Oceanfront Direct, premier étage sur la plage, calme et zone isolée Rum Point

«Le Songe d'une Nuit mi-hiver» est situé sur le côté calme de l'île, à environ 40 minutes de l'aéroport international Owen Roberts (GCM).

Ce est un premier étage, unité de fin qui offre un accès facile à la piscine d'eau douce, plage de sable blanc et mer des Caraïbes bleue claire.

Ne confondez pas ce condo avec un grand nombre de locations à proximité qui sont situés sur une entrée ou de la baie. Cette villa dispose de tous les avantages de la vraie vie en bord de mer - la brise de l'océan, la plongée sur le récif, et une vue sans fin de la mer des Caraïbes.

Le condo peut accueillir 4-6 personnes avec ses deux chambres, deux salles de bains, et un canapé-lit dans le salon.

Les Condos Pointe Nord se composent de seulement 10 unités. La plage, la fosse de barbecue, et la piscine sont à l'usage des seuls clients. Ces zones ne sont jamais bondée.

La chambre principale dispose d'une salle de bains principale ci-joint. Vous pouvez jeter dans le lit king size tout en regardant le rouleau des vagues dans.

La 2ème chambre dispose de deux lits jumeaux avec un accès facile à la salle de bain, salon et véranda.

La climatisation centrale maintient le condo à une température confortable.

La cuisine est équipée d'un micro-ondes, four / plage, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, évier en élimination des déchets, four grille-pain et un mélangeur. Il ya suffisamment d'ustensiles de cuisine pour servir ne importe quel besoin de cuisson.

Il ya une grande véranda moustiquaire avec une vue incroyable de la Caraïbe. Profitez de la brise tropicale, vue sur la mer, et le bruit des vagues dans le confort de la copropriété. Sortez la porte de la véranda et vous êtes à quelques pas de la piscine d'eau douce, plage de sable blanc et mer des Caraïbes bleue claire.

La piscine d'eau douce a une piscine pour enfants attaché. Il ya des serviettes de plage et des flotteurs de l'eau dans le condo pour nos clients à utiliser.

Le condo est équipé d'un lave-linge / sèche-linge, fer / planche, TV couleur à repasser avec le câble, et téléphone. Les salles de bains sont meublées avec des fournitures de démarrage (de papier de toilette, etc.). Se il vous arrive de manquer, Épicerie de Chisholm est à seulement 5 minutes.

Un homme de maintenance locale est disponible en cas d'urgence. Les numéros de téléphone sont affichés sur le réfrigérateur.

Location, location, location! We loved it because it was away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown. The condo was roomy and well-appointed with everything you might need. Thank you for having spices. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't cooperating but we found plenty to do and see. Crystal caves was a highlight. So was the food at Tukka. We went back at least three times!! Thank you for sharing your property!

The host was very responsive to all my emails and the amenities were excellent. The pool was great and it was nice to be on the beach. The accomodations were comfortable and homey. I would change my rating to excellent if the master bedroom's window didn't leak and there were more washclothes (only 2 provided per bathroom). I would stay here again!

Daniel's condo in Grand Cayman

This is a great location for a quiet stay, about as close to the ocean as one can be. Most people stay in the seven-mile beach area which is busier and pricier. Daniel's condo is fully equipped and fit the bill for us. I especially liked to go out onto the screened lanai around 6 am to sip coffee, read the paper and watch the sun come up.

We stayed for 10 days and the condo and accommodations were excellent. The condo was furnished with everything we needed to be comfortable and to feel like we were at home by the beach. Great Winter Getaway

We had a fabulous time. Our condo was away from the hustle and bustle of the island ....the way we like it....yet, easy to get anywhere from. It was spacious and comfortable like a home-away-from-home. Highlights were the Star Fish, Rum Point, Sting Rays, and lots of great snorkeling bays! Over the Edge restaurant has fantastic food! Great vacation...just too short!!

It was clean and well equipped. This section of the island is quiet and right near Rum Point. The west end of the island had beautiful and secluded beaches. Excellent Vacation

My wife and kids, age 15 and 14, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo had all of the amenities for an excellent vacation. The kitchen was stocked with great equipment and a full rack of spices, so cooking at home was a breeze. The owner was super communicative, along with the property managers, who were a great help. The pool area had plenty of lounging chairs for those who like to tan or burn. There was also an shaded area on the deck with 3 lounge chairs, so you could enjoy the outsides and pool area without direct sun. We would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you for allowing us to book!

Very quiet location

The condo was nice, kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc... Beach was not nice, alot of garbage on the beach. It also was not swimmable. You need a car to go to anywhere. Rum Point is 3 miles down the road nothing is in walking distance. We did enjoy Rum Point for the snokeling. This section of the island is very quiet so no night life or close restaurants. The nearest grocery store is very expensive, you have to drive 30 minutes to go to a bigger grocery store. Also have GPS so you can find where everything is.

Quiet, beautiful, ocean. Great value

SO glad we didn’t stay at 7 mile beach — way too busy and touristy. Rum Point is perfect if you want serenity. We had two toddlers with us and this condo was perfect. Even a kiddie pool. Right on the sandy beach (water too rough for toddlers). If you stay here, go to Rum Point Beach (really close) for chairs, snorkeling, food, drinks. Even turtles by the pier. This is the best condo in this complex, as the lanai and master BR have ocean views. Dan (owner) is extremely responsive to emails and inquiries.

Property was super clean and cozy with a split bedroom layout and fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, etc which was great. It also has a big lanai and RIGHT on the ocean - it's not a swimming area but it was really nice to be able walk along the ocean front in the morning/evening. We did have an issue with the electricity that the owner agreed to provide partial compensation for, which was satisfactory to rectifying the issue. This property has a professional management company who were super helpful which was a great plus. This is definitely on the quiet side of the island and nothing in close walking distance, so highly recommend a rental car - the great news is this property has free parking and right off the main road.

Wonderful host, quiet side of Grand Cayman

First off, Dan was a wonderful host. The communication was top notch, and very insightful. Since this was our first time in Grand Cayman, we asked some questions about restaurants, things to do, grocery stores, etc. And he was more than helpful with all of the information he provided. We weren’t sure how far out of the way the North Side was, but it gave us exactly what we wanted; a quiet place to unwind and enjoy some down time away from college, high school, and work. If you have a single family, this unit is the perfect size. The pool is very nice, the private beach is beautiful, and Rum Point is a few miles down the road. We’d definitely stay in the condo again. Dan, thanks for your hospitality and for all of the help you provided us in making this a wonderful family vacation! Cheers!

Remote Cayman Condo

Family of 4’s first trip to Grand Cayman Island and our condo was perfect. We were looking for something away from people and the typical tourist tract. The condo is on the ocean, although this area is not really suitable for swimming. The sounds of the waves and the views are incredible. The pool at the condo was fabulous too. We used it several times and had it to ourselves all but once. We brought snorkeling gear but the condo had a nice supply of water/beach toys and gear. The provided coolers were a great benefit too. We had a car, as needed at this location, and pretty much drove around the entire island. Condo is a 5 minute drive to Rum Point which has a few things to do. Otherwise it’s a 30 minute or more drive for groceries, restaurants, etc. Again, we were looking for something more remote and this place was perfect!

the BEST VRBO I've stayed in

Well supplied condo... from beach toys to coolers, ample towels, w/d, to icepacks in the freezer. Very comfortable. fast internet. Owner was very, very good on communications. we had one small plumbing issue and on-site staff addressed in 15 minutes. Nearby Rum Point was a favorite beach spot to hang out, snorkel, use lounge chairs and access the bar/ restaurant. Note that popular 7MB beach locations about 50-60 minutes away. we prob spent majority of our beach days at 7MB to take advantage of snorkling variety. Waters off Macabuca Grill was favorite. This condo was situated in very quiet community. minimal traffic or noisy neighbors, no jet skis. very safe as well. Pool, beach and snorkel access steps away. Very much enjoyed ground floor patio and lanai. We picked up prepared foods at Hurleys & Fosters and ate in most evenings. Restaurant options at NorthSide are limited. Enjoyed both Rum Point food as well as Over the Edge. Tukka Tukka on East End (20 min drive) features aussie-style food AND 5 pm daily Frigate bird feeding which was cool.

Another Amazing Vacation

This was our 2nd stay at Dan's condo. It won't be our last! Dan is very friendly and so helpful to work with. Before our vacation, he sent us a packet of helpful info - including a map that he had highlighted various activities or places to visit for us. We stayed for 10 days and it absolutely feels like home. We just stayed at the condo and relaxed on the beach often. You can walk in either direction on the beach and not see another person. It's relaxing and beautiful. Ground floor and corner unit - it's ideal and can't get any closer to the beach. We took advantage of the bbq grlll on site several times. We did visit the Seven Mile Beach area a couple of times, but we prefer the peace and quiet of the north side. If you're looking for an amazing destination and a place that feels like home, this is it! Thanks for another great vacation, Dan! Until next time...….

Dream Indeed!!

This condo is perfect for a secluded stay on the more quiet North side of Grand Cayman. Perfectly located close to Rum Point and only minutes away from other north and east side attractions - Crystal Caves, Botanical Gardens and great snorkeling all around. And restaurants- Kaibo, The Lighthouse, Tukka and Over the Edge. The unit is incredible and the pics really do not do justice to the beautiful views from every room. It is stocked with everything you might need but did not want to pack, from the fully equipped kitchen (even spices) to water toys and floats, extra pillows and blankets, coolers, koozies and more!! Daniel provided helpful information on provisions in the unit including internet, TV , phone and a wonderful packet and map with all the local "good to know". We have been using VRBO for many years now, and Daniel is by far the most accommodating and attentive owner we have ever had the pleasure of renting from. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy the North side of Grand Cayman!

Great location

Dan’s place was perfect for our vacation! I traveled with my wife and two daughters and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice. We knew his place was on the north side away from all the tourists and we loved it. We did travel over to the Georgetown area 2 days out of our 6 days on the island for dive trips and shopping and Seven Mile beach and were very happy with where we stayed. It took about 40-45 mins each time. The photos of the place were accurate. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The Lanai was great- if we weren’t a few steps away at the beach we were eating or hanging out there. We didn’t spend much time in the pool because we were in the ocean or on the beach but it was really nice to have. It was well maintained. We ate out a few nights- Over the Edge and Tukka on the East side and both had great food. Tukka was our favorite and worth the drive. We also cooked in a few nights too and had everything we needed to do that. The beach was incredible. Yes the swimming is really only meant for snorkeling but there are a few spots where if you wear water shoes you can wade out on the grass and cool off. The snorkeling by the reef on calm days was just as good as other parts of the island! All in all it was the best vacation we had in a very long time and we won’t hesitate to stay at Dan’s place again.

Simply Amazing!!!

Our family went to Grand Cayman over Christmas this year. Back in February, 2016, we had booked a condo on the East end of the island. I decided to shoot them a quick email 3 days prior to our arrival to make sure everything was ready for our arrival. The day before our flight was leaving, I received an email from them informing me they were no longer the property managers for that property and our condo reservation was no longer valid. Imagine - I had paid for the condo back in February and thought we had our dream vacation lined up. Complete panic set in. I quickly got online to try to find another condo to rent and I was lucky enough to find A Mid-Winter Night's Dream and Dan. We were so lucky that the condo was available for our dates and Dan was amazingly friendly and helpful in getting everything ready in such a short period of time. When we arrived, we were amazed. It is beautiful!!! It is truly ocean/beach front and the location was amazing. The beach is very quiet and we were able to take long beach walks and not see another person. Absolutely beautiful!! Dan checked in with us a couple of times via email to ensure everything was going well, which was very thoughtful. We spent some time at Star Fish Pointe, Rum Point and managed to hit some of the local restaurants - Over the Edge, Herman's Fish Fry and Kurt's Corner are all in that area. While all were great - Herman's Fish Fry in the east end was my family's favorite. If you are looking for a quiet beach front property with amazing views, you really do not need to look any further. It was an amazing vacation and the condo truly felt like home. The condo is well equipped with everything you may need so you are able to just sit in the beach chairs, watch the ocean and relax. The next time we decide to head to this amazing island, I will be getting ahold of Dan and hoping this gem of a condo is available for us again!!

Fantastic Views!

The lanai was so amazing, we enjoyed spending time there playing cards, eating all of our meals, and just generally enjoying the comfort and view. We were very pleased with everything about the condo, pictures didn't do it justice. We wanted an "off the beaten path" location and this absolutely fit the bill, it was very quiet and peaceful. You will definitely want to rent a car at the airport, taxis and the like are not really an option on the north side. We loved this condo so much that we are already contemplating our next visit!

Taking a dip in the pool is as simple as walking a few steps away from our private patio. You'll rarely see another person when you take a stroll down the beach. This is an amazing place to recharge your batteries and escape from the trappings of everyday life.
