Le complexe de vacances est idéalement situé à proximité des principaux aéroports de Pensacola, en Floride, et de Mobile, en Alabama.

Notre Executive Condominium est un Ă©tablissement professionnel et joliment dĂ©corĂ©, avec trois chambres et deux salles de bains conçues pour plaire Ă  tous vos sens. Profitez du balcon en bord de mer pour admirer les couchers de soleil du sud-ouest et le lever du soleil lorsque vous regardez vers l’est. Assez grand pour recevoir vos invitĂ©s, mais suffisamment confortable pour le couple adĂ©quat.

Wow, great place three bedrooms two bathrooms we stayed for four days. The kids went home so we called Mark and asked to stay for two more. We liked it so much. We called and asked to stay for two more and then finally we called and asked to stay for two more after a total of 10 days in Mark’s condo Beautiful view of the beach the dolphin swimming by every morning quiet respectful plenty of parking. I highly recommend Palm Beach resort. Thanks for a great stay. We appreciate all that you did for us. You made her stay great Mark thanks again.

We had a great stay at this condo complex! Our unit was a little weird to get to (hallways)! Once you do though, "wow, what beautiful views"!! The accomadations were just right for our family with the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths!

Always a skeptic

This place was all I hoped for and more! Everything was as the pictures showed, but being there firsthand was shocking! The kitchen was well-equipped. The place was very clean. The host was very communicative and responsive. The only thing I would change is the lack of shampoo and dish soap, and the trash situation. The beach is lovely and literally right outside the door. My family was so happy! Chair and umbrella rental was a bonus!

Loved this condo!

Loved our stay at Palm Beach Resort! They have worked hard to upgrade/update the property! It is a smaller complex so it was not overcrowded including the beach! Our condo was large and clean. The owner reached out to us via phone and email to make sure everything was great! We will stay again!

Beach Girls Trip Reunited

The property is really beautiful. Our unit was spacious and very comfortable. We loved being in the end unit of Bldg A overlooking the beach. It seemed very private and quiet. The people we met down on the beach staying in other units were friendly. Our only complaint (minor) is that we read in the listing that we could rent beach chairs or use the one in the unit. The beach chair rental people were great young people; so kind and helpful. Our group (4 ladies) have been going on an annual beach trip for 30 years until Covid. Due to illnesses in each of our families this was the first spring to get the trip together again. We are 62, 72, 74 and 84. Two of our group were not able to come. This was a much needed getaway and we enjoyed it so much. We had an issue with the ice maker on the first night but Mark responded quickly and it was fixed the very next day. Overall, this unit and this time at the beach was exactly what we needed. Thank you! We will be coming back.

Perfectly me out needs

spent a month in Jan/Feb to get away from the cold. Building was well maintained and the employees were very friendly and courteous. condo was clean and well kept. view of beach was great. took us a while to figure out the TV systems. heat and AC were easy to use and very efficient. laundry worked well. communication with Mark was easy and our stay was very pleasant.

Epic snow storm stay

Other than the epic snow fall and colder than usual temps, we had a great stay. Condo is large, beautifully styled, well equipped , clean and comfortable. Enough room for everyone to have their space. And the view is spectacular. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook with. Pots and pans and dishes and glasses were newer and in great shape and kitchen had other appliances I could use. The large pantry is nice for keeping our food items and empty coolers. The master bath is large and two sinks is always a bonus. The shower was great- and lots of hot water in the morning. This condo is wonderful and exactly as pictured. We have stayed at Palm Beach once before. It is a really nice complex and well taken care of. Plenty of parking. Good communication with Mark, felt comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend this unit- you will leave wanting more time

Quiet and comfortable stay

There were four adults and two children (1 and 3 years old) in our party. The condo had plenty of room in the living area for the kids to play on the floor. Furnishings are up-to-date, tasteful, and in good shape. The master bedroom and bathroom are large, and the bed is comfortable. (I can't comment on the other bedrooms or bathroom where the rest of our family was staying.) The condo is a corner unit with a nice view of the gulf. It was quiet during our entire stay. It's conveniently located, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. (The Gulf restaurant has an excellent grouper sandwich. Recommended for outdoor seating at lunch.) The unit manager Mark called us on the day after we arrived to make sure everything was OK with the unit. We appreciated his call. We had two cars, so we used two parking spaces ($50 each for one week). While we were driving to Orange Beach, we used an online link to pay for the two spaces rather than waiting until we got there. It's my understanding that you can book a parking space anytime after the previous occupant checks out at 10:00am. One minor drawback: The balcony is pretty small and doesn't have much shade cover. It has several chairs and a table, but doesn't have a chaise lounge chair. I normally like to spend time reading on the balcony during beach vacations, but didn't do so this time. No big deal. We would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Nice summer vacation stay

The pictures do not portray how large the condo actually is. The views from the master bedroom, living room and balcony were amazing. More than enough room for our group of 7 to fit comfortably. The resort is in a good location, beyond the high traffic area so easy to get in and out of.

Great stay

This property checked all the boxes for our family. The unit is spacious, clean and very well maintained. Gulf view is wonderful. Kitchen has everything you need. Pool is heated and allowed our little ones to swim even in cooler weather. The state park access is right across the street along with coffee and smoothie shops. The property manager was great. He was very prompt with communications and questions. Five stars all around!
