La maison Sheridan! Votre maison d'été!

Cette maison unifamiliale confortable, ensoleillée et récemment rénovée est située dans un quartier familial et tranquille du sud-ouest de Minneapolis! Vous appréciez à la fois une cour avant et arriÚre et de nombreuses places de stationnement dans la rue juste devant la maison!
Il y a 2 belles chambres avec lits queen, une chambre avec lit gigogne double pour 4, et 2 espaces de couchage supplĂ©mentaires sur des canapĂ©s dans les espaces communs. Rassemblez-vous dans ma nouvelle cuisine gastronomique pour cuisiner et crĂ©er des repas ensemble! Profitez Ă©galement d'une salle de jeux oĂč vous pourrez regarder des films, faire du sport, jouer aux cartes et Ă  des jeux au coin du feu! J'accueillerai votre chien bien Ă©levĂ© moyennant des frais et j'espĂšre pouvoir vous accueillir, que vous soyez un aventurier cĂ©libataire, ici pour le travail / les affaires, ou une famille voyageant et explorant la belle Minnesota!
Cette maison est située à seulement 5 miles du centre-ville, à 3 miles du centre-ville, à 3 miles du centre commercial Mall of America et à seulement 10 minutes de l'aéroport.
Southdale Mall, le premier centre commercial original d'AmĂ©rique! Ici vous trouverez tout type de magasin ou de divertissement, ou restaurant que votre coeur dĂ©sire! Ou suivez l’Avenue de France plus au sud, quelques rues jusqu’aux Galleria Shops et Restaurnats, ainsi que le magnifique et magnifique parc en plein air construit autour d’étangs et d’un lac, appelĂ© lacs Centennial. En hiver, allez sur la musique classique en patinage sur glace, et en Ă©tĂ©, allez jouer au golf miniature au bord du lac et assistez Ă  des concerts dans des arĂšnes en plein air et Ă  des courses de mini-voiliers!

This home was so convenient, from the airport, to my granddaughters home, and to the nearby grocery store and Dunkin Donuts! The neighborhood was perfect for Fall walks, and my granddaughters enjoyed the coloring pages and games in the lower level. It was a great weekend!

Mary was very flexible and accommodating. The house was very clean and had everything you could need. Location was a great central location to everything we wanted to see and do, but in a very quiet neighborhood.

Wedding trip

We stayed here for a family wedding. The house was clean and in a great location. Lots of fun attractions within 15 minutes. Parks nearby to walk the dog. Check in was easy, and the owner responded quickly to questions we had. Would recommend this house for those looking in the area.

Cosy air-conditioned house, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, convenient location

Mary's place was perfect for our stay. We slept well, enjoyed time in comfortable living room, used her well stocked kitchen for meal prep and the shady backyard patio for relaxing meals. The location was great for shopping, walking and visiting family and parks in the area. Mary was very flexible and accommodating. Highly recommended house.

Great "Girls" get away

We reserved the VRBO for a knitting get-away that 4 of us attempt to organize a couple times of year. The place was cozy and comfortable. We greatly enjoyed the comfy couches in the basement to sit, knit and relax while we binged a bit of Netflix. We had great and timely communication with the property management. Mary was very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Location, location, location!

Mary is a super host! We were in Mpls for a family reunion and the location was perfect. Easy access to the airport and shopping. Quiet neighborhood where I enjoyed morning walks. We even did our "mandatory" walk around Lake Harriet on Sunday morning. Loved having the TV in the basement and the washer/dryer available. Alley parking was convenient.

Lovely Home

We had a very nice stay at the Sheridan House. Our family of 4 adults had plenty of room to relax, with comfy seating and a lovely cozy kitchen. We ;enjoyed the patio and used the grill a few times. Quiet neighborhood but so close to wonderful restaurants and the DQ - yum! Mary was very attentive, checking in to see if everything was ok. Would definately stay here again. A great home and location. Thanks Mary!

Excellent experience!

My husband and I stayed here for just over a week and were so happy with the whole experience. The house is homey and adorable, clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet but in walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. Mary the property manager was amazing to work with. She was flexible with our changing schedule, available when needed and just a pleasant, generous and extremely helpful person. We couldn’t have had a better experience. Highly recommended!!

Great house in a great location

We came to town to see the Mall of America and visit some friends in a near by town. The house was in a great location, 15 mins from the Mall and not far from other shopping opportunities. There was also easy access to the highway. Perfect house for 3 adults and 2 kids. Kids hung out and watched TV in the basement while the adults unwound from the day upstairs. Mary was great about communication. I would stay again if we came back to town.

Great safe location

This house was in a perfect location for our family get together. Quiet neighborhood near shopping and restaurants. Walkable restaurants and grocery nearby. Pet friendly but not fenced in backyard. Nearby parks were perfectly walkable for throwing the ball for the dog for a bit. Mary was a great host who made us feel very welcome and answered questions quickly. Air conditioning worked very well. Two bedrooms with a basement with bed. The furniture was very comfortable.
