This is the best and only place we like to stay. It is very clean and comfortable. The owners think of everything including welcome snacks and coffee. My son has cancer so I am very particular where we stay. You won’t be disappointed to stay here.

Great Stay

Our guys were pleasantly pleased with the property. It made working away from home a lot easier by being able to stay in a home versus a hotel. Home was clean and had all amenities they could have ever needed.

Hosts were exceptionally prompt with all communications, and had all the "extras" for a comfortable stay. Lots of space, and perfect for our stay in Youngstown.

Very clean and well organized

This house was very conveniently located, in a quiet neighborhood, with clean spaces and nice touches of hospitality. The guestbook had great local information and there were local maps and guides on the table in the living room. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was absolutely amazing! We loved everything about it. It was so clean, and I absolutely love the fact that in each room there is something telling you where you can find things. I would 100 percent recommend you use this property for your Ohio vacations!

We enjoyed our stay!! The house was perfect for our family. We were only a few minutes away from our family. Our hiats were very responsive to any questions i had and check in was perfect. They had all the amenities we needed and many extras if we forgot anything! We will definitely be back

hoaue was exceptional, easy tog get to, good instructions by host, for an older home it was a beautiful blend of old and new, the refurbished parts were nice, the older parts were lovely too. The only complaint is only one bathroom, which for our group was super difficult with showers and getting off the highway and everyone needing to go. Overall though, great stay, and simply the best stocked home I've ever stayed at. A lot of goodies on offer which made the morning much easier

Great Place

We were in town for the wedding of my son. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and was spacious enough for six adults. The basement bathroom made our stay much easier with so many getting ready every day. The house was very clean and nicely decorated . The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds and pillows were comfortable as well. I highly recommend!!!

For anyone deciding to stay overnight in Y-Town, while on the road, or in town for some specific event, a far far superior alterative to staying in any hotel How so? Far more room far more quiet far more privacy .

Italian Fest

This house was perfect for my family. The 4 bedrooms were great, the trundle bed worked for the 4 yr/old and the pack n play for the 8month old. The basement bathroom room was really great for us. Very nice neighbors and neighbor hood. When we come back to visit we will try to stay there again. The house was very clean and had great supplies. Thank You!!!

Fantastic

The house was everything they advertised. Very clean and well kept. All amenities were as advertised. The extra snacks and drinks provided were a nice touch. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint-tv remote did not work due to dead batteries with no replacements. But we made due with no issues! Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Clean and comfortable

We had a baptism to attend and arrived in toen a little early. I notified Rich to see if there was any way that we could check-in early. Wirhout hesitation he was so accommodating and allowed us to access the property early. This gesture alone will have me returning to the property if ever in the area. The home was clean and plenty of room for our family. The beds were super comfortable and therrbwere plenty of extra supplies if needed.

Great home to stay for the weekend

My daughter was getting married at Fellows Riverside Gardens, an hour away from our home, so we rented this home for the bridal party to stay and get ready for the Sunday morning wedding, since the house was less than 10 minutes away from the Gardens. The house was great for this! Plenty of beds for the bridal party of six to sleep, and for all us us to get ready in the morning. The house was really clean and comfortable, and we even had some snacks to greet us! If we ever need to stay in Youngstown again, I would stay here for sure.

Best Stay Ever’

I can't express enough how wonderful this place is. We came to town for a difficult occasion—a funeral—and had two little ones along with five adults in our group. The home was immaculate and provided everything we needed, including snacks, drinks, and any other items we may have forgotten. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating during this tough time, which made things much easier for our family as we navigated our grief.We will definitely stay here whenever we come into town to visit family, and I highly recommend this property to anyone. You will not be disappointed. My daughter even remarked that this house is her dream home; she loves older homes with character. I give this place 10 stars.!

Good for an overnight stay

We stayed here on our way home from visiting family instead of a hotel. The house was nice, roomy and as described. Upstairs shower was difficult to get into with low water pressure. Only negative was the lack of communication from the owners regarding check in. I had to contact VRBO directly the day we arrived for their contact information and received instructions only hours before we checked in. Once there, the stay was enjoyable.

Cozy and completely stocked

This house is very cozy and has 4 very nice bedrooms. 7-8 people could stay, although we only had 4 of us. It also has 2 bathrooms to accommodate everyone. One on the 2nd floor (tub/shower) and one in the "basement" (walkin- shower) The host has stocked the bathrooms with basics to use if you forgot something. She also has stocked the kitchen for simple breakfast, which we needed on our early morning. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.
