Beach Cottage with 2 king beds! One short block to beach-Walk to Pier Village!

Welcome to Coaches Corner, Cottage C, one of four distinct cottages within the main house. Located on the second floor, Cottage C features two bedrooms, each with a king bed, and one full bathroom. The living room is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa. Highlights include a patio with a dining table, shared outdoor showers, a communal grill area, smart TVs in every room, complimentary on-site parking, and a prime location just one block from the beach and less than a mile from village shops, restaurants, and parks. Inquire about our golf cart rental availability!

*The cottage is equipped with a ring doorbell camera system at the front door. All doorbell rings will be sent to your hosts' phone and will not ring inside.

**Any stay over 10 days will require an additional cleaning and cleaning fee.

***Coaches Corner consists of four separate cottages in one building. This is a great place for family reunions when rented together! It can sleep up to 22 and allows togetherness with casual privacy. Hawk’s Nest is a stand-alone, pet friendly cottage next door which can sleep an additional 8. Please message for availability regarding booking multiple cottages for large groups.

We enjoyed visiting St Simon Island. The house was very clean and updated so we had everything we needed! Also the house was so close to walk on the beach and up to the restaurants and shops. Weather was chilly so we did not get much time outside as we would like, maybe next time!

This was our first trip to SSI and it did not disappoint! The cottage itself was clean, had comfortable beds and had all the basic necessities we needed. This location of this cottage was perfect - easily walkable to a great beach access. We took advantage of renting a golf cart as well, which was the real MVP for our family of 5 and only took our personal vehicle out once during our stay. Plenty of shops and local restaurants, all just a walk or golf cart ride away. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at the Coaches Cottages! The space was very charming, spotless, and perfectly located—just a short walk to the beach and right between the Village and the King and Prince. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made everything easy. Highly recommend!

I actually did not stay. I rented for my niece and nephew but got this feedback from them. Place was great, location wonderful and host was communicative and very helpful. They would definitely stay again.

Clean. New furnishings. As advertised. Chimney should be capped, bird came into unit through chimney during stay. Dryer works but control knob finicky. No complaints. Would recommend.

Convenient, cozy and clean

Booked for a long weekend while attending a wedding in the area. Great location. Walkable to village and easy access to the beach. Had some issues with our air conditioning. However, our hosts responded & were prompt to assist us by bringing in fans. They quickly moved us to another one of their properties while the air issues were being resolved. Thankfully, we were able to complete our vacation time enjoying another location on the island. Both lovely properties. Would definitely rent again.

Clean, cute and close to the beach.

We had a lovely stay at this Lori’s condo. I’m picky when it comes to cleanliness and this condo was pretty darn clean. Lori thought of everything. All the little touches. Decorated so nicely and the outside showers were a huge plus! It’s a block away from the beach. You basically cross a street and there it is! I was impressed with Lori’s quick communication. Like, super quick. I hope to be back some day soon!
