About this space
Infuse your stay with creativity and good vibes. The upper unit is filled with color, art, and collected oddities. Every corner is curated with my own art and the work of local artists I admire. The unit is cozy, comfortable, unique, and centrally located near to downtown Minneapolis.

The unit has open attic space with two queen beds, television with seating area, and a work station. The sleeping spaces are separated but not private. There is no door between.

The entry level has kitchen open to dining/sitting area. There is a full bath, washer/dryer, and large deck.

Ample amount of room with areas where folks can gather and spaces where individuals can retreat. Decor was fun and inviting.

This is such a cute apartment! Spacious yet cozy with eclectic decor that gave it a comfortable lived in feel like you’re staying at a friend’s house. Also very clean and smelled lovely. There was a box fan by each bed which was a nice extra for us fan sleepers.

Jerri was amazing and very accommodating while we stayed in town for an event. We loved the place and had everything we needed! It was very cozy and well decorated. A big plus that it was super easy to get to where we needed to go from there. Would stay here again the next time we're in town!!

The pictures are accurate I just didn’t realize the beds and bathroom were on different floors. My bad for not asking. Had my sis with me who does not do well on stairs especially having to get up during the night. Place was very cute. Had to message host for WiFi pw as the one in the book of the house was wrong. Quick response. If you have to arrive or leave in the dark be aware the outside stairs are not well lit at all.

Loved this little apartment! It was modern in an older home. Very clean, the hostess thought of everything to make it convenient and efficient for us! We met Jeri as we were checking in, she was very thoughtful and friendly. Would definitely stay again! Thanks, Jeri for the great hospitality!

Overall, very nice property equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Host is very attentive so no issues there. Challenges experienced on the property: stairs are a big challenge leading into the unit and inside the unit a little difficult to navigate especially with luggage so please be aware of that. Also, the Wi-Fi is challenging as well, if you’re a TV person, be aware this location only has Netflix basically that works consistently.. if you are a taller individual being up in the sleeping quarters will be a challenge and depending on which bed you choose to sleep in you may end up hitting your head on the ceiling in the middle of the night so please be aware of that the ceiling is also low at the top of the stairs so that will catch you also. And the restroom is located downstairs while the sleeping quarters are upstairs so if you are someone who may need to use the restroom in the middle of the night, that could be a challenge getting downstairs navigating the stairs and getting to the restroom. And I understand most people don’t vacation to watch TV but there is no TV downstairs in the main area where the kitchen and dining room is so if you’re someone who enjoys local TV and watching TV may be while cooking or eating that’s not an option here. Despite the challenges, I would recommend staying here very nice location.

A nice place to stay- suited what we needed and was accurate to the listing. The second bedroom did not have a door, and beds were very noisy, but otherwise it was great.

Jerri is the best host ever. The place is well stocked with anything you could want to be comfortable. It is super clean. Nice lounge area with a tv and she even offers a guest Netflix account! Plenty of nice towels in the bathroom (cannot tell you how many times I have had to request more). My friend and I came to Minneapolis to visit family and this place was great to come back too.When we come back to the twin cities, I will hopefully be able to book this place again.

It was funky in the most artistic and pleasing way. Most ofnthe places we stay in are either sterile generic or have the appearance of being cobbled together. This place had interesting art, vintage furniture, and inviting nooks. The stairs - which were both clearly mentioned as well as depicted - were challenging, but that was all. Greatly appreciated the AC!

This house is in a perfect location. Quick drive to downtown or Mall of America. Me and my family of four had a great time. We loved the aesthetic of the upper unit. The beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed for a weekend visit. Thank you Jerri!
