Nouvellement rénové 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains appartement qui abritera 6 confortablement. Mises à jour incluses granit et appareils en acier inoxydable dans la cuisine, de nouveaux meubles, grande douche personnalisé, balcon avec 4 grandes chaises qui sont parfaits pour les personnes bénéficiant d'observation et les vues sur l'océan qui sont le meilleur sur la plage. Situation calme et sécurisé qui est loin de la circulation occupé, mais encore dans les 2 miles de Barefoot Landing, qui comprend de grands magasins, restaurants et divertissements tels que House of Blues et Alabama Theatre. Tanger Outlets, Mall et Walmart quelques miles de là. Trop nombreux restaurants et terrains de golf de mentionner.

Waterpointe II dispose de piscines intérieure et extérieure avec un bassin pour les enfants et un jacuzzi. Espaces extérieurs comprennent beaucoup de zones de pont et chaises. AccÚs facile à une grande plage soigné. Location de chaise de plage sont disponibles.

Lovely accommodations

The condo was more than expected. It was recently renovated, clean, roomy, and perfect location. Amanda had great communications and met our needs. Highly recommend this location and plan to stay again.

We had a great time at this condo! Everything is as advertised and beautiful! The area itself is quite, calm.and peaceful. We were able to find prime seating in the middle of June! We will be returning!

Great week at the beach.

Great location and beach access. Owner was responsive and accommodating to our needs. There are no bar stools as depicted in some of the photos. Master bathroom had a mildew smell that we thought would go away. Overall, place was clean and fit out needs.

Wonderful!!

This is a wonderful condo in a great location. We love staying in Windy Hill because of the smaller buildings and less crowds in addition to the proximity to Barefoot Landing. The condo was clean upon arrival, check-in was easy, beds were comfortable, and condo was well stocked which is usually not the case. In addition, the building and pools were clean. There was always someone cleaning the pool, decks, elevators, bathrooms, and parking lot. Amanda was easy to work with and prompt to respond. We would rent again!

Review

Generally well kept. Loved the balcony with the high Adirondack chairs! Concerns were the latch to the sliding glass door to the balcony and the door handle to the storage are which were rusty and very hard to open. Also, the door handle to the small bedroom kept falling off which concerned us since a 3 year old was staying in the room. Kitchen well stocked with dining dishes and cooking utensils. The second bathroom shower head needs replacing, rusty. Tried to use the vacuum to pickup sand but did work well. A broom would had been great.

Comfy condo in great location!

Comfy, cozy condo in great location. Beds very comfortable. Had a great week with perfect weather- twin grandkids and their mom with us. Wish kitchen had a few more pots and pans and flatware. All ceramic plates could use replaced- all had numerous chips and barely enough for a a meal- we like to cook some meals while on vacation but found kitchen equipment a challenge. Overall great vacation!

Wonderful ocean view

The condo has been updated with new sofa & chairs and nice flooring along with a kitchen and master bath renovation. The beach decor is pretty and tasteful. The balcony is large with four nice chairs and the ocean view is spectacular.

Wonderful Experience

A few things went wrong because of Tropical Storm Elsa, but everything was resolved extremely quick. Amanda was absolutely wonderful to work with and was available anytime I texted or had to call. We just left today and are already wanting to book again next year!

Awesome condo!

This property worked out great for our family which included 3 adults and 3 children under 10 years of age. The condo was updated, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and the kitchen was mostly well-equipped. We loved the oceanfront view from the living room and master bedroom. The huge walk-in shower in the master bedroom was really nice and convenient for showering small children multiple times a day and the outside shower area was so nice to have when getting off the beach as well. Inside pool and hot tub were closed due to Covid but the outside pool was nice and kids enjoyed it. One of our favorite parts about staying here was how close of a walk it was to the beach! We booked last minute and Amanda made sure we had our keys in time and was available for any questions. Overall, we had a great time, thank you!

Fantastic!

The condo was absolutely fabulous! It was exactly as pictured and perfect for our vacation. My daughters LOVED the outside pool. Unfortunately, due to COVID, the indoor pool and hot tub was closed so we didn’t get to experience that. Amanda was very quick with her responses and checking to make sure everything was satisfactory for our trip. Everyone at the property was super friendly, too. We will definitely be back! Thanks Amanda!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was nicely updated and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. There was a good supply of kid sized plastic dinnerware which was great for our young granddaughters. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was great! Nicely decorated and right on the beach!

The condo was very comfortable. We cooked dinner a few nights. The kitchen is nicely equipped. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. We loved sitting out on the balcony every morning watching the sunrise.

Can't wait until next year's trip!

We absolutely loved our stay at Water Pointe II and the gorgeous condo we stayed in! The décor was perfect for a beach setting-- the rooms were a good size and we all had plenty of room. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything that you would need. The beach in front of the condo was never crowded and you had plenty of room to enjoy the sand and water! The place is very centrally located-- nothing is more than a 15-20 minute drive. Barefoot and Cracker Barrel were practically at our front door. Amanda was a joy to work with -- very prompt on answering texts or emails and always very helpful! Looking forward to our stay next year!

Great vacation!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We've stayed at Waterpointe before, but this was the nicest condo yet. It was well maintained - very clean and updated. The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping, and the beach was not overly crowded. Owners were easy to work with and we hope to return in the future. Thanks for a fun week!!

Great Condo, perfect location, wonderful views from the balcony

We were more than pleased and satisfied with our stay in this condo. Cute, beachy and updated. How considerate to have beach chairs and umbrella for the guests. Owners were very nice to work with and everything was like clockwork. We had no complaints. We are already considering going back next year. Very good access to eating, shopping and activities.

Amazing Condo! Great Location! Perfect Views from the 8th Floor!

Our family loved our week we stayed at this condo in Waterpointe II. Everything in the condo is beautifully decorated & updated. The balcony was one of our favorite spots. The chairs were perfect to sit in and drink coffee each morning. The beaches weren't that crowed, not like I've experience in Myrtle Beach before. There were beach chairs & umbrella provided in the balcony closet which was appreciated. The washer & dryer were great to have. The beds were nice and comfy, the master bathroom was spectacular! Everyone had plenty of space to spread out when needed. There were plenty of bath towels, pillows & blankets. Make sure you bring laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap, dishwashing detergent and a dish scrubber if you need it. We brought small bottles from home in case we needed them and we did. Just an FYI if you'd rather not buy that stuff here. As for the Waterpointe II itself: the parking in front of the building was a little tight, but they also have a big lot across the street which was easier for us to park there. There are luggage carts and shopping carts available in the lobby so trekking all your luggage/groceries upstairs was never an issue. The pools & grounds were well maintained and even the elevators were never that long to arrive to your floor. We loved that there was a Scoops ice cream shop within walking distance. We went there a few nights after dinner. As for restaurants we enjoyed Rockefellers Raw Bar, Chesapeake House, Bimini's Oyster Bar, River City Cafe, King's Famous Pizza, Captain George's, & Pirates Voyage Dinner Theater. The condo is very close to Barefoot Landing with lots of shops, restaurants, and activities. Amanda was great to work with. She was prompt in emailing me back when I had questions and we received our damage deposit back quickly after our stay. She even called since we were having problems receiving the contract through email, and gave us some recommendations for the area. If we decide to come back to the North Myrtle Beach area, we will definitely try to stay here again!
