Tropical Rendezvous Suite - Luxury Studio in tropical gardens with koi ponds.

Located beside the Grand Hyatt Resort & Spa, a short 5 minute stroll to the closest beach, you will find a Tropical Oasis with waterfalls, koi ponds and streams everywhere.

This suite is located in a separate wing, and has it's own secured entrance.

* California King bed with high thread count cotton linens, towels, and quality toiletries.

** private deck with a unique water feature for each suite, Weber barbeque grills and comfy chairs to enjoy the tropical ambiance.

*** each suite has its own television and Alexa echo (music) connected to a high speed wireless network, well amenitized kitchenette with 7.4 cu.ft. refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, dishes, cutlery, etc.

Bathrooms is adorned with onyx tile, rain shower heads, massaging shower head, glass block windows and built-in benches.

Outside, through the breezeway separating the main house from the three suites, you will find a gorgeous pergola with a 6-person, 72 jet hot tub is certain to restore those sore muscles after a day of hiking or water activities. The hanging king size bed beside the hot tub will likely become your favorite lounging spot on property. The hot tub and hanging bed are shared by the entire property.

There are three koi ponds containing gorgeous colorful koi. You can enjoy the sound of falling water throughout the property.

One of the most valuable attributes of this property is its proximity to the Grand Hyatt Resort and Spa. Want to enjoy a little pampering, Anara Spa is one of the world's best spa environments.

Enjoy Stevenson's Sushi and Spirits, their cocktail lounge, or nightly entertainment including keiki hula (keiki means 'baby' or 'child' in Hawaiian), and numerous musical groups. The restaurants include Tide Pools (steak and seafood - the best Prime Rib I've ever eaten), Llima Terrace (brunch), and Seaview Terrace (cafe and nightly entertainment).

Notice - there is one parking spot available to guests in the three suites for loading and unloading only. Guests can park 75 feet away on Poipu Road.

We loved the location. Easy stroll to shipwreck beach and Poipu beach. We enjoyed the pool and the evening strolls thru the walkways close by. The grand Hyatt is literally a stones throw away. The bed was comfortable and the space worked well for my husband and I.

The previous reviews say it all. We are a couple in their 70’s here for 11 days with friends who live in a different state who were at the the Grand Hyatt. Close to Brennecke and Poipu beach( 15 minute walk) .75 mile. We used the cooking equipment and grill, they were great. Comfortable bed, AMAZING showers. I have long hair, like to snorkel and swim so I washed my hair a lot. I appreciated a shower that could rinse it! We used the hot tub almost every day with a cup of coffee in the morning. I found a yoga mat in the garage - a gift for mornings on the floor.

Description in vrbo of the rental unit was very accurate. It is very nice and clean and very convenient. It is close to the shopping and restaurants, 5 min walk to Shipwreck Beach and Grand Hyatt Hotel. Very close to Poipu Beach. Kevin is a great host and always there if you have any questions. We enjoyed our stay overall. The location is excellent—walking distance to the Hyatt and the beach—and we really appreciated that the host provided beach and snorkel gear. Just a heads up for future guests: the hot tub and swinging chair are in the communal area, not private to the unit. During our stay we did run into quite a few bugs inside, which we had to manage. Otherwise, a convenient spot with some thoughtful touches from the host.

Kevin and his property allowed us to have such a relaxing time at Kauai. He was very responsive and the amenities such as the hot tub, beach supplies, and laundry were very helpful. He also granted us a late checkout which allowed us to squeeze in one more beach before our departure. I’ll be recommending my friends to this Vrbo whenever they visit Kauai. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect set up. Quiet and personal. Super clean with all the amenities we needed. Little kitchenette was perfect. Kevin was terrific. Easy in and out. Will definitely recommend to friends and use again.

The host is responsive, the location is great, the koi pond is cool too. Also has on-site laundry and good AC. The only thing that was disappointing was the kitchenette. Its not a kitchen in any way but rather a sink in one side of the closet with things like microwave, rice maker, blender. So you lose half the close space for storage and all the cookware is stored in the dresser so you lose almost all storage space. Was fine for a solo traveler but might be tight for more than 1. Additionally the hot playe didnt work so i just used the microwave. Theres a coffee maker and fridge which was also great. Plenty of seasonigs for cooking too. All in all, eas a good deal especially for a solo traveler. The walls are pretty thin thoigh so bring some earplugs because you can hear the neighbors if theyre loud. Also the host is very nice and loves there and was helpful.

I've been living on Kauai for 14 years, coming from Vancouver, Canada to be the CFO for Kukui'ula, a 1010 acre luxury resort here in Poipu. I was married, but my wife passed away four years ago, leaving me with three grown step-children that I love to visit on the mainland.

After 12 years with Kukui'ula, I'm now semi-retired, looking after my properties and other investments.
