The Space:
Unit D-22 is a spacious, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo on the 2nd floor. It offers breathtaking views of the beach, Gulf of Mexico, pool and courtyard. This lovely condo has high ceilings, crown molding, and a well-equipped kitchen with tile & luxury wood-plank flooring throughout. The fully equipped kitchens open to a large living and dining area, with a balcony off the room. There is a KEURIG AND A REGULAR DRIP COFFEE MAKER. The dining room table seats 4 with additional seating for 2 at the bar. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, balcony access and a private bath. The master bath has a jetted tub with separate walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom also has a king bed, private bath, and balcony access. Making use of the sleeper-sofa in the living area, this spacious condo can comfortably sleep 6 guests.
Palm Beach is located directly on the white sandy beaches of Orange Beach immediately next to the Gulf State Park and near all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that Orange Beach has to offer. Amenities include: 2 pools, fitness center, on-site security, and a BBQ grilling area. This low-rise complex has a wide footprint so the beach is never too crowded. Parking is paid separately from the reservation upon arrival. Cost is $50 per vehicle (2 vehicle max).

Guest Access:
The complex features amenities such as a beach side pool, BBQ grilling area, and on-site security. Beach chairs are provided by a third-party beach service company and can be rented once you arrive. They cost roughly $40/day, which gets you 2 chairs and an umbrella. Of course, you are welcome to bring your own. Conveniently located near all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that the Alabama Gulf Coast has to offer, Palm Beach is a great vacation destination.
