished generally tastefully, but on the darker and heavy side for a beach rental. The couches were comfortable and seemed newer, but the king bed mattress was saggy and needed replacing. Kitchen had most equipment but could use more light and a larger coffee maker given the size of the unit. Location was fine but a hike to the beach.

Great family home

This home was perfect for our family of five. Three teenagers fit perfectly. We enjoyed the 2 1/2 bathrooms. Laundry room in condo, the pool and also dock area in the back. The parking space was convenient, located close to condo. The location to the beach was great too! Fireworks could be seen from the porch on Friday nights. Overall we loved this place. Only thing we didn’t like was the lack of supplies, no sponge, dishwasher soap or extra trash bags only 1/2 roll of paper towels, no coffee. However when we told the owner about a few of these supplies and they were quick to accommodate us. We would stay here again and would recommend this unit.

Steps but not steps to the beach

The property was decent....a lot of steps and not much of a view but plenty of room. We were hoping to be closer to the water but could only see a small slice of it from one of the decks. The location is in the middle of both public beach access points so we did the loop twice. It was probably 20-25 minutes each way so an hour plus round trip. The facility seemed like it was run by a 3rd party and not the owners (probably was) as it lacked the well maintained feeling but was sufficent. We were missing a garbage can for the kitchen and got a quick response from the mgr who ordered one via Amazon - and it arrived the day we were leaving. There were a lot of steps....getting to the front door and within the unit. Nothing wrong with that but if you are hauling in luggage or something you should be aware. Parking was handy, overall a decent place....just a place we would not go back to.

I am somewhat surprised to read Ed’s review as I’m thinking he didn’t go through the listing thoroughly when booking our unit. We are not on the beach but across the street from the beach. We don’t claim to have beach views but we do have lush garden views from almost all of the decks except the one where you can actually see some of Siesta Key Beach. The main access beach is a little less than 1/3 mile from our unit and the entire Siesta key Island can be driven in less than 15 min (I’m not sure where the 1hr comes from). We are the owners of the condo / townhouse duplex which has 2 levels so there are stairs and we are 100% the ones taking care of the unit as its not managed by a 3rd party. Ed, I think for future bookings, you should filter exactly your needs are and I promise you it will not be the price you paid for our unit. Lou

Host provided information in timely manner. Main bath had to fill tub with shower head, plumbing needs to be replaced. Other bath shower had mold, in rough condition, did not use it. Unit was okay, but not worth 3000 per week! We had greater expectations. Would not recommend to others, nor come back. As a side note, HBO did not work, other apps need to be updated and we could not watch the Super Bowl, unable to get NBC channel, too bad, just needed a basic tv antenna!

Hi Dean, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you acknowledged that communication was timely, as we make it a priority to be responsive and available to our guests throughout their stay. We do want to clarify a few important points for future guests. The primary bathroom tub does not need to be filled with the shower head. The water is controlled by a standard diverter that redirects water to the tub spout. If this had been brought to our attention during the stay, we would have gladly assisted immediately. All bathroom are professionally cleaned, disinfected, sanitized and bleached thoroughly. and inspected prior to each arrival. We take cleanliness extremely seriously, and no mold has been reported before or after this stay. Had there been any concern, we would have addressed it right away. Regarding television access, the unit provides streaming apps and cable options. We are always available to troubleshoot in real time, and we regret that we were not notified during the stay so we could resolve the issue, especially for an event like the Super Bowl. Our pricing reflects the home’s location, amenities, and seasonal market rates, which are consistent with comparable properties in the area. We encourage all guests to carefully review listing details and photos to ensure expectations align prior to booking. We remain confident in the quality of our property and our commitment to maintaining a clean, functional, and enjoyable space for our guests.

My husband Lou and I are from Nyack, NY and have been traveling to Florida several times a year for the past 15 years for business and pleasure. We love exploring new places all the time and when we arrived to Siesta Key 10 years ago, we fell in love instantly with the Key as well as the amazing and breathtaking beach. It is truly unlike any other beach we've been to and we've been to plenty all over the world. We found ourselves always wanting to go back to Siesta Key and once you've been there, you'll understand why. We finally decided to purchase our own home on the Island since we go there so often. We get such pleasure knowing that we can have our friends, family and guests experience just how beautiful the beach is in Siesta Key. It's guaranteed to make you want to come back on your next vacation.

Our condo was the perfect choice for us and it seems to be a great choice for almost all that have come to it. It is a very large and spacious duplex unit with 3 interior lanais (balconies for you New Yorkers : ) and it's quiet and peaceful... Exactly what I want to experience on vacation.

The other great features of our complex is the large heated swimming pool, game room, and the best for last as always, the beautiful Bay at the back of the property with a fishing pier, benches and chairs as well as 2 BBQ grilling stations. Does it get any better than that?
