Situated in North Side, Grand Cayman, 2 minutes from Rum Point, The Nest is a second floor, 2 bedroom/2 bath, end apartment with its own private steps to the beach and the warm turquoise Caribbean sea. Perched 30 feet above sea level and with a 180 degree view of the coast, the view from The Nest is spectacular. Located on the wilder North coast of Grand Cayman, there is a special energy and beauty here which gives it its authentic island feel.

The Nest is a 1250sqft, newly renovated, fully furnished top floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms and a large screened lanai (patio) with spectacular views of the ocean and coastline. This unique corner unit has exceptional natural light throughout and a sea view from every window. This particular stretch of coastline catches the prevailing winds which means there is frequently a wonderful breeze.

The Nest has a bijoux fully equipped kitchen with stovetop and oven, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle and everything you need to prepare your meals.

The open plan living space has a pitched ceiling which gives it a light and airy feel and offers a dining nook with seating for up to six adults, large sofa and chair and TV with satellite cable. There is high speed wi-fi throughout.

The Nest’s master bedroom, has a king size bed which looks straight out to the ocean and an en suite bathroom (bath tub and shower). Sliding doors lead out to the lanai. There is a built in closet and two dressers with plenty of storage space.

The second bedroom also looks out to the lanai and the ocean beyond and has two twin beds and a jack and jill bathroom. A crib is also available if you have a little one. There are dressers and a built in closet.

The Nest is one of only 10 privately owned apartments in the complex with more than 300 feet of uncrowded beach! Beautiful tropical fish, grouper, parrot fish, turtles, rays, and puffer fish all on the shallow coral reefs are only steps from The Nest. There is also a nice pool and decking area with loungers, which overlook the ocean. For those with children, there is a shallow toddler pool and mini waterfall.

For easy 24/7 access we use a key-less entry system, so you don't need to worry about carrying keys around.

Enjoy eating in the covered lanai overlooking the Caribbean sea, or from the breakfast table with a fantastic view of the beach…..or eat out at one of the close-by gourmet or casual restaurants.

We live in Cayman and personally manage The Nest, so we are available 24-7-365 should you need anything at all during your stay.
