Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Profitez de l'extrĂ©mitĂ© ouest moins frĂ©quentĂ©e d'Orange Beach dans cette belle unitĂ© au rez-de-chaussĂ©e Ă  Palm Beach. À quelques pas de la plage ou de la piscine. Excellente unitĂ© pour les familles avec enfants ou adultes qui ne aiment plus naviguer dans les ascenseurs ou les escaliers.

Notre unitĂ© familiale Palm Beach est parfaitement situĂ©e dans le complexe Palm Beach Ă  faible densitĂ© prĂšs de la zone du parc d'État. L'unitĂ© spacieuse a trois chambres et deux salles de bains. La grande chambre principale avec lit king-size et vue sur l'ocĂ©an dispose d'une salle de bains privative attenante avec douche Ă  l'italienne et bain Ă  remous sĂ©parĂ©. La chambre queen est situĂ©e avec une excellente vue sur la piscine magnifiquement amĂ©nagĂ©e. La troisiĂšme chambre a des lits jumeaux et est dĂ©corĂ©e de maniĂšre crĂ©ative pour plaire aux plus petits. Il y a une belle salle de bain complĂšte partagĂ©e par les deuxiĂšme et troisiĂšme chambres. Le canapĂ©-lit dans la grande zone den aide Ă  accueillir jusqu'Ă  huit personnes.

La grande cuisine ouverte, la taniÚre et la salle à manger sont joliment décorées et comprennent des comptoirs de cuisine en granit et de nombreux siÚges pour le plaisir en famille. Superbe vue de cette zone du condo! Den et toutes les chambres ont une télévision cùblée.

Nous nous réjouissons de vous accueillir dans notre résidence secondaire! Vous ne serez pas déçu!

Location to the pool and deck to the beach was perfect! Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels for everyone, even has beach chairs which was great since we flew in. Everything you need in kitchen is there, even spices. Everything was perfect!

We loved being close to the pool and boardwalk to the beach. There was construction going on right outside of the door while we were there which was not the best. But other than that, we had a great stay!

This room was pretty and the convenient! You walk out the back door and you are 10 steps away from the pool and 5 steps away from the beach ramp. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable. I would say my only 2 gripes were there was no hot water in the kitchen sink and the WiFi was weak. But we loved it, had a great time and would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome Room

The room was perfect for our family of 6. 4 adult and 2 kids. Being on the ground floor and right by the pool and beach boardwalk was amazing for us. The beds were comfortable and the room was perfect. We will be staying here when we come back every year for sure! The owners were so nice and the condo property was so clean and beautiful. Definitely a great place to stay.

Perfect getaway

Property is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Location is perfect
. Can’t necessarily see the water from back patio due to sand dunes but you are literally a few steps away from the water which was perfect. We had a nice and relaxing stay!

Condo was located in a quiet area of Orange Beach. If you are OK driving most places or eating at the condo, it’s a great spot. Ground floor unit is perfect for going back and forth to the beach. The beach was pretty clean. There is a decent amount of erosion, so be prepared to step down to get into the water. The complex is a low-rise, so it’s much easier to navigate and more relaxing than the high-rise complexes.Plenty of comfortable seating for our family of five with three teens. The condo was big enough that everyone could have their own space when they needed it. The pool between C&D wings was comfortably heated even in cooler weather.The beds were comfortable. However, the listing says there are two twins in one of the rooms and that is not accurate. There is a double bed in each guest room.Property was surface clean, but it needs a deep clean in spots. Grout in master shower and around the base of the shower were gross. I wouldn’t get in the jetted tub. There were several other areas that needed some deeper cleaning (microwave, stove, laundry closet, washer/dryer).We arrived around 5:45 on a Friday night and the door code would not work. It took us well over an hour to get a call back from the owner. We went to dinner, so it wasn’t a huge inconvenience, but I’ve definitely had better communication and attentiveness from other hosts.It’s not a “Wow, this is amazing,” kind of place for us, but it was a solid last minute option and was a good value.

Fantastic Stay

Beach vacations have been a part of our family's summer routine for almost 2 decades now and our stay here definitely ranks among the very top of our list. Great location, awesome condo, and incredible hospitality. Steve was an amazing host and provided us with an amazing week full of memories!
