La vie est une plage dans ce magnifique condo sur la Rive-Sud, au rez-de-chaussée, à quelques pas de la plage naufrage. Avec un mobilier récemment mis à niveau, lit et matelas, vanité et armoires de la salle de bain principale, peinture, Wi-Fi, câble, appareils ménagers, télévision à écran plat. Il est pas trop tard pour planifier vos vacances de rêve! S'il vous plaît renseigner aujourd'hui!

This property was a 5 star condo. We loved the location ocean-view and walking distance to the Hyatt for dinner. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and entertaining. It was very clean. Two bathrooms was a very nice luxury. We enjoyed swimming in the pool. Nice barbecue area available as well. We could have walked to the beach. Everything was lovely about the condo. Close to shopping as well. Mahalo

Wonderful stay

We stayed for a week and this is paradise. The condo has everything needed and is within walking distance of restaurants and the beach. We could not have asked for a better place to stay while in Kauai, we will be back!

Yes. The only downside was that the smoke alarm malfunctioned several times and could not be silenced without totally disabling it. I informed the owner. Otherwise, stay was great and property was as advertised. Nice grounds, pool, and condo property

Yes, sometimes the humidity and other environmental factors on the island can play havoc with the battery back up smoke alarms there. The only way to stop a smoke alarm from beeping if there is no smoke is to disable it. Especially if you do not want it to be a disturbance. I advised the guest to unplug it to rectify the immediate disturbance. We have since replaced it even though it was only a couple of years old. I understand not everyone is used to having to deal with battery back up smoke alarms but it is all we can use. I have rented the unit for 20 years and this is the first such issue with a guest. Hopefully another 20 years! The reason we have them is for safety reasons, which is important. Jim Owner

Loved this place to stay. Quiet yet close to lots. Spacious yet cozy feeling. The patio is in shade most of the day yet get a beautiful sunrise and view! Loved it!!!!!

50th anniversary trip

The condo was beautiful with a great location and good views. We loved the nearby beaches. One was great for snorkeling and another was good for boogie boarding. We still enjoy both, even though we are in our seventies.

Location, location and location.

Beautiful condo and the ocean view was great. Close to numerous restaurants and next door to the Hyatt. Had a small problem but the owners were quick to respond. We'd stay there again.

It's near the beach. Watching the sunrise over Shipwreck Cove on the Lanai that opens to a lush open green area while having my morning breakfast and sipping on the best coffee around! Watching the waves break from the great view from the kitchen window! Nice trade winds from the North East.

A short walk to the beach. Golf courses are 3 blocks away! The views from the living room, kitchen and lanai! Most of the year you won't miss the air conditioning.
