Cette villa exquise a tout pour plaire! Situé dans le développement de la boutique Villas at Poipu Kai. Avec 1900 s. F. salon, cette unité de trois chambres trois salles de bain vue dispose d'une véranda couverte expansive, accès privé par ascenseur, air central, aspirateur central, réfrigérateur / congélateur, réfrigérateur / congélateur, laveuse / sécheuse, et élégant mobilier Tommy Bahama partout. Le mur de verre de seize pieds se replie, rejoignant la grande pièce avec la véranda pour étendre la surface habitable à environ 1900 pieds carrés. Parfait pour la vie intérieure et extérieure pour profiter au maximum de votre expérience Kauai. L'établissement inclut la piscine et le spa, l'accès au club-house et le centre de remise en forme. Comme avantage supplémentaire, vous avez accès aux installations de tennis du Poipu Kai Resort juste en face de la ceinture de verdure. The host was so very nice as was his wife. Whatever I wanted/needed, he came right over. The amenities were excellent, and was a great place for walking with a couple of very good restaurants nearby.

This was an awesome place to stay! It’s in a great location. Easy check in/out and great communication with property manager. Definitely a luxury condo with ample space for 5 adults. We cooked most of our meals in, so really appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Our favorite was the lanai…not only an ocean view, but overlooked the walking path to the beach (an easy 10 minute walk to the beach)… We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. We would definitely stay here again.

It is a beautiful unit well apppointed and equipped. The rooms were spaciois and the beds were all comfortable. For the older folks it is Good news bad news - the unit is away from the noise of the pool but it is the back unit so the unloading of your luggage will require a bit of a walk

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. It provided us with all of the latest and necessary conveniences, and was especially nice to be able to do a load of laundry when needed. We had all of the space a family of four could want and the beds were very comfortable. The views and setting were gorgeous from every angle.

Wonderful Place in Poipu

Just returned from our trip to this place and can't get over how great it was. The amenities were spot on. We had everything we needed and more. The place is immaculate, and the grounds of the facility are well-kept. We took advantage of the proximity to the beach and spent most of our time either at the condo or at the beach. The kitchen was perfect, and the outside grill was too. Will definitely stay again.

There are two great beach destinations. Shipwreck Beach and the Grand Hyatt are about a 10 minute walk along the greenbelt path. The Poipu Beaches are about a 5 minute walk past the tennis courts along the greenbelt path in the other direction, and feature the park, food, baby beach, board rentals and so much more.

Very nice residence in a convenient location

Plenty of private space for 5 adults with a separate bathroom (2 full suites) for each bedroom. Living room accordion glass door opens to a beautiful 2nd floor Lanai with a beautiful view. Short walk to the beach and restaurants and access to a beautiful relaxing pool. Owners are a pleasure to communicate with before, during, and after the stay.

Best Birthday Trip Ever

Absolutely loved this property! Room for all 5 of us adults. Easy access to Poipu beach. Close to Koloa town. Fully stocked unit and comfy furniture. Everything in home works such a terrific view! We will be back again for sure!

We are a couple of Australians who fell in love with Southern California because it is so much like our incredible homeland. We found a beachside home, and have lived and worked there for many years. Our children and grandchildren, however are living in Northern California, Hawaii, and Australia. So we decided to eventually retire in the middle of the Pacific, on the world's most beautiful island - Kauai. One day we will no longer share this special Villa with others - it will be our home.
