Le golfe est votre cour à cette maison privée récemment rénovée de 4 chambres à coucher et 3 salles de bain.
Nouveau sur le marché de la location, la disposition unique vous étonnera! Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une immense chambre des maîtres avec un lit king-size et une salle de bains privative. Le balcon privé est un endroit merveilleux pour vous réveiller et prendre votre première tasse de café ou Bloody Mary.
Deux chambres supplémentaires, l'une avec un lit king-size et l'autre avec 2 ensembles de lits superposés ainsi qu'une salle de bain complète partagée se trouvent juste au bout du couloir. Les deux chambres ont des portes françaises menant à une terrasse avec une vue imprenable. Toutes les chambres disposent d'une télévision à écran plat et la maison est équipée de WIFI, HBO et SHOWTIME!

L'étage supérieur offre une grande salle avec concept à aire ouverte et vue sur le golfe qui dure à jamais! De nombreux sièges, un grand écran plat, une salle à manger pour 8 personnes et des portes s'ouvrant sur le pont vous donneront l'impression de pouvoir toucher et toucher l'eau vert émeraude.
Vous trouverez également un bar avec machine à glaçons et une cuisine entièrement mise à jour avec tous les appareils en acier inoxydable, comptoirs en granit et armoires haut de gamme.
Une table pour 4 personnes et un bar pour le petit-déjeuner pour 2 personnes supplémentaires offrent suffisamment de place pour les repas ou les collations. Les portes françaises s'ouvrent sur le balcon supérieur avec une vue imprenable.
Une chambre lit queen-size, avec une terrasse avec vue sur le son, ainsi qu'une laveuse et une sécheuse grandeur nature complètent cet étage.

Un parking couvert avec un barbecue et une douche extérieure à rincer après la plage sont tous au rez-de-chaussée.

Excellent location. Would’ve been helpful to know they had all the beach essentials such as chairs, wagons, umbrellas. I never thought to ask and brought it all with us. The kitchen, dining, living room are on the third floor if you have someone that struggles with stairs. The house was clean and roomy for 6 adults. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible.

Beautiful views and home

This was exactly the place we were looking for. Beautiful, quiet beach just steps from the house. The house was in great condition and had all the amenities to make for an easy vacation. The communication was efficient and we would certainly stay here again.

Girls trip

Three 40 something girlfriends for a long weekend. Location was great. House was plenty of space for the three of us. Only complaint was no coffee filters or any condiments whatsoever (not even salt & pepper). Also could use some throw blankets! We enjoyed ourselves immensely and would return. Thank you!

Very nice. well supplied. Great views. Pictures were accurate. Only problem there needs to be better instructions on operation of televisions and their remotes, description indicated we need to supply our own beach chairs but there were plenty onsite. Otherwise a superior property

Awesome House Awesome Location!

Everything else was wonderful. House was perfect for our group of 6. We wanted a house (not a condo) with beach access and privacy, which this delivers in spades. The only weaknesses are that it is right next to public beach parking (but it's not an public area with bathrooms, so much less crowded), and there is a house sandwiched up next to it that does block some of the view towards the sunset (but you still have a 90-95% view of the ocean). We'll be back for sure.

I was surprised to find so many beach chairs, toys and umbrellas were available for our use, had I known I would have packed a lot less. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our 4 adults and 5 kids .

We hadn’t been back since we sold it in 2015. The home is lovely. It is incredibly clean. The kitchen is well organized and has everything you could want for cooking. The Blue Moon folks met us immediately upon arrival and were most helpful and courteous.

They provided, at no expense to us, bed guard rails for the top bunk of the beds my grandchildren slept in. From now on I will rent directly and only from Blue Moon, in order to save the Vrbo charge.

Property management was responsive and professional. Plenty of beach "toys" to use while we were there. We did end up renting beach service for chairs and umbrella, which was worth the cost. The kayak was fun but extremely heavy and cumbersome to take to the water. All in all a great week and we would consider renting this property again. Thank you!

Exceeded expectations!!!!

Due to current events, we were looking for a private house/beach area where we could comfortably social distance and B Free was exactly that place. I'd say the pictures (while great) don't do it justice. The gulf views from the living room and master (both with private decks) are spectacular! The furnishings are high-end and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with an abundance of dishes, cookware, Ninja IQ blender, flatware - just bring your food. The bar ice-maker came in very handy. Beds were comfortable (hard to find in a rental), super clean. Mngt was VERY responsive and close by. The toy-shed is well equipped with toys, umbrellas, chairs, kayak and so much more. The private white sand trail over the dune to the beach is like out of a picture. It's located away (2.5 miles at least) from the high-rises and hotels, so seriously NOT crowded. Restaurants nearby open with outdoor seating. We traveled with our college-aged son, and adult daughter, her husband/young kids. I just can't say enough good about this place. We hope to return soon!!
