Beautiful Condo - Great Ocean Views - Été au paradis

«La côte atlantique de la Géorgie ne fait que 150 km de long environ, mais le long de ce couloir vert, vous verrez certains des paysages naturels les plus époustouflants d'Amérique ... C'est une région richement tissée avec de nombreuses cultures, y compris des trésors des traditions côtières de Gullah. Cette destination de vacances pittoresque a attiré les familles car il ne vous faudra pas longtemps pour comprendre pourquoi!

Real Escapes Properties est fier d’offrir ces deux chambres, deux salles de bains au troisième étage Résidence Simons Island. Il est confortablement meublé, de taille généreuse et somptueusement aménagé. Les caractéristiques comprennent des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et la salle de bain, ainsi qu'un balcon accessible depuis le salon et la suite principale et offrant une superbe vue sur l'océan.

Le maître a un lit king size et salle de bains avec une baignoire jacuzzi et une douche surdimensionné dans la promenade avec son et le sien éviers. Il y a aussi un ventilateur de plafond et une télévision dans le maître et des portes coulissantes en verre donnant sur le balcon.

La chambre d'amis dispose de 2 lits doubles, d'un ventilateur de plafond et d'une télévision à écran plat. Il y a aussi une salle de bains attenante avec douche à l'italienne accessible depuis le couloir.

La communauté dispose d'un espace de stationnement couvert attribué et d'une salle de débordement à l'extérieur du bâtiment. Il y a un ascenseur, une piscine et un bain à remous. Le 760 Ocean Boulevard est situé près des magasins et restaurants du village, juste en face d'une plage publique.

A great location

This location was perfect for my family. Clean condo was super convenient with a laid back environment. SSI is very chill and I’ll be returning next summer.

The view….breathtaking

Great location to the beach and pier area. It was so nice to be able to walk downtown to see the pier, shops, and food. Just moments away from awesome views of the sunrise and the section of beach was pretty quiet. Perfect family getaway. Very clean and big bathrooms for everyone to use.

Great Condo!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was clean and nicely appointed. On the outside balcony, there was a view of the ocean through the massive live oak and palmetto trees. It was peaceful and quiet. It is a short stroll to the beach and downtown as well.

Beautiful condo & very spacious. Very nice bathrooms, but would suggest a towel rack on either side of the double sinks in the master bathroom. The large bathroom is great, but it only has one small towel bar. Maintenance issues: Fix the running toilet, which is hard to flush in the master bathroom. The smaller bathroom is very nice, but the 3 lights need new bulbs & won't turn on. The back gate by the trash cans allows you to get out to the street, but the code doesn't open the door to get back in & needs to be fixed. Nice ocean views. Short walk or drive to beach access.

2023 Summer @ St. Simons

This place is ideal for small family, individuals, or small groups. This unit is 50 walking steps from the beach. Oglethorpe Ave 7t st to 15th st is ideal part of the beach is quite, beautiful, waves are everywhere, safe for children, this street made me feel like I was walking into Martha Stewart’s area. Short walk down to Main Street, consignment shops, restaurants, boutiques, Rec water park, lighthouse/museum, public park, and public library. Nearest Grocery stores are Windixie and Dollar Tree. No Grocery on Ocean Blvd. Only thing Missing was Chinese food & Indian food options .

Fine for a short stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and ease of beach access with a great view right between two buildings (but shaded with some lovely trees!). The property overall is a little tired—one walk through gate is totally locked up and overgrown with shrubbery. Doors are rusty on every balcony. The elevator is slow and stifling hot in July! Our beds were tidy and clean, but the bedspreads were threadbare and torn in some places. With the toilet in the master bath, occasionally you need to take the back lid off to make sure the tank can fill. The bathroom exhaust fans are kind of moldy looking around them, and the switches to turn them on have been blocked from use. This was just a last-minute four-night stay for us, so nothing was a huge deal, but I think we’ll look for something a little nicer when we return for a longer trip to the island next summer.

Plus was pets allowed but definitely has a cat pee smell in carpet areas of master room and closet. We purchased scented candles and air freshener. Kitchen well stocked and large fridge came in handy. Recommend new pillows and beds were ok.. we were not happy with the 1/4 roll of TP in bathroom, should at least be a fresh roll left,,and there we're no pillow cases for 2nd bedroom. Phone call and issues were corrected quickly. We would stay again.

Reviewer Comments: We definitely love this condo complex and location which gives us easy access to the beach and village area! We have stayed at #204 in the past and loved it but #304 is in desperate need of cleaning...the rug and carpet in the master bedroom and bathroom are filthy...the master sink drains very slowly and probably just needs cleaned out...the heat return air grill cover across from laundry room is filthy and various other areas had dirt and grime very visible. It is sad that such a nice place isn’t loved enough to make it shine!
