The Space:

You will love this Beautiful Ocean View! The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need. There is plenty of beach gear for your Kauai outdoor adventures. Meticulously manicured landscaping and tropical flowers abound. For additional sleeping there is a queen sofa bed. Wind down while you BBQ dinner by the pool. You will be completely relaxed spending the evenings overlooking the turquoise ocean. Outdoor dining from your Ocean View Lanai, or the spacious pool side dining tables.

Beautiful Home with truly breathtaking views. Swimming Pool, Lanai, BBQs.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire condo which includes the pool and amenities.



The Neighborhood:

Excellent South side location! The most beautiful sunsets you can imagine await. Dolphins, Sea Turtles and Humpback Whales are right out your door. A short walk to Restaurants, Galleries and Restaurants.



Getting Around:

County bus and Uber or Lyft are available. Bike rentals nearby or rent a car at the Lihue Airport.

Wonderful place to spend a week. The proximity to the ocean was a great feature, the accommodations roomy and comfortable for the four of us. Loved walking/running along the shoreline. Easy walk to nearby shops and restaurants.

Perfect Kauai Getaway

This beautiful property was the perfect place to spend 7 relaxing days on Kauai. Walking distance to restaurants/shops and the path along the beach is just steps away. The sunrise and sunset views from the patio were spectacular! Loved watching the turtles floating in the surf. We will definitely stay here again!!

Amazing Stay

For the second year in a row we have stayed at this beautiful property. It's exceptionally clean, nice layout and a spectacular view of the ocean. We love the pool is just a few steps from our lanai and it's a very comfortable temperature. It's in a great location close to Poipu beach, good shopping and a lot of restaurants. I highly recommend this property. If you are looking for the perfect location this is it!

Home away from home

We loved this place. So relaxing and convenient to so many things. Koloa is a charming little town and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Popular spot for locals and tourists alike to capture photos of the sunset extravaganzas.

Watching both the sunrise and sunset from the same location was amazing. You know you have a good location when people drive to your location to watch the sunset! Walking distance to great restaurants. Loved the sea turtles. The deck and outside space was great.

Perfect Family Spot

This condo was perfect for the five of us. The ocean view was excellent, with the best sunsets and views of turtles—plenty of shops near by and a short walk to the Sheraton and the beach. I loved the pool, and most days had it to ourselves. The locals like to sit on the sea wall and watch the sunset, but all left by the time it was dark. We would definitely come again and stay here.

lovely location and enjoyable stay

the listing is very accurate the location is really excellent. Gorgeous Kauai sunsets. One thing to be aware of is all doors have slats and there is no carpet so they house is definitely a bit noisy. With 3 teenagers that would be have been helpful to know ahead of time thinking about sleeping arrangements.

Perfect Getaway

We booked this last minute and couldn’t be happier - hope to stay here again! The location is perfect and so central to so many yummy and beautiful things, the accommodations are so clean and spacious and full of amenities like binoculars, snorkels, sand toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, etc. I have no complaints and the property management co was EXTREMELY responsive! Oceanside Sunset paradise!

If you’re looking for oceanside serenity and comfort, look no further than the all access Alihi Lani. The Host communications, cleanliness, location, pool, and sunsets were spectacular. Our young cubs were entertained around the grounds for the entire stay, enjoying short daily walks to the beach and late afternoons poolside right next to our private Lanai. Speaking of the Lanai
one of the most memorable places to enjoy our morning coffee, sunset libations and meals. We look forward to returning many times to enjoy the properties outstanding allure.

We had a wonderful stay a the Alihi Lani 3. Our two kids, 5 and 7, loved the pool! The view is 100% as pictured. You get the best seat in the house for the gorgeous Kauai sunsets. Condo was clean and had every amenity needed. We will be back!

Wonderful spot - especially for families

We had an amazing stay - will definitely be back on future visits to Kauai. The most beautiful sunsets and view in general. We loved watching the turtles every morning while eating breakfast on the patio. Unit is well stocked with all the things you will need. Property managers were easy to get a hold of and helpful. The pool and area around the pool was our absolute favorite - a blast for our kids and nice for us to drink up the view with an ice cold drink in our hands. Really great location - close to restaurants/shopping/great beaches - yet just far enough away from the big resorts so you don’t feel like you are in a crowd.

Not completely as advertised

Some negatives - lots of noise - all floors inside are hard surface so you hear anyone moving a chair throughout the six-plex; gates for the pool are very noisy as kids come and go with bang, bang, bang; interior doors are all slatted so interior privacy is not there; locals use the road out front for loud music festival each night. Location is beautiful but we will not be returning. Sleep eludes renters. Pool was also closed and dirty.

Amazing Stay

I've been in the travel business for 40 years and I have traveled the world. This is one of the best properties I've staying in with an amazing view of the ocean. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and views of the turtles each day from our lanai. The interior of the condo is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. They have everything you need. A lot of privacy including on many days a private pool just a few steps from our condo. The reserved parking space is a plus, easy to bring things in and out without climbing stairs. Close walking distance to many great shops and restaurants. We will absolutely return to this location and I highly recommend it to anyone thinking about visiting Kauai. The management company was very quick to respond and easy to deal with. We have been coming to Hawaii for 30 years and have stayed in many properties, my family agreed this was the best one yet.

Amazing!

This was such a gem! Our little family of four just loved this property. It was a great size for us and was located within walking distance of multiple restaurants and some shops. It was quick to drive everywhere we wanted to go as well. The condo is well appointed with kitchen supplies, beach gear, etc. We appreciated items left by previous renters (like spices, pancake syrup, and mustard). I know those types of items can differ over time, but I love that there were items there to use. We only used the AC the first night we were there and found that we were very comfortable sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves crashing at night, The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The parking is great and right by the main door into the unit. The pool was warm and there were rarely other people in it. The sunset location cannot be beat. This is the place to be at sunset.
