Le Tops'l Beach Manor Unit 701 a récemment été mis à jour, y compris de nouveaux appareils de cuisine, des comptoirs en granit et de nouveaux sols de chambre.   Le salon offre une vue imprenable sur le golfe et la réserve naturelle de Topsail.   Le canapé sectionnel offre de nombreux sièges pour vous et votre famille pour profiter de la télévision à écran plat.  La chambre principale a également une vue magnifique, un lit king-size confortable et une salle de bains privative.  La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux et accès à une salle de bain dans le hall.    Les deux chambres ont une télévision à écran plat.   La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour répondre à tous vos besoins de cuisson.   La salle à manger peut accueillir six personnes avec deux sièges de bar supplémentaires.   Profitez du wifi et du câble gratuits

Le Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort est situé à proximité de certaines des meilleures attractions et activités de la région.  Vous serez à quelques minutes de grands magasins, restaurants et divertissements sur Grand Boulevard, Silver Sands Outlet Mall et Sandestin's Village of Baytowne Wharf.   Si vous êtes à la recherche d'une cuisine raffinée, profitez de l'Ocean Club situé sur place ou aventurez-vous vers Vintij, Bistro Bijoux ou Emeril's Coastal Italian. Everything was as expected. We really love the corner location and the view to the East is amazing. Everything was clean and functional. This was our first time staying in this building at Tops'l and it is very clean, quiet, and well maintained. We look forward to visiting again.

Girls Trip

We had the best time!! The condo is BEAUTIFUL!! It is exactly as described. The view of the nature preserve and the coast is stunning. The beach is less crowded in the area in front of Tops’l. I will definitely be booking again in the future

Beautiful Property

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was perfect and the decor was modern and up to date. The beach wasn't too busy and we watched a pod of dolphins from the balcony and then ran to the beach to get a closer view! We would definitely stay here again!

Stunning view

Property was absolutely beautiful, just like the pictures. Will definitely stay here again! So relaxing and quiet, tucked back in the corner. The view is out of this world! You can even hear the crashing of the waves from the beach. Highly recommend!!

Location, Location, Location!

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Super close to shopping, restaurants, and quiet private beach area (not overcrowded like other area beaches). Tons of amenities not listed (tennis, basketball, mini golf). We had a wonderful stay and if we are ever in the area again we will surely return. Thank you for a wonderful weekend away!

This Unit is one of the best as far as kitchen supplies. All Fully stocked with whatever you need for cooking! Almost any kitchen device you can imagine is here. Also did not see it in the list of amenities but there is a Kurig coffee brewer. Appliances work perfectly and are pretty new (Induction Range). Thank you.Very quiet, spacious, updated & clean condo with great ocean views with 2 outdoor patios. Furniture is comfortable and in great shape. Very large flat screen TV in the LR and easy to use. Internet is very stable and fast-over 200 Mbps. Love it.Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Beach access is great. Would stay again.
