We brought our boys and two of their cousins to the beach. If four boys ages 11-13 can have fun, anyone can! With storms going through right before we got there having the lifeguard stationed right out front so we could see the safety flags before planning our day was helpful. Having an indoor AND outdoor pool AND a hot tub kept everyone happy when swimming wasn’t safe.

Absolutely loved this condo and the location. We will definitely be back. However, the only issue I had was the misleading advertisement for the 250 daily activities. I thought it was for the entire family but it’s only one ticket, which is also fine.

Great condo, great location!

Unit was clean and bright. As a corner unit it was very quiet and had an amazing view. Parking was easy. Everyone was comfortable and I would stay in the same unit again.

Great spot

We loved the location. Condo cute, clean. Loved indoor and outdoor pool and how it is just a short walk to the beach. Our only hiccup was that refrigerator did not work, someone came out the next day but didn’t get a replacement until day three. Unfortunately all of our food we packed already went bad. But the management was easy to get in touch with.

We had to book last minute, and this stay was awesome! Had some construction going on during the stay HOWEVER didn’t even notice and the kids had a fantastic time. Definitely our go to spot.

Great view!

This condo offers an amazing view of the ocean, made even better by being an end unit. There was plenty of space, everything was clean, the washer and dryer was handy, pools/pool area was well kept, and the beds were comfy. The bedroom with the bunk beds is a little small but having 3 bedrooms was great. We loved our stay here!

My family and I love this section on NMB! The condo was clean and spacious for our family of 6! Our youngest shared the bedroom with that bunk beds and they had plenty of room in that bedroom and did not feel cramped!

Lovely Family Friendly Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfectly located for our family, right on the water. Our daughters enjoyed being able to easily run between the pools and the beach. The condo was clean and organized. Wish the furniture was setup for more of our family to watch movies together but it wasn’t an issue really.

Perfect spring break getaway

We loved this condo and the property since we weren’t sure how April weather would be. We lucked out and didn’t necessarily need the indoor pool because the weather was beautiful and we were beach bums but it was a nice backup if that hadn’t been the case. We had a little issue with the washer but it was quickly addressed.

Loved the Condo!

We have vacationed in N. Myrtle Beach for many years. We like to stay in condos that are not in a high rise building. This was our first time staying at this condo and renting through N. Beach Realty. Everything was wonderful. The unit was neat and clean and beautifully decorated. Looks even better than the photos listed! New living room furniture, comfortable beds, beautiful beach front views, including spectacular views of the sunrise. GREAT tv's in main area and bedrooms - - I was able to watch YouTube videos and sign in to my Amazon Prime videos as well (no need to bring a Fire Stick - Yay!). This unit also had an Alexa device. It was pretty cool to ask Alexa for recommended restaurants. Pool areas were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. This is a 3 BR condo but we did not use the 3rd bedroom which has bunk beds for kids'. Anyone interested in this unit, the 3rd bedroom is very small, but it has a TV and DVD player to keep children entertained. The immediate parking area is relatively small, but it was October and not very busy. During the summer, count on parking across the road at the second parking area - - no problem, because it is a NICE parking area and brightly lit at night. There are spaces near the door for loading and unloading and they have luggage carts and grocery carts to use. Also TWO elevators! It was a great vacation week for us and we will plan to stay at Waterpoint 2 again.

The linens on the bed were kind of old and the room was a little dusty. I had to go round and clean everything Also, the washer and dryer were gross and I had to clean those out. There was a leak on the upstairs apartment that came through our bathroom so when we got there, they were putting the humidity in the bathroom. And the vacuum was super old, so it was hard to clean up. Overall, it was a nice stay and a fabulous Beach

Fun week at the beach

We had a great time staying in this condo for the week. It is in the perfect location and was the perfect size for our family of four. The condo was exactly as advertised. We had an awesome view of the ocean. Highly recommend.
