Ce penthouse exceptionnel en bord de mer est situé sur la cÎte sud ensoleillée de Garden Island à Poipu, à Hawaii. Ce condo luxueux magnifiquement rénové est à seulement 30 pieds du bord de l'océan. Il offre une vue sur l'océan, le littoral et la montagne à 180 degrés depuis le lanai, la cuisine et le salon.

Réveillez-vous devant la chaleur du lever du soleil matinal magique sur la cÎte et laissez-vous aller dormir chaque soir avec le son et les images des vagues qui martÚlent votre porte. Profitez de regarder les nombreuses tortues de mer se nourrissant sur les récifs au-dessous de vous tout en vous prélassant sur votre véranda privée.

C'est Hawaii à son meilleur. Kuhio Shores est situé au centre de Poipu et s'il était plus prÚs de l'eau, vous seriez mouillé! Certains des meilleurs sites de surf et de plongée en apnée de Kauai se trouvent juste devant votre véranda. Cinq autres plages sont accessibles à pied, tout comme les terrains de golf, les tennis, les restaurants, les magasins et le spectaculaire trou de chasse Spouting Horn.

Ce magnifique penthouse est une vitrine de qualité et de design tropical professionnel, avec de riches cerisiers brésiliens fabriqués à la main, des appareils Jen Air, un sol en pierre de travertin et de superbes comptoirs en granit. This little slice of heaven is the perfect place to stay when on the south side of Kauai!!! The photos are accurate but don’t do this awesome condo justice! Everything from the amazing ocean/turtle views from the lanai, the location, the house layout (that is very private feeling and you never hear your neighbors), the water and ice maker in the fridge, to the air conditioning, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, super comfy pillows & beds, and most especially the wonderful communication and accommodating nature of Heather, makes this place beyond worth it!!! We snorkeled right there next to the beach house (where had dinner and also rented snorkeling fins from the attached little shop), and Poipu Beach is like five minutes away, which had some of the best snorkeling - we swam with turtles and a seal!! The neighborhood is quiet and the area has some great places to eat and shop near by. We just got back and I have already referred a few friends to this amazing condo! Thank you for sharing your little paradise with us

We had a great stay! Condo was in a perfect location for us. We loved sitting on the lanai watching turtles, ray and even a shark. The beds were quite comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Did not have much in the way of salt/pepper, spices, ziplock bags etc - had a few Tupperware type containers. Unit had amazing view towards Poipu and Baby Beach. We had dinner one night at The Beach House (next door). All in all a wonderful spot - we would definitely stay again.

Our Garden Island Visit

The Koloa/Popui area of Kauai is lovely and the condo is accessible to most of the area’s attractions. The condo is nicely furnished and fine for two couples or a small family. The view is to the East so the morning sun can be quite warm, but AC is available to manage the heat. We had a most enjoyable stay.

Great spot on Kauai

The condo is perfect for getting away. The view from the lanai is terrific and it’s a short walk to sit on the beach and watch the sunset. It is well located to get anywhere on the island. We were traveling with friends and it worked wonderfully for us. Easy checking in and out. It’s a great spot and they have nice items for the beach (chairs especially). We all would stay here again!

Amazing property & location!!!

This condo is amazing!!! Its BEAUTIFUL inside and well stocked with everything you need from cooking to beach trips. The views from the balcony are INCREDIBLE!!! The sea turtles were hanging out all day every day and we even saw some babies! We also got to watch a tiger shark that came into the bay for about 45 minutes!! The rocking chairs on the lanai were a great touch - we all loved sitting in them enjoying the ocean, turtles and the view. (This is the first vacation we never even turned on the tv!) Heather was very easy to communicate with and made sure we were taken care of. If you book this condo you will not regret it!! We were here almost 2 weeks celebrating my parents 50th anniversary, our 7th anniversary and my birthday! My dad ran the Kaua'i Marathon and this location was perfect for the start and finish. Such a special place for special celebrations and great memories!! Mahalo!!

Wonderful Poipu Location!

This condo was a great find for our family. Large rooms, great kitchen, beautiful ocean-facing balcony area, and convenient to everything. We looked down and saw sea turtles every day! It was also very quiet and the A/C worked great

Lovely getaway

We had a wonderful 5 nights. The property was clean and had everything we needed

Beautiful location!

The place is exactly as shown. Sea turtles morning and night right below. The place was clean and well stocked with chairs, umbrella and a cooler. The location was great and with easy access and parking. I would stay here again.

Perfection at Poipu

The unit exceeded all of our expectations. Watching all of the playful turtles from the lanai was an added treat. This 2/2 unit offered amazing space for us 4 adults. We would absolutely rent this unit again.
